I needed a small part for the vacuum port on the carb. This store is my normal go to store but trying to travel as little as possible it was more convenient to go to 4 other auto parts store and 3 other location before I went out of my way and went to this parts store. They solved my parts need in less time then trying to explain my needs to other stores.

Usually do not have any issues but this time the sale associate was giving me a hard time when I was returning a car battery that could not keep a charge. It lost all of its charge after I jumped and charged it the night before. First he told me that I had to have a receipt. I told him that he could look up my purchase history in his system, which he found. Then he gave me no choice but to return again after an hour while he tried to charge it. Ultimately he did not trust my story and replaced it when I returned.
Huge stock of parts. Pro guys are the most knowledgeable Ive ever dealt with. Pull rabbits out of hats often finding stuff that is impossible to find. The pro guys are the most valuable and usually very busy but its worth waiting a few minutes to get what you need the first time. Wont go anywhere else because of them. Jim and George are amazing!
Advanced Auto is a great place to go for car parts. They are always helpful and friendly when I need them to look up a part to find. Their prices are reasonable. I feel its one of the best places to go for car parts and to get exceptional help with all your car part needs. If you go to any other car parts place I urge you to check out Advanced Auto and give them a try.
Called to specifically ask if they had a certain spark plug. First sign to shop elsewhere is when they answer the phone as “hi” no statement that you reached advance auto parts.Guy so quickly spouted out that they had the plug in stock, I should have known better. Got there and they don’t have it I stock. First lie.Then he tells me Nazareth has it. Thanks again they close earlier than the store in Easton.Shop at Auto Zone instead. Much better service.

I just purchased antifreeze. The guy refused to honor the online price. He denied the online price and when i pulled it up on my phone, he stormed off into the back. I escalated the issue and will follow up this review of the outcome if there is an outcome.
I shop around for the best prices, when I need auto parts. I am a great Customer of Advanced Auto Parts. But today I had to go to the other guy to find the best price. It pays to compare prices.....
Its a name I trust...I have purchased many parts from various location...But when I was in the immediate area, and my battery died, I stopped in to get a battery, the clerk got me the correct battery (with a few extra CCA for the cold weather) and lent me the tools to pull it out in the 29 degree darkness (including a light!).He applied the core on the purchase, so I didnt have to spend any extra time after the process, and slow my voyage of getting back on the road to home.Good Staff, Clean store, helpful crew...HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Most of staff is very knowledgeable which is required since the computer doesnt tell them everything. Mike was awesome to work with. They do good services like battery testing and wiper install.
This place has hit or miss customer service between the associates. I have two favorites that always have a positive outlook on helping customers. However, one associate had a bad attitude with me on more than one occasion. He has also given a family member grief when trying to return something with a receipt, making up a new return policy on the fly. This is why advance is losing business to internet retailers....
Every customer representative has always been helpful and courteous. They offer knowledgeable advice and helpful ideas to help get the job done right. Thanks for the assistance - it is invaluable.

I used to come here for everything so naturally i called when i needed to order a part. So a week and a half went by and there was no call to my house stating that the part was ready, so i call to check the status of the order. The person who answered the phone was rude from the start, checked the status and got back on the phone to tell me that it was there. When i asked if anyone was going to call me to inform me to pick it up he stated he hasnt been there for a couple of days and wouldnt tell me when the part came in. I called and launched a complaint with the manager and he was very patient and listened to what i had to say and apologized for the service i received. I am very impressed that the manager was willing to listen and said he would take care of the problem.

Good customer service. Came in with an internet order 5 minutes after online checkout. Clerk tells me they were out of stock on my part but he gave me the more expensive brand part that was in stock for the same price. Very nice!
I ordered parts from an internet only company, they came in wrong. I went to Advanced and ordered them from them. Their customer service is much better. I should have gotten them there instead the first time.
Lots in stock. What isnt in stock can be ordered to drive in a day or two. Great commercial accounts manager with free delivery to garages/shops.
I love this place because they will let you know what is wrong once a warning light comes on your dashboard for free.
What ever you do, avoid talking to Alberto, he is no help and has no idea what he is doing. All of the other workers are great. But avoid Alberto. 4 stars because of that idiot.

I went in there looking for a dome light for my car. The employee was nice enough to look it up for me and even went to get the right bulb for me. He even explained what to do if it still didnt work..
Parking gets a little hectic but service is always great..
Usually better than autozone. They have more parts for German cars in stock than autozone.

I came from out of town to help my daughter whose battery had died. I ordered a new battery online for in-store pick up/intstallation (I saved 15% by doing this!). I arrived on Sunday morning. A minute after walking in the front door they had my order up,and my new battery off the shelf. I was instructed to drive around back where the friendly employee got right to business pulling the old battery and installing the new. Even though they dont have your typical service bay, they had all the tools to do the job right, cleaned the cables, and sprayed protectant on the terminals...even hooked up the charger to the cars computer so that the system wouldnt have to be reset. Now, I am a do it yourselfer, but why would I do this myself when Advanced Auto did it fast (total of 15min), free, and properly! Kudos! I am a happy customer!
Some of the employees are absolutely terrible, and theres no reason to put up with them when the Autozone is just across the street. Not sure how they are, but honestly they cant be worse than this location.
