Had to bring my 4runner to Koons Toyota to have a factory recall on my fuel pump taken care of. The process was smooth, timely, professional. I appreciated that I could text at anytime with a service professional if I had any concerns or questions while my 4runner was at Koons. My beloved truck was ready for pick up on time, and I am a very happy customer with the whole process. Thank you, Koons Toyota, job well done.

Everyone was very courteous when I brought the car in, but I waited a very long time before u heard from anyone. Finally I asked at the service desk if the car was ready and discovered my car was finished and sitting in the parking lot. No one had bothered to tell me that.

Very professional and courteous staff! Charlie in service has been exceptional. Our recent experience with the sales staff including Lewis, Max & Bradley outstanding. The whole team was easy to work with. We feel we got a very good day on a beautiful car. They made the whole process simple and enjoyable.

Chose Koons because it’s less than 10 minutes from my workplace and they were offering complimentary valet (pick-up and drop-off). Our Highlander was due for a 40,000 mile service. Unfortunately, this turned into a debacle.- The maintenance tech sent text message but then did not respond when I inquired about an update. Was looking for information about 3 hours after it was picked up.- At 4:35 pm, I called to ensure I would have the car back before 5, and was told it would be ready shortly and on it’s way back.- Called back at 5:15 pm after not hearing anything, to find out the service team had left for the day and my car’s maintenance hadn’t been completed…- Finally at 6:10 pm, after talking with the service manager, I got my car back.- It took over 7 hours to complete what is essentially an oil change and tire rotation. I could have done this myself in less than 3.

Fantastic experience. We needed some major repairs to our 2008 Tundra, which had been misdiagnosed elsewhere. The problems were correctly diagnosed, fully communicated to us and repaired. The Tundra was returned to our house while we were away, with a full tank of gas and at a price that was less than estimated. Highly capable, thorough and we would certainly trust them with major repairs.

The service department is always a nice place to visit and wait for my car to be checked and have my oil changed and generally made ready for a safe trip. They always have nice seating, television, snack machines, bathrooms, and nice people to talk with. I love my Toyota SUV. Its the best!

I’m never disappointed when I bring my RAV4 in for service. The staff are very polite and keep me updated as much as possible in my vehicle’s progress. They also take the time to go over everything with me and answer any questions I may have.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance around a doctors appointment I had nearby. I was a half hour early for your service and made sure they knew I had a doctors appointment at 11:30. I left your business at 11:25 which made me late for my next appointment resulting in having to reschedule and a $100 fee for not keeping my appointment. 2 1/2 hours is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a oil change and tire rotation! Why bother to make an appointment if you don’t honor them? The final icing on the cake was I received an email from pohanka offering $25.00 off my oil change. They didn’t sell me my vehicle this time you did but I won’t make that mistake again!!!!!

Went for 5000 mile service on the new car. Received the car back with a piece of metal in the tire. They didnt care that it was done there. Also I went to tire shop down the street for the new tire I needed to buy and tire pressure for the other tires were 6 psi lower than factory recommendation.

I drove from Berlin I. to access this dealer to service my car. I feel comfortable with the mechanics expertise and recommendations. I also like the waiting area and the friendliness of service/ personnel. Everything is explained and estimated.

After I finally was able to contact them, they did a good job. The pickup/delivery man was VERY nice. Their telephone system is terrible. Long waits, no answers because all techs were busy, no callbacks, etc. When you ask the operator for a service tech, there is often a long wait, and often a recorded message. In my case I left 6 messages with no callbacks.

First I called one morning asked if they had an appt for later that same day, I was told yes they had an appt for 4pm. I get there 345 and was told they close at 5pm and it would take longer than a hour to di the service, but they would try (double talk) i said just reschedule it. Why would they give that time if it was enough to do the service, I drove from Cambridge after work to get there to be told that. My 65k was for tire rotation and my tire air pressure light was on. The service time was pretty quick but when I get in my car the tire pressure light was still on!! Really they rotated my tires but did not put air in the tire.

I had the dealership change my oil and rotate my tires. I thought they were supposed to top off the antifreeze and washer fluid which they did not. Overall the service was ok. The waiting room was very pleasant and the service advisor was very nice.

I’ve used them for the past three years, only because they are the closest Toyota dealer to my home. Every time ago for an oil change it takes at least two hours if not more, and that’s with an appointment.
