Great location! Employees are very friendly and my orders have all been correct. They do a great job handling busy surges. The drive through line is always very long, but I go inside and get my drink very quickly!

This location by far has been great in customer service since it has opened. I usually drive here nearly everyday and is greeted by staff with a generous spirit. They serve very quickly in my opinion and look forward to see the original crew and others each day. Thanks Noah, Rosie and several others there!!!!

Dinning room closed. Drive through and mobil app only. im sorry but i go to coffee shops not only for the coffee, but also for the experience and the atmosphere. the Starbucks off of guess road if fully open.

Slowest starbucks in town. May be the patrons, may be the staff. But I frequently been using this one lately, and its always slow and packed.Not sure whats going on.On the plus side, they seem to be able to get orders right.

Went for coffee. I am not sure how Starbucks operates, but I wish they would have mixed up my coffee b4 handing it to me. When I try to shake it up, it spilled all over my car.

Even when it’s busy, this location is always well organized, gets orders out promptly, and has the friendliest staff! My favorite drink was made perfectly on this visit 👌

This place is very well organized, the employees are always so nice and ask you how are you and they never mess up my order. It is always very clean and also have new cute cups. I enjoy stopping by before going into work.

Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to! Horrible rude service and closes way too early 😒 like really at 6pm? Though your website hours says open until 9pm.. wont make that mistake going to this location again 🙅‍♀️

Average store, and partners. The pastry case was emptied 30 minutes before close. A partner (I’m assuming because she wasn’t in uniform) was hanging out in the back and in the lobby near close.

Norm?!? Slamming drinks down on the counter because you failed to understand my order is not the way. And then you got a simple coffee with cream and sugar on the side wrong trying to be flippant. The real key to providing GOOD customer service is knowing that the customer is NOT always right but they are THE reason why you are there. Poor attitude Norm ... please be better.PS - the laugh emanating from your co-worker as I let the cashier know of your poor service was icing on the cake. This shift is obviously poorly run.

I dont think they even deserved this one star. Lets start with 1st off they made the wrong drink for me, then I get my cup and didnt know I paid for a large but got a medium instead. Then had to stir the drink because all the matcha was stuck to the bottom of the cup! This Starbucks is not on point on Roxboro Road by the Cook Out and Roses shopping center!

Worst Starbucks ever . Always takes forever and mistake the drinks . And today I made order and had to wait in line for 10 min which only 2 car front of me than come to window to find out they can’t even make my drink because some of items they don’t have it ! It would of been nice if they would atleast let you know before you waste time .

This is a good Starbucks. Its typically pretty crowded but orders are always correct. I come here very often. Nothing bad to say about this place.

This truly used to be my go-to Starbucks. Multiple times a week. Today was the final straw, it took 40 mins in the drive thru to get 2 coffees. I kept thinking maybe I’ll go in but the line seemed to be moving at a decent pace. This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced slow service and keep hoping it’ll get better. I’ll be going to the Starbucks on guess rd from now on. They have a more efficient operation.

Back bar was not tidy for the amount of workers present. Drive thru was constant but team work would have allowed immediate area to be cleaned up.

Went through the drive-thru with a friend. She got her coffee and snack. The line moved pretty fast.

The absolute worse. I along with several other cars sat in a backed up line for 10 minutes waiting to order. Then I get to the intercom for them to tell me it’s closing time and I can’t order. There has got to be a way they could have came to our cars and let us know this so we didn’t have to wait. And they acted as if they could care less about it.

I’ve visited this Starbucks several times I don’t know what’s going on but seems recently it’s slowly going down with service. Last time I visited they were closed in the middle of the morning. Today I visited it was there was a long line so I went inside. I went in today and they were fully staffed but if the staff did less talking and more working they would of got the orders out a lot faster. There was only two people making drinks while the rest of the staff talked and laughed and one even came from the back just to get on her cell phone versus helping. I waited 15 minutes for a coffee and a water when I got my water it seemed to have partials floating in it. Which immediately turned me off from drinking my coffee. All the other customers around me seemed to be irritated by the wait time also, being that there was enough staff and only 3 were working.

Always takes forever, even when not busy. Orders wrong 99% of the time

Well they charged me for something I did not ask for. They gave me the wrong thing in two drinks. The way they went about fixing it wasnt friendly. Im not sure but someone was having a bad day.

It’s so frustrating that every time I come to this Starbucks, I am sitting in line for a min of 20 -30 minutes.

Ordered on mobile to have more efficient pick up so that I would not have to wait in the drive-through line. When I went to pick up my order the door was locked, and although I could physically see my order through the door, no one came to inform me of what was going on. A passing car passenger told me that they were informing pts to enter the drive through line... to pick up mobile orders... so I had to wait an extra 20 minutes in the drive through line to pick up an order I had made a half hour prior... ended up being late to work subsequently. I found this to be quite inefficient... causing more congestion in the drive through. Unclear what the purpose of this was because it really caused more work for staff rather than less because it would have taken one minute for me to pick up my order had the door been unlocked...

Every time I visit, pleasant interactions with the staff. Even though its a smaller location than the Guess Road one, I prefer this one because my experiences have been better overall.Even with the recent additional traffic since the Guess Road location is temporarily closed... theyve made it work! I do look forward to bringing the order-ahead option back once its manageable. The drive thru line was long so I went inside - and I was impressed with their practices for social distancing for inside ordering.

Location isnt keeping regular hours. I never know if they are open or closed. The app is a must at any Starbucks. People complain about the wait times in drive through. I never get in a line with the app and its always ready upon arrival. (if and when the lobby is open). I walk in and walk out with my drink.

I had a mobile ordere and they were serving to people walking in before me. I received one thing at a time.

What is the point of a drive-through if you have to wait 25 minutes for a simple cup of coffee!? This is ridiculous.

We pulled up to the drive thru speaker and was told its closed but we could come in to order. Grrrrrrr my friend went in and I waited in the car. And watched at least 7 cars get taken care of at the drive thru. I will never be back. My friend still inside. And 3 more cars taken care of at the drive thru.

My daughter and I were both looking for drinks with no or low sugar, and we loved that a Starbucks employee took the time to explain the many choices available.

This Starbucks location somehow manages to get my order wrong almost every single time. It’s very impressive actually. I can count the times I have actually gotten what I’ve asked for over the last two years on one hand. If it wasn’t so close to the hospital, I wouldn’t ever go here.

The drinks were good, but as usual, the wait was pretty long.

There is nothing wrong with the service here. However, for some reason this is the busiest drive-thru in North America. Dont go here if you want a drive-thru where you dont wait half an hour. Again, not the fault of the employees.

This was my favorite Starbucks location for a while but now they are not that good anymore. They changed management and it not the same anymore.

Good service but only giving 3 stars since food is WAYYY overpriced and price of grilled cheese sandwich went up 20 cents. I am not a rich guy and work a low paying job so I cant keep coming here with these high prices. I just cant afford it anymore. I will still come here for bottled water or milk which is reasonably priced but the sandwiches and coffee are way overpriced (I dont drink coffee by the way). My recommendation is to lower prices and make it more competitive for those on a budget and not just for the upper class. I work across the street but I will probably rather go to Taco Bell/Jersey Mikes for lunch since the prices at Starbucks is too high.

They are getting slower and slower. They are not efficient at all. Dont go on lunch break...you will never make it back on time.

When I am in NC this Starbucks is a must! The staff here is awesome. My drink tastes like pure love each and every time. I love visiting family so I can come here. This Starbucks is my second family now!

Jay at this Starbucks is great. He brought me a water without me asking. He has great customer service skills and works hard. He was going above and beyond cleaning and helping out customers and other employees.

Truly addicted!!! Never can say I have gotten a bad tasting coffee. Staff is always friendly and warm. Once a Starbucks addict always a Starbucks addict. I cant help myself but always come back. Breakfast is also delicious!

Wow! Tanya really made my day! I was extremely frustrated about my afternoon. Went to starbucks for my “treat yo self” moment. Ended up having a great conversation with Tanya, so in addition to my delicious mango dragon fruit refresher, i made a 2 min friend. Will definitely be returning!

Always fast, kind, and have NEVER gotten myorder wrong. I have seen them make mistakes with others, and they were corrected quickly, politely, and professionally. Finely run establishment, well done.

I tend to either come early in the day or late in the evening to do work - but over the last six months its difficult to even work here. Either the staff is oddly loud, talking with each other or the music is too loud (especially in the evenings). Its a bummer because in the past its been a great place to work. Ive been coming to this Starbucks for four years and its changed a lot. The interior seating options have improved, but I think its been a shift in the staff and management. Also, not all the Partners charge you correctly - Ive been overcharged and undercharged and have lost points on my app multiple times because they rung up my purchase incorrectly. Its just a bummer. I miss when Roxboro and Guess Road Starbucks were warm, quiet places to work and hang out.

The AM weekday staff is on point. I love how friendly but to the point they are. The drive thru line always moves smoothly. My order is always right. Food is as fresh as i expect. They even offer suggestions when Im not sure of what I want that day. Really cant ask for much more.

These guys are the nicest people to ever come across. They know their drinks and dont mind being honest with telling you if there is a drink they havent tried. Most Starbucks Ive been to will just sell a drink and pretend to like it.

The location was clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. The environment was busy yet my personal conversation went extremely well.

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 cuos of coffee and it took 20 minutest and the first time the sandwitchea came out they where frozen I took them back to have the lady reheat it and the second time the sandwitch felt warm to the touch but still frozen on the center. After all of that we only got onr of the 2 coffees and at that point I was so disappointed I just cut my losses and left. Who would have thought McDonalds would have better service and quality then pretentious Starbucks. Will not return
