As good as any Autozone. Friendly people and usually have all the parts I need. If your in a hurry you can always order online and pick up in the store. :)
They had my part, I paid $265 for a battery nd because it was in the back of my bmw x5 they wouldnt put it in . The guy who brought my battery to the counter weighed all of 57lbs nd could barely carry the battery, should have known he wouldnt put it in.
* In regards to a bad battery. Edison the store manger and the regional or district manager Tony; handled a serious matter absolutely respectfully & no issues went further. Customer Service for this particular issue was handled professionally. Thank you for this and for acknowledging a huge mistake a employee made.

Really great place they give you a diagnostic diagnostic test to bring 4 your car you you have to do it yourself but if a knucklehead like me can do it and find out what the problem is is handed test back and its on good people yourself and you find out whats wrong with your car they let you know whats up good people know what youre talkin about so go there and be square later
I have come to this autozone in the past and left unhappy without even buying anything just because their customer service sucked. Tonight I came in and met Devin. He took the time to explain what I needed and even came out and fixed my headlight. It literally took less than five minutes to help me. Thank you Devin! It doesn’t take anything extra to be a decent human being!!!!

I recently purchased a new serpentine belt tensioner and serpentine belt. Within a week of purchase, the tensioner failed and damaged the new serpentine belt. When I called for replacement, they told me that they would not warranty the belt even though their failed tensioner damaged it. This is after having to call 4 times and getting put on endless hold. I am personally a Ferrari mechanic and have been in the industry for many years. I will go out of my way to tell people not to go to this location for the rest of my life.
Had an amazing young man help change my battery and find other things my car was in need of and come out and helped me in changing all the parts out. This is 30 mins from my house but the only one I will go to

Not at all my favorite store. staff seems to be low quality and inexperienced and create an unpleasant environment for some consumers. i only shop there when my 2 other alternative auto stores are out of stock for my needed item. my most recent visit to store found staff refusing to answer an incoming customer phone call in full view of customers present. the staff was mocking a persistent customer who called numerous times and was mocked as a pest and an annoyance for asking too many questions. the store staff was making their refusal to answer call a joke or game in view of customers, and when several calls were hung up on, call was finally answered and the counter service person mocked and shamed the customer to the delight and approval of all present. it seemed to me their poor behavior should have been supervised and corrected by management. there were several employees present, possibly a manager or assistant should have corrected this behavior? i feel all customers deserve respectful treatment, even the difficult ones. i choose not to do business with a store that allows this sort of customer abuse simply because staff is not trained to respect their purpose for being employed. customer is king. even the difficult ones. autozone has several local competitors. this autozone in easton has sent myself and others to competitors stores.

The guys are so helpful. They installed the windshield wiper for me.
Needed one quart of oil they put in 5 quarts how can people work there and not be able to read a dipstick then got rude and said put hole in pan if I didnt already have a stroke and handicap now have to go to garage and have it drained be glad they got one star
So I thought my windshield wipers were broken so I go to auto zone to see if they could help if not explain what was the problem but these two employees were sitting in their chairs and didn’t even bother to go outside to help. All they had to say was that they don’t fix windshield wipers and that I have to go to a mechanic. So unprofessional and the sad part is that he didn’t even get up from his seat to attend a costumer. Horrible costumer service!!
Had to do curbside pick up; very rude. Left me on hold on the phone over 20 minutes. When they were on the phone they were carrying conversations with other employees I couldn’t even tell when they were actually talking to me. I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking they were busy but Then employee came outside with an attitude and literally threw my products in the car; no bag; and slammed my door and went back inside.i tried to say thank you. And he bluntly ignored me. Worst. Customer. Service.
I called the store to speak to an associate in regards to a light bulb for my car and employee was having a conversation with someone and not paying attention to my concern and kept asking me what type of car I had and what year when I had already mentioned it 3 times, then he puts me on hold without telling me and completely ignored me. Customer service at this store is very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to be serviced at this store.

I attempt to do business with this location, it’s very difficult to get the same pricing every time without a hassle. The manager is very unprofessional to his staff and customers, I have no clue how anyone employed at this location stays working there. I actually feel bad for the employees that have to work under the poor, abusive leadership that is on public display every time I stop to purchase items. I’m going to reach out to corporate, but doubt I will return moving forward.

I worked with a young employee who was new there (I wish I could remember his name) was so incredibly helpful. I can with a crazy need for a repair that wasnt just going to be found in the computer. He hung with me and it worked out perfectly.

I ordered wheel nut covers for my car. Everyday I would call them asking if they had arrived and I couldnt get a straight answer out of them. While on the telephone, I got disconnected several times. Then eventually they tell me they sent them back because their policy is to send parts back if theyre not picked up by a certain time. So I decided to buy them off Amazon. Never order parts from AutoZone! Only buy what is in the store and if they dont have it then take your business elsewhere. Dont waste your time there.

This place is absolutely terrible, youd have better service and get out faster at Wal-Mart!!Stood in line for 10 minutes just to pay for two items and I was the only one in line, when I asked if the cashier was there by himself he told me no, so why was no one else helping customers out?! Complete waste of space and time!

It is a chain auto parts store.So the selection is close to many other AutoZones and not too different from the competitors in many ways. The service is fine and reflects that this part of the auto industry is very service oriented.Really there is nothing egregious about this place except the location. Its positioned next to an on/off ramp for US 22 and traffic is consecutively a pain. Especially if you have to turn left. But this varies according to time of day and some times you want to dive onto the highway to escape and other times you can make that left easily.Fair warning.

I stopped in to have the technician check why my check engine light is on. when i got there, there was one person in the store ant two employees (at least). I told the gentleman why I was there and he said he cannot, he doesnt have time for that. Dissapointed, I said thank you and left. I was going to buy product there that night too, but not with that kind of attitude. Not good service in my opinion.

Everytime i go in here i wait in line for an extended amount of time. just this morning there was only one guy working in the whole store. he was fielding phone calls and doing his best but there was 4 people in line and i just needed a few things... its almost everytime. always under staffed

Poor service. The two times I went there I was sold the wrong part. I was not ask if I wanted help installing the head light bulb or the air filter. I was not treated well I think because I am a woman. Each time I told the employees what I thought of their service. I will not go there again.

Obviously cant speak for every single employee but some of them offer poor service and are very unprofessional. The associate who helped me most recently kept talking about how he got to leave soon, kept checking his phone and was texting in front of me, took 15 minutes just to make a payment because that register was glitchy or something, was cursing and goofing off with other employees (one walked by while he was trying to process my transaction at the register and the passing employee hit all the keys on the keyboard to mess with the associate helping me.) And to top it off the dude smelled like he hasnt showered in a week. He wasnt knowledgeable about what I came to the store for and literally didnt listen to me or answer questions I asked. This wasnt the first time Ive had an experience similar to this here. Sorry but Advance Auto is where IIl be shopping now.
