I recently purchased a Kia Sorento from Hertrich in Easton and my whole experience was fantastic. Devon my salesman was awesome!!! I was in contact with Devon for two months and he was patient and stayed in contact with me via email and phone. I explained my circumstances to him and he patiently waited for me to come in to complete the sale. I recommend anyone that is looking for a vehicle to go to Hertrich Honda/Kia and ask for Devon, you will not be disappointed.

Just WOW! You have to go in and see Devin Stanford. I called there and I was blessed to get him. After telling him what I wanted and was looking for, he made sure he got it for me. When I was ready he came in on his day off and stayed with me til 10pm. The whole time he was always taking care of us and he is the type of person that makes you feel at ease and a person you can trust. 5 stars because last week I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a Dealership. If you are going to Hertrich Kia, you have to ask for Devin Stanford. Needed my first oil change while in Md visiting family so I called Hertrich Kia. I asked if they accepted the extended service contract I purchased with my vehicle in Florida. The lady looked it up n said yes she could see the contract n they accept it. I scheduled the appt. I took my car down on the date scheduled n waited in waiting room. It was finished exactly when they said it would be done. I was then presented with a Bill for approx 75.00$. I forget exact amount. I explained I had verified my contract on oil changes would be accepted. The service manager came out n told me no- there were two different contracts for that and I didn’t have the one they accepted. I even told them I had verified they accepted the one I had. Well I had to pay. Called my dealer in Florida n they said all this dealer had to do was make a phone call for the company I had a contract with to pay them.... of course they didn’t do this. Then I was told a free car wash- which I always thought included a wipe down inside, Windows, vacuum n a wash. They did an outside wash n smeared my inside Windows n actually left something on them that dried hard. No wipe down inside or vacuum, smeared windows n although I was told 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete the wash. Almost 4 hours later I got the call that it was finished. If this is their service I certainly do Not recommend any services through them.

Id give them 0 if possible. The sales person, Andrew Risher, didnt follow up after being contacted. Called him back and he was with another customer, left a message to call us back but never heard anything. Thanks for making us look elsewhere for our new Sportage, Koons just gained a new customer because of your poor customer service.

Terrible Experience! Zero Stars but minimum I can select is 1! Kia Salesman & Sales Manager both responded to Truecars inquiry with price offer and extra pictures. After driving an hour to get there they refused to honor the price offer-said it was a question of supply and demand. Even the general manager who got involved said that. They had others interested so wanted $7,000 more. Stay away from this place-they give car dealers a bad name.

Salesperson Alex was amazing, made the entire car buying experience painless. No rushing, no pressure, very knowledgeable about Kia models and features. Less than 3 hours including evaluating my trade, test driving 2 vehicles, running credit and making the purchase and driving off. Hertrich was very straightforward about pricing of the new car, my trade in, finance charges and options. There were no gotcha fees, hidden tricks or high-pressure warranty sales, etc.

Ask for Sean Raspberry. Excellent service. No pressure. Attentive. Knowledgeable. Down to earth car guy. Great overall dealership experience.

Ron in the service department was an amazing person to work with. I had my diagnostic completed Friday and was able to take my vehicle home for the weekend before dropping it back off Monday morning. The service was fast, great prices and all around fantastic experience. They have gained a life long customer.

We stopped in to look at Kias not knowing just what we wanted. We had a list of “would be nice options”. Trey was fantastic and helped us narrow down what we wanted and we ended up with everything from our list. Troy was very helpful as well and Kevin helped us with the finance part. All in all it was a very good experience.

While traveling home from Baltimore to Selbyville Delaware on a hot sunny day our Jeep suffered a flat tire. Thankfully this happened just before Hertrich Honda Kia in Easton, MD. After we pulled in, Alex from the Sales department came out and asked if we needed help. I should mention, it was 95 degrees! My husband told him we could jack up our Jeep and take off the flat tire. We asked if their service department could plug the hole for us. Alex said of course, just let him know when we were ready. As luck would have it, the lug nuts were stuck and my husband couldnt get them off. Alex came out to give it a try. He gave gave it everything he had. Being able to remove all but one (my husband says he loosened them), he called the service center to send someone over with more tools. Did I mention it was 95 degrees outside? John and his crew from the service department took it from there. They sent us to the air conditioned customer lounge while they removed the flat tire, put on the spare tire, drove the Jeep over to the service department and topped off the air in the spare and checked the damage to the flat. Oh, did I mention it was 95 degrees??? The flat was irreparable and John gave us some great advice as to what we should do when we got home. We asked him how much we owed him and he said nothing. Just do the same for someone else some time. We are so grateful to everyone at Hertrich Honda Kia for their kindness and generosity. When were ready to purchase a new car, you can bet well travel back to Easton!

Great car, poor salesmanship/service.I spoke with on the phone with “K” about a specific car and price, because I live hours from the dealership. After I put a deposit down and drove all the way out there to sign papers, he tried to quietly add 3,400$ of “dealership options” without telling us. After hours of frustrating negotiations and future promises we made a deal, with the understanding of a loaner car available when the car is serviced.Naturally, after the sale the salesman was extremely difficult to get ahold of and the loaner car was no longer an option. Very disappointed and won’t be going back to this dealership.GREAT car though!

Im always impressed with them. Theyre pleasant, helpful and accurate in assessing a service problem and addressing it. I even enjoyed buying my Kia Sorrento in the first place! Very happy to have them in the neighborhood. :-)

Wonderful staff. Quick courteous service and very nice facility.

Today I was stared at while walking to my car after an oil change by three Male employees, one tossing a tennis ball. One smoking near the entrance and another just standing there. As I get into my car I find a business card that belongs to one of them. Creepy and rude to say the least. I was interested in buying accessories for my car but was so uncomfortable with the staff gawking that I left.

Horrible management.

I have bought from Hertrich in Newark but these people are giving Hertrich a bad name. I will never look inside another Hertrich business again, even if they were the last dealership on earth.
