In a lot of businesses most places ask for a five star review I give John a 10. On a sidenote I paid attention to his employees they showed much respect and admiration for John that speaks volumes.
The shop matched the paint spot on but the rest was off for fit and finish. I spoke to the manager and they were able to fix the work and make it right, including picking up the extra time needed for the rental. They also painted some minor touch ups on the vehicle, which made it look like brand new. Thanks for making this right and I am very happy with the outcome.

This is the first review I’ve ever written, but I feel compelled to share my story! I had been unlucky enough to own a Toyota vehicle with factory paint issues. My car looked like a leper with the paint totally missing from the top and LARGE spots on the sides where the paint had peeled off. Fortunately, Toyota acknowledged the issue with a recall, however, they indicated they would repaint only the areas that were currently peeling off. Grant (Collision Mgr) and Kaitlin (Service Mgr) worked with Toyota to maximize the paint replacement, and the car looks brand new! Grant did an excellent job of color matching, and even fixed a minor ding at no extra charge. The car was detailed as well. They were both very professional and I would not hesitate a moment to have future work done there.
Actually my review is NOT 5⭐ .Be attentive here !!!! Walk around your car few times and inspect it carefully before your pay them. Watch for NEW sctratches and SAND on recently painted surfaces.After I asked them to remove all things I didnt like they did that. But as a revenge for complain they scratched my car with sanding paper on the back of my car.

Took my car in after an animal decided it was its turn to cross the road and sadly lost the battle with my bumper. At first the damage didn’t look that bad but after they took it in and took it apart we saw the real damage. Shop took the time to let me know the best way to the handle the repair. John aka Madpainter did the paint work and it’s looks like factory work maybe even better! Every clip every screw back in its place. Super happy with the work. Car looks amazing again. Also thanks for the detail!

Recently I had to take my vehicle back for a problem and again Grant was my guy. I have to say that Grant Brown is the most professional, friendly, caring and kind person I have met. He remembered me from 2 yrs ago, he personally took care of my issues and kept me informed of the process that was taking place to fix my vehicle. I can’t say enough abt this Man. Overall excellent service. If you service your vehicle here always ask for John aka madpainter. This is the only place Ill be bringing my Focus RS to from now on. I had gotten my carbon fiber hood and fenders recoated and I couldn’t be more pleased. Just before that I had an aftermarket front bumper painted and put on, both of these jobs where reasonably priced and the service was outstanding.
Mike Rolands is very efficient and has his staff working to keep you updated as to the progress of your vehicles completion. The job was done professionally and within a reasonable amount of time. Id recommend them to anyone.

Koch 33 Collision has to be thee worst body shop in all of America. My car was referred to the body shop by Geico. I took my car there on March 15 for a dent in the door from someone hitting me. I was told by Jeremy and Grant that I would have the car back in 7days being that I was on the priority list.After waiting 7 days I get a call and they tell me my door is on back order for 7 days. So the door comes in on March 29. Im like great so I should have the car back in less than 3 days. So I wait and wait and I hear nothing from them. So I called on the 4th day which was a Wednesday. From 8am to 6pm I called about 10 times no answer. The next day I go down there and the Manager Grant tells me someone in the shop threw away my interior door panel and no one had an answer as to why or how so thats why they ignored my calls the previous day. So instead of calling me and telling me the issue, they tried to hide it/cover it up.So now we are at April 7th and the interior door panel is on back order and not sure when its getting in. The panel arrives April 14th, so Im like yes ok finally. Only to hear some of the parts were missing and they have to send bac and reorder. So another week goes by and I get a message from Grant that theres some other parts that needs to be ordered that they didnt order... MIND YOU I WENT IN FOR A DENT IN THE DOOR. Now Im missing a read window, speaker out the door, the door sill and God knows whatever else. And of course, these parts are on back order again.To current day, I spoke with the manager of the shop manager and he had nothing much to say except were sorry!!! Really? So Im told the car should be ready tomorrow except for one piece. The car is drivable but there will be a piece missing and it wont come in until May 5th... YES they had the car since March 15 for a dent in the door!!!!I honestly believe they were either stealing my parts and have no clue how to put my car back together. Either way this service is, was and will always be the absolute worse. Take a long hard look at KOCH 33 Collision before taking your car there.They deserve a 0 Star!!!!!!!!

On September 12 my car was parked at Easton Food Market, on an angle parking spot when i came out my front bumper was hit and no one in sight. I made the claim with Geico so i decided to have Koch33 fix it only available date was on September 24, they estimated my damage and calculated 3 days to fix it. job well done

My car needed major repairs and the insurance company told me to go to Koch. What a great choice. The staff was amazing, kept me up to date on everything. Car repair was great. They had to remove my bumper stickers and placed the stickers back. Staff was polite, friendly and my car was repaired earlier than the date they first gave me. Rated above 10 in my eyes. Hope I dont need them again but if I do, thats where my car will be.

I came by to drop a buddy off to pick up his car and discovered on the way that I have a nail in a tire and was down to 23lbs of pressure. I asked if they had time to fix it for me. It was 4pm and low and behold they took a look, drove it to the back and did the fix... They fixed it the right way, took the tire off, patched it from the inside and didnt even charge me. First class service!
I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Koch Collision and specifically with the Manager Grant. I needed to have some minor paint work done on my truck and Grant shuffled his technicians scheduling in order to make sure it was done as quickly as possible. He went above and beyond to get me in and out quickly. More than that however, he took the time to help me and was extremely courteous. It was an absolute pleasure meeting Grant and I really appreciated his assistance.
A couple of weeks ago, going through a Jersey car wash with my 2016 Prius, a plastic fixture adjacent to to back seat window got snapped. A piece broke off, never to be found. Went to Toyota collision and told my sad tale to one of the technicians. He suggested, in order to save me money, to get the part from Toyota parts and come back and they would snap it back in. And thats what happened. The folks at Parts helped me get a better price by getting the part from the internet. Came back the next day, picked up the part, went over to collision. A different technician came out. No problem. He brought the car in, put the new part in and I walked out a grateful camper. Fixed in two days and I only paid for the part. Want to thank the good and kind folks at Toyota collision and Parts for helping turn an unexpected loss to a they understood that loss for me and succeeded to help in every way to make things a lot easier to handle. Grant and Bob made a terrible situation work out great in the end. Took some time because of parts being in back order but worked out a great solution. The communication was phenomenal and would definitely work with them again, but I hope to never have to haha.
The collision manager, Grant was great to deal with and helped me out in a professional manner. It’s hard to find leadership that know the role. He did and I appreciated his understanding and help he provided.
So my car got hit for the third time in the 10 months I’ve owned it, and this is the best experience I’ve had so far. Mike was awesome and kept me updated throughout the whole repair process. Not only were the repairs done correctly, but they were done EVEN FASTER than Mike had originally estimated. My car looks amazing-better than it did when they sold it to me over at the Toyota dealership. I would crash my car again just so I could have them detail it like that.10/10 will definitely use again the next time my car inevitably gets hit.

Zero stars... Had my 15 Chevy Tahoe repaired for minor fender damage. They tried to return my vehicle with sand in the paint. I pointed it out an they said the would fix it. One hour later I get the vehicle back only to see now the sand was gone an so was the paint. Unacceptable so I refused it. They kept it for two more day to paint it correctly. I got the call all done.Picked up the vehicle an all seemed well until I got to my destination only to find I had an extra part on my passenger floor bored. After a detailed inspection I also found I was missing a hood vibration piece. I returned back to collision center for the third time an spoke with Grant who was very apologetic. He said he would put the piece back on an find the missing hood piece an install it. He did offer to paint an fix the scratches on my other fender. I did accept the offer but after driving that night only to realize they didnt align the new headlamp they installed. I decided they are incompetent in doing any job. They wasted many hours of my valuable time an money. Put myself an my family an others safety at risk due to not being able to see more than a few feet down the road on the passenger side at night. Totally unacceptable!Find a better place to have your work done. Geico Express recommends this dealership for repairs. I do not!!Love your feed back! But there is no way are you ever touching my vehicle ever. There is no way your fixing this issue. You had multiple changes to fix the situation an failed each an every time. I was extremely patient with you business to fix the issues. I am sorry you failed.

Excellent collision shop took my tacoma there cause a deer ran into the side and it was bad. They took it in right away and started on it they gave me follow up calls on the progress there making on it .The estimate finish time was exactly what they said and when I got the truck back it looked like new or better it turned out like a new truck.They did an amazing job.I recommend koch 33 collision for any collision repairs. So I recently hit a deer with my 2017 f350 platinum, I contacted the manager Grant at Koch 33 collision. He went above and beyond to make this situation easy for me. And pre ordered all of the obvious parts weeks before I dropped the truck off so it could be as much of and in and out process as possible, turns out progressive missed some things and extended the stay of the truck while they waited for additional parts, Mike in estimating did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop about my truck, the work was flawless. I went in for an estimate for paint scuffs and mike was able to get them buffed out without me having to paint the side of the car. He saved me from an insurance claim. Mike was so helpful I’d recommend him and their collision center team for any car repairs.

I initially gave Koch 33 Collision 1 star. My experience there was so far from the best. However, I will say that once I got to work one on one with the manager Grant my experience was excellent. I believe in 2nd chances and Grant fulfilled his title as the manager and delivered absolutely amazing customer service! He acknowledged my complaints and concerns and offered compensation for the inconvenience that one of his techs have caused. He was always so professional, very friendly and even took the time to get on a personal level with my husband and myself. He asked us about our children and even about our holiday plans. When we picked our truck up we did notice a slight imperfection. We called Grant and without any hesitation he asked us to return the vehicle to him and he gave us a loaner. If I ever have to deal with a collision center again I will go back to Koch 33 but only if we get to work with Grant! Thank you so much for everything you have done for us!

I went to 2 other collision repair shops before coming to Koch. The other 2 just didt appear professional (the one tried to coerce me into doing work not covered my the insurance claim and then refused to do the work because I didnt want the additional work.) The staff at Koch was highly professional, and did not try and upsell me at all. They presented all the options, and respected my decision. The staff member who did the assessment was nice and articulate. Other staff members just seemed happy to work there; that says something to me. I highly recommend this collision repair center.I also recommend renting from their car dealership. Im always concerned about car rental places because without buying all the additional insurance, they can hit you with fees if God forbid you have an accident or someone hits you in a parking lot. (Google the horror stories.) There are no such fees with their rental cars. You just go through your insurance if anything happens (luckily my rental was without incident.) The rental staff member was courteous and patient.Bottom line: if professionalism matters to you, go here!

GEICO directed me here after I hit a deer and need repair. It was my first time here and I’ll be back again in the future, because they did the right thing after a mistake was made. Let me explain. There had been some miscommunication about when the car would be ready and I was nervous that if didn’t rearrange my plans on a Saturday and go pick up that GEICO would send me the bill for my car rental between Saturday and Monday (the next available time to pick it up). Additionally, there was a small dent I wanted taken out that was unrelated to the deer hit and it wasn’t done. When Grant Brown (manager) realized what had happen, not only did he say they will fix the dent and cover the rental till Monday — they decided not to charge me for the dent fix. We all make mistakes — but not everyone reconciles them. I would absolutely go back there again knowing that they have customers at heart and do the right thing.

They had my truck in and out, when I got there to pick up I noticed a piece missing and they apologized immediately put me back in a rental and got to work finding the part. When I did get my truck back it was insanely clean and detailed! Now thats service.
I bought a truck unaware that there had been rear frame damage. After taking it to Koch 33 collision to get it checked, I found out that it doesnt only needs a new rear end and springs. They were very helpful! I dealt directly with the manager who was extremely helpful! Great job and services here!!
While I have not often written reviews, after several examples of amazing service, I have taken the moment to jot down a few thoughts. A few years ago, I was forced into a series of repairs to correct two accidents. They are called that because no one ever says they were on purpose. These series of unfortunate oops caused the rear of my car to need to be repaired. Smashed is a better term. My insurance company asked me to go to a competitor, I had and after a month, my car was not just wrong but the competitor was flummoxed at how to make it right. My insurance company embarrassed asked me to take the car, a Toyota, to the local dealership and solicit the correct repairs. While Koch 33 Collision do all brands of cars and trucks, my first reason to become a customer was there a direct connection to the Toyota dealership. At that point, my luck had changed and I meet with a really dedicated team of professionals who were going to raise the bar of my repair to this point. I meet with receptionists, estimators, appraisers and even managers on the way to making my Toyota brand new again. At first, I was apprehensive, a bit of wait and see attitude. While the insurance was paying for the repairs, I still perused the invoices, not only were they competitive, but the reports were clear and concise. They represent a fair price and part cost without bloated items. No shop environmental fees, fuel surcharges or other absolutely made up nonsense. Over the coming days and weeks, I was pleasantly amazed, from text messaging updates to progress reports, given by malaise at the previous failure of their competitor repairs they handled me with the utmost consideration. The repairs were completed early they expected, though this isnt always to be expected it did happen. At the conclusion of this repair, I was feeling positive about my experience but anxious to get the car back and then back to the hustle and bustle of my busy life. I wasn’t until another Oops just two short months later that I really got an understanding. As my bad luck would have it, I was driving on a slick road when I slid down a lane into another vehicle. Again, my Toyota was smushed, this time I took it directly to Koch 33 and again put my faith in their system. Cognizant of the personnel and work performed, I took the time to step back and appreciate the Shop Manager Grant, his friendly front desk staff, Kelly and Amy, and the army of dedicated technicians. I was feeling quite humbled at my misfortune but the staff again kept me informed and apprised of the repairs. Let me not forget the onsite Toyota rental, Deb was able to assist my needs and with the same model as I utilize, dropped off a Camry, got a Camry. Not some deal where you drop off a Camry and get a Corolla, if I wanted Corolla, I would have bought one. To finish up as many will read this review and think total fluff piece, let me categorically state, I do not work or nor ever have for Koch 33, nor am I compensated in any way other than being taken care of as a customer. I do take my car in for some maintenance at service but while they are good too, this review is about Koch 33 Collision. These guys are amazing and sorry service doesn’t have a perfect record on every area as this team. Again, different types of maintenance and repairs to be fair. Let not forget the courtesy vehicle should you need one, the on-site coffee bar, kids play area, desks in the lounge. Maybe next to a free old school video arcade that doesn’t need quarters. As you can tell from my very long-winded and verbose review, I’m a fan, if you bring your vehicle more than likely you will be too and when you get it back it more than likely will look new. Now the fuzzy dice on your mirror hanging down that’s just another matter.

Koch is by far the greatest company to do anything with especially the collision center. I was told to bring my truck elsewhere when someone hit me, but I told everyone no and brought it here, and let me tell you that was the greatest thing I did haha. They did such a fantastic job on my tundra, they made it look better than it did before my accident. I went through the persons company and they took my truck to look over it to estimate the price, then they brought it here. And immediately This company knew that this insurance missed a lot, maybe 3 weeks later they found all what was wrong/found out the rest of the problems and got the job done!! Then after I noticed there were 2 scratches on my tailgate, i know it wasn’t from them because they do such a great job and they want the customers to be happy, I believe I was scratched in the transportation process or at the 3rd party garage, but Koch collision is going to fix it for me. And I truly can’t be any happier with how they are treated me through this whole thing! Thank you to the Koch company and especially Koch Collision!!

UPDATE 6/23/2018After a horrible experience I went through the first time around trying to get a estimate general manager at KOCH 33 Collision GRANT BROWN took matters into his hands in a major way. I wish all managers where so hard working and dedicated to there work that they do. KOCH 33 Collision should be proud that a manager of that caliber is part of there team and I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I am a business person myself who run different businesses and the professionalism and dedication I saw in GRANT BROWN to his work and KOCH 33 Collision is extraordinary and goes above all. I truly felt like KOCH 33 Collision cares about me and by vehicle and about the issue I had. GRANT BROWN listened to my concern told me what he will do and on top of it all I felt like I was part of there family. Thank you GRANT BROWN and KOCH 33 Collision for all that you have done, and to all that are reading in the Lehigh Valley surrounding area there is no Collision Center like this and you can trust and know the work will be done right the first time around. The car came out looking like better then showroom condition and I am driving a 2010 ACURA TL.First Review 6/10/20e18I called Koch 33 Collision spoke to Chuck Fox told him I will be there within 15 min. to have a estimate done on a used vehicle that I purchased for couple dings dents and if they can help out. Once I arrived provided them with registration also contact information to have a estimate on couple dings also was informed that the door I thought had a ding will need to be redone and have the door skin replaced and quarter panel fixed. We spoke for couple minutes and I was provided outrages estimate on the spot in thousands I dont know if it was said to scare me out of fixing my vehicle or what I dont know. I asked if he can provide a accurate estimate he said not right now as he is leaving for the day and I was ok with that, so I provided additional information and was told I will receive an accurate estimate the next day.Next day comes around I waited all day for an estimate and got frustrated and decided to call Chuck again. When Chuck answered the phone I asked about my estimate and all the sudden he said he is working on the estimate and I should receive it within an hour or so. Guess what never received the estimate. I as a consumer was never in a situation like this where I felt I was begging to getting my estimate to get my car fixed. I guess its a problem to bring your car which I thought to a reputable dealership to get it fixed but I guess I was wrong these people are lazy and quote outrageous estimates out of there head just to scare you off and then they never follow through in providing a true estimate. Maybe its because I am paying for this out of pocket instead through insurance company. This is a local neighborhood business and I am bringing them business and I feel like I am being a pain in the ass. ALL CUSTOMER BEWARE THEY ARE NOT YOUR TRUE NEIGHBORHOOD DEALERSHIP THERE PRICING IS OUTRAGEOUS. I expected a lot more then I received which is nothing.
