Never thought I would have such a fun experience getting my oil changed but I did! Rayshawn, Christian, and Kellen (other gentleman whose name starts with a K) hooked it up and gave amazing service! They all were incredibly professional and provided some good vibes and a laugh and five star service. Definitely will return for my next oil change.

Jiffy Libe was NOT able to service my car due to old oil not being picked up at that location. Very frustrating to wake up on a Saturday and make the drive to the location to be turned away. 3rd time in 6 months they refused to service my car. I have even been told Jiffy Lube does not service SUVs, which we all know isnt true.

Rayshawn was really professional and pleasant to talk he was attentive and explained things in a way very easy to understand give this man a raise

Very disappointed. Never checked the air filter didn’t fill the windshield washer . And I also had a taillight out, and they didn’t fix it because it was too time consuming. Also my car kept stalling as I was driving home, something that never happened before. Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not. Just an overall poor experience. I will go elsewhere next time. Thank you. Really great location, fast service and great people. Most importantly, they didnt try to rip me off. I have longer hair and a young face. Often people assume things of me because of this and use that to try and take advantage of me. Im happy to say they treated me with respect, and didnt try to get one over on me. Will be back soon, and will recommend.

I called to make sure that I could get an oil change and he told me in a very rude manner that there was no appointment necessary and then promptly hung up on me.

I don’t know if it’s new for this location but the technicians that I used today were complete swindlers first they overcharged me for an oil change for a 2015 Toyota Corolla at $90 for a simple oil change. Then not knowing that I actually know about cars try to upsell me on things my car didn’t even need at inflated prices. Consumers beware

As a single mom it was hard finding a trusted mechanic. Ive been coming to this location for almost a year now and Its a very trust location. The service I receive is nothing less than perfect. Its close to no staff here and I was still able to get my car done in a timely manner. Even received a discount for inconvenience. Thanks again.

Josh is the general manager here and 10/10 on his honesty with any work he’s ever done. Super honest and hard working, keeps the team running and put together. You will not find every establishment in the world has the best management, but josh does his all when he can and is able. Will always bring my car back to him and the team to ensure that everything is done properly. Most people knock quick lube industries such as this where as I have found some of the best automotive technicians work in places like this as I am one of them. The communication and goal keeping that this location offers is unreal and they make you feel welcomed and at home like family. As always 643, keep up the good work ❤️

Service was fine. I think $90.00 for an oil change with filter is too expensive but my issue was not receiving a receipt upon completion and being told it was emailed but never received. Required 2 phone calls after service and ultimately a trip back to that location to obtain a receipt. Really???!!! This is not convenient. Customer service was eh.

Oil change was easy and quick, love the drive through service. A little pricey though.

Upon my arrival at Jiffy Lube I felt welcomed immediately by a great young lady named Shanie and also Brandon. Shanie smile brighten up the day with her great customer service skills and so helpful and attentive to my vehicle needs. Brandon also made me feel welcomed and was very friendly and knowledgeable to my vehicle needs. I would definitely refer family and friends to Jiffy Lube due to the amazing customer service provided by Brandon and Shanie.

Had very good experience at the jiffy lube at 2911 Nazareth Rd. Easton pa. They were very efficient, professional and helpful, they all seemed to work as a team. I would go there again. They do a GREAT Job.

The workers were polite, patient and the garage was very clean. Stayed in my car while they were changing my oil so i could watch what they were doing. There were two ladies working in the garage doing work just like the guys. I would recommend this location to all my friends.

Excellent communications of options upfront with pricing for an A/C repair. These folks can do more than just charge a system. They know how the whole car works to diagnose a problem. I will be back next time.

I recently visited this Jiffy Lube after calling two other franchise locations to get my oil changed. Despite the fact I didn’t arrive to the location until 4:30 p.m. and they closed at 5:00 p.m., Joseph and Dylan stayed until 5:30 p.m. to change my oil. They were both courteous and helpful. I appreciated all their help.

They have women and men working on your car which gives you an idea of how open they are to opportunity and that nodes well for customer service as well. From the moment you pull in they are always ready to greet and meet with you about the vehicle service you seek. As well as walking you through the details of the car requirements and showing you the customer waiting area. The coffee is always hot and taste great for a maintenance and repair facility. I went to get my oil changed and was turned away because I wouldnt put synthetic in my car. My motor was rebuilt and I cant put synthetic in the car for the first approximately 1000 miles. What a waste of time.

The service was top notch, honest, and overall a very positive experience. I was running errands in Easton the other day when it dawned on me that I desperately needed an oil change. I googled the nearest shops near me that performed oil changes and found Jiffy Lube (never been) and Valvoline (been). I love Valvoline for its convenience and great customer service but after reading the reviews for the Jiffy Lube I have passed for years now, I decided to check it out.The reviews were incredibly well deserved. I so wish I had written down the names of every person I came in contact with who helped me with my oil change because they all deserve the recognition. The first gentleman introduced himself, welcomed me, and opened my car door for me (swoon!). I was then followed step by step through the care being done for my car (oil change plus other services my older 2002 Toyota Corolla) by another gentleman. He explained all my charges, services I should get asap, services I would need in the near future. He actually spoke with me for nearly ten minutes, answering every question I had. My car was immediately taken care of, probably only took a total of 20 minutes. I paid for my services and then was greeted by a lovely girl who opened my car door, asked how my experience was, and wished me safe travels.I know this review is obnoxious but as a person who works in customer service, I wanted to call these folks out for doing an incredible job. I will 100% be back for all my car needs. Youre doing it right Jiffy, treat your hard workers well please (:

We had an urgent issue and came here on Sunday 3/4/18 after having oil change in NJ Saturday, heading to PA oil light came on (1st time ever??) to check and NO oil ??? So 8 quarts later we barely made it to you guys and everyone was was so polite. Brandon was very informative, thorough in solving our problem in a timely manner. We will be back! Thanks

They put 5w30 in my car that calls for 5w20. They said thier was an oil leak on my 2015 65k mile car, which i know for sure there is no oil leaks. Ill never use jiffy lube again. Valvoline has better service and uses the correct oil that is asked for.

Not friendly at all!!

We will not be returning to this place. My wife brought our van in for an oil change. On the report they wrote down, major oil leak, major transmission fluid leak. There are no such leaks, we had our own mechanic check. They also claimed there was a problem with our brakes, which our own mechanic confirmed was not true.They may be friendly, convenient, and relatively inexpensive. But I do not trust them. Too many of these places use scare tactics to try and upsell you, I guess thats how they make their money.

Ive been here about 3-4 times now and this place has the best customer service Ive ever seen. Very friendly. Always a quick oil change and close to home. They even clean my windows and vacuum my car. I plan to go back often!
