If your cashing a scratch off make sure they are giving u the right amount i was cashing some scratch offs at 12:15pm today and the total should have been 175 i won 100 on 1 ticket alone and the cashier said i only won 65 then tried to tell me i can only buy tickets with the money a few months ago at night i gave a lady a 100$ ticket and wanted to only spend some of it but she said she didnt have cash to give after i claimed it forcing me to spend the money. I will never come back here for scratch offs ever again.

Ive been to circle k for 20+ years and I know customer service can be difficult at times. Im a very quiet person, but there is an employee there the last two times Ive been in the store that right after rambling incoherently for 2 minutes didnt tell me if my purchased went through then shouted at me to shoo and leave.

What gas station doesnt pick up on their phone. They should just close down this store because it says its 24 hours but it shuts down by 9 or 10pm.

I bought $7 worth of merchandise I gave the cashier $20. And got back $11. It look as if the cashier was really struggling with the math.I dont care about the $2. There was a $5 laying on top of register so there might be a larger problem. Apr.18 7ish pm.

Two female employees not wearing a mask with a male visitor hanging out against the counter (also without a mask) and not social distancing.

All of the cashiers are very helpful and friendly... The only issue I have are the bees during the warm months.

Only two pumps for diesel, and half the time one is broken. Very difficult to get out of the lot since you MUST exit on Page Rd, usually to tremendous traffic backups.

I just wanted to give Earl a shout out. He worked with me on an error by one of the employees and was able to make everyone satisifed. His hands were tied by a company, and he was able to resolve the issue. Thanks Earl!

Very busy in the morning but the staff keeps the line moving quickly, so its ok.

I was just there and a unidentified man assault one of the male clerks and threatened a female clerk. The unidentified male hit the male clerk in the face and I intervene and stopped the assault. He needs to be locked up.

Dont have change for a $100 bill and it was 6 pm not early in the morning. And Im not blaming cashiers.

I visited this store on Friday 5/11 only to fill my car. It is very rare to even stop here the service took a turn for the worst. The pumps would not take credit cards and no signs were posted. When I went inside the clerk told me to swipe my card for $40.00 and he would give me the difference back in cash. However, once I pumped only $29.00, they refused to give me my difference of $11.00 and the manager (Cheetan) told me that my card would only be charged the $29.00 and I will see the change after 2am the next morning. It is now 6:30pm the next evening and my account still reads $40.00 and I am pissed. I cant go by the store because I am out of town at the moment. This is extremely poor service to take your customers money.

Worst gas station in the area. Pumps are slow, the bathrooms are out of order, the pumps don’t take debit and send you to stand in line to pay to find out credit is ok. Don’t recommend it.

They have no change for a $ 100.00 bill I just wanted $ 40.00 of gas ... and the cashier behaved the worst ... and Im not the first to complain about that person. Always angry
