First time using Koch for service. They were remarkably fast and efficient compared to any other dealership service centers I’ve used. I also received a video via text updating me on the inspection they performed.
Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Called to buy a part and was informed it was covered under warranty. They could have taken my money and let me pay for the repair but they were honest, and happy to help us get the part and repair we needed and make sure it was covered under warranty. Honest people here! So grateful for that.
If you need a car or truck or jeep well heres the best dealership to go and get one I promise you that you wont regret it. They will help you with everything you need before you leave their dealership.
Love the Tacoma, maybe try another dealership. Bought a new Tacoma about a year ago, comes with a service plan for the first 25k miles. The past two visits I have been disappointed with their service. The first time, I only noticed that the battery terminal was still corroded after their battery check. Today I took it in for the next scheduled maintenance, oil, tire rotation, and battery check. They told me it was done the battery check wasnt done even though it was marked on the sticker, they wanted to charge me $50 to clean the terminal so they could to part of their scheduled maintenance. Which is not right, to properly test the battery the terminal must be cleaned, so cleaning the terminal is part of what you have to do for the test, right? I asked how could I know you are doing the rest of the service. I was told to mark my tires. I found this both rude and ignorant because the back left was plugged, and did not change location. So unless they just rotated the other three, the tire rotation was never done either. From what I can tell the oil change was the only portion of the service completed. Hope they got the filter too. Will be seeing if another Toyota dealership will honor the service, if not I will not be returning to Koch. I got the truck because its reliable and should last a very long time, however all cars need periodic maintenance. These are simple things, but they should actually be done and be done right and on time.Side note, I received an email before my appointment trying to buy back my truck, the email specifically said they wanted Koch sold and serviced preowned. Koch sold sounds ok because its a Toyota, but Koch serviced wont inspire the same confidence in me again.

Chris, service advisor, always is great at getting your car in and out without taking any shortcuts on their top notch service. Very professional and easy to work with.
Im very disappointed with the customer service experience here with the SERVICE department. After a covid related quarantine, we had to cancel appointments for the car seats being cleaned (which was included in a 1 year warranty). I spoke to the team there and they agreed I should cancel my appointment given the exposure. I rescheduled at that same time but shared it was after the year mark, which they knew when we scheduled the appointment. Alyssa said it would be okay since after we spoke.I dropped off the car at 9:30 AM today. They call at 1:45 pm to share that it is past the warranty and they will not honor doing it because of the contract. This is very disappointing on numerous levels.I have two kids under 2 years old. The seats definitely needed attention which was why I was excited about this warranty (I had used it before -- seats were the SAME extreme and they did a FANTASTIC job!). The disappointing part comes where I had 2 covid exposures and quarantines (Im in healthcare!) where I needed to reschedule. Alyssa said given the circumstance they would honor it.. when I brought it in, it was extreme. It wasnt because it was extreme they wouldnt do it, but rather because it was past the warranty. In fact, the cash price they quoted was $110. I asked if there was anything they can do, we split the difference and they only do the front, I pay for the back. They adamantly shared that it is now outside the warranty and they would not honor it or do anything. I asked if I came in while quarantined if I could have had it covered, they said yes.Kaitlin asked if I write a review that I state all the facts.1. I was brought in under false pretenses. They scheduled this appointment KNOWING I was outside of my warranty2. The car seats do need to be cleaned because we have two kids under 2... they did this exact clean before ~ 6months ago without any questions/comments and it was beautiful (they did a great job!)!3. After I drove 30 minutes there, got child care and dropped it off at 9:30 AM, they called at 1:45 PM to share this news. At this point, she offered me to call the warranty place and ask them if they would give me an extension. THEN I would need to reschedule another appointment. This should have been shared with me BEFORE the appointment was initially scheduled. It is just disappointing that they would seemingly rather someone come in during a quarantine just to stay within warranty. It is also disappointing that they wouldnt be up front about this. It took scheduling a follow-up for JUST this cleaning then after its dropped off and child care is arranged, that they do not honor it and say I have to call a warranty company.Weve gotten cars here for over 15 years (over 6 cars!). This will be our last.
