I have known James since he was a toddler, and have watched him grow into the man that you see before you. This service department was so nice from start to finish. I was in town from out of state and had a scary situation with immediate attention needed on my vehicle. Too long wait times. Get the smaller tasks out. One man waited 3 1/2 hours for oil change and standard oil change is 20 mins. I was there 3 hrs my self. This may have been an unusual high volume day.

Horrible experience! Bought a car it was dirty! I went back to get it cleaned and still dirty! Terrible job. Did not call about my tags arriving so here it is my temp tags expired. Drove home and the keypad is dead to the car I just bought. The manager has a terrible attitude and does not know how to handle customers professionally. He got an attitude about the whole situation. Do not buy a car from them!

Recently bought a car from Sports Durst Mazda. Our sales person Lawrence was excellent. He spent a lot of time showing us different cars, trims and colors never once making us feel rushed or unimportant. After deciding we wanted to purchase, the entire process and everyone else we talked to were excellent to deal with. Even in this crazy time we felt we got a fair deal (considering the situation). I went to this dealership instead of a closer one (based on Google reviews) and dont regret it one bit. If you are interested in a Mazda I would suggest checking them out and talk to Lawrence.

I took my 2020 Renegade in for an oil change. I purchased the easy care plan when I purchased my jeep. I also asked them to check air in rear drivers side tire - the sensor said it was low.When they told me it was ready, they told me it was $112. My easy care means free oil change. The low tire, they not only put air in it, they took it upon themselves to patch the tire without saying anything.I told then I was paying for the patch since I had new tires and the place I purchased them gave me a Road Hazzard warranty that would have patched it for free.Several months ago, Sport Durst told me I needed new tires. I told them to go ahead and order them and let me know when the came in. The never called me, so Im assuming they never ordered them.When my easy care is done, Sport Durst will never touch my vehicle again.I informed them

The employees at the truck service center have serviced my 2011 Dodge 2500 4WD Cummins diesel since it was almost new. The truck currently has 290,000 miles on it and without the expert knowledge from the employees at the truck service center, there would have been a different outcome. Jon, the service manager, is very knowledgeable and courteous. He always treats the customer with professionalism. Steven, the service technician knows Dodge vehicles and does an excellent job. Kudos to the team!

I want to thank Nick in the Parts Department for everything he did for me. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help me. I spoked to him on Friday, 8/27/2021 about my car part. Told me to come out to Sports Durst on Monday, 8/30/2021 and he would try to help me. My 2007 Mitsubishi Truck was taken into Sport Durst by Service Advisor Corretta Miller July 29, 2021. She contacted me stating the truck needed a FCM and that Mitsubishi no longer made the part. That I would have to research and find the part myself and they would install it. Three days later I found the part and Called Ms Miller and informed her it would take 7-10 day to receive. I received the part Aug 19, 2021 took it on that same day to Ms Miller. She contacted me 4 days later stating my vehicle was ready. I arrived to pick up my truck, after she corrected the over billing of 1hr labor, I paid the bill. She then walked me to my truck, I immediately notice the obvious that my black hardtop Tonneau was gone, railings were bent and struts broken off. She never acknowledged that cover missing nor did she acknowledge the damage until I asked for a so called manager which she called Brian Yates. He was so sorry, he never came out to my truck, just said they would review security tape and get back with me. Never heard back from anyone on them replacing my Cover.So much for making it RIGHT for the good of good customer RELATIONS!

I brought my vehicle to the service department complaining of a rattling sound. They charged me $150 for replacing my transmission fluid and then told me that they noticed a rattling sound. I followed up and asked them to address the rattling sound, since that was my initial request. They took the vehicle back and then the next day told me they fixed the sound, yet on the way home the sound was entirely unchanged. Thus, they went 0/2 regarding my request to fix the rattling sound. I chose not to try a third time.

Very disappointed again with Sports Durst. The chronic problem with the WIN module on chargers was recalled on many of the Dodge Chargers. Was told on the phone that they would repair mine under the recall but after I paid a diagnostic fee at another place, took it to them, they refused to cover the repair. Not only that, can’t get the part needed for 2 months (though private mechanic can fix it next week.) so, I will be stuck with the $1300 part that Dodge knows is a problem with safety and causes the cars to turn off when driving.

Be aware!! Never give your car to Sport Durst! They wants to get every dollar out of you. When they feel they dont get enough money out of you or fool you, they will charge you miscellaneous fees (READ your receipt) and claim that it is required by law!! Watch out for Ken.

I bought a car yesterday at the Goldsboro location and I absolutely love it! It was my first time ever buying a car and my salesman Stephen Werner made the car buying experience so easy and stress free! The customer service was so amazing from everyone. Worst experience with SportsDurst!! My car had issues and I have been following up with Service team No one picks up the call since a week and they do not answer back even after multiple voice mails left to their system.The operator picks up the phone and transfer it to a phone which keeps ringing and no one pick up the phone. Just cant understand how pathetic the Service is. At least give some response to the customer on what they should do. Transferring phone from one to another is not helping at all.I would rate 0 but here is no option itself.

Sport durst has been terrible with communicating with me what’s wrong with my vehicle. My vehicle was towed in on July 6. Someone called me the next day told me they were going to look at my vehicle to find out what was wrong with it. They also said they would call me back the next day to discuss their findings. I never got the call back so I called them for 7 days straight trying to find out what was the status of my vehicle but they said someone would call me back and I have yet to get a call back and today is July 21. I also asked to speak to a manger whom also didn’t return my call.

Had a nightmare of an experience dealing with getting my radio replaced for my vehicle that is under warranty at Jeeps service department.Car was dropped off for service April 26th and I was told a new radio would arrive in 5 business day, great Id bring my car back then.Well a week passed and no call, so I reached out to Will 3x and when I finally got a call back he let me know the radio wouldnt be in until June 1st - which was inconvenient since I had relocated about an hour away and it was now 2 weeks later when he was letting me know this. I asked if there was a way to have the radio sent to another dealership to get installed since it was a shipping issue but lack of communication was the bigger issue, he said Ive checked with my manager and it will be no problem at all, we will handle everything and call you June 1st when the radio comes in.June 1st came and went, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and finally reached out on the 4th asking about the status and had to call 6 times on multiple days before somebody picked up and said they had no idea but would have Will call me back.Will never called me back so finally on June 6th I called and waited on hold for 45 minutes because I refused to be put to another voicemail to not have my call returned, a lovely operator helped me and got me in touch with Kurt who explained he was the service manager. Kurt let me know that he never approved the transfer of the radio and it still was not in he said hed discuss it by Will and promised me hed call me back on Monday.Monday came and went and Kurt never called me- which is even more upsetting that the manager knowing how badly his team member had dropped the ball on this didnt feel it was his responsibility to take on the issue and make it right. Its evident that leadership cares just as little as SOME advisors.Will finally called me back on 6/8 and let me know they had my radio and told me he couldnt transfer it to Greensboro- apparently he had never gotten that cleared and just made something up to appease me- SUPER professional. I let him know I didnt want to do business with him anymore and Id figure out another solution, I was very angry and rightfully so, it had been over a month and a half and the fact is shipping isnt even a factor, the lack of communication, lack of professionalism and just plain disregard for me as a customer was VERY evident.After I cooled off I called back- tried to talk to Will to set up the appointment, tried to talk to Curt- well neither of them called me back. Mind you despite being angry about the whole situation, I never once raised my voice or called them outside their name or cursed, I just stated my disappointment and let them know how they could improve.At the end of this whole debacle, Kaitlin finally called me and assured me shed get me taken care of and apologized for the whole mess- she did in fact get me in and get my radio swapped, she was kind, attentive and actually acted like she cared about me being a customer. The only reason they ever get 2 starts is because Kaitlin is a rock star.I think the most comical part about this is that I have full intentions of trading in my Compass for a 2021 Grand Cherokee and unfortunately for the Sales Department (which seems to be common amongst these reviews) the sh!tty service depart has led me to no longer doing business with Sports Durst and I will be returning to Leith Auto Park for my service and new vehicle purchase- way to cost the business a couple grand.

My family has purchased 7 cars from this dealership with Makayla Evans as our salesperson. Makayla does a great job using all of her resources to make sure the customer is treated fairly and gets the best deal possible. After the sale, she stays in regular contact to address any needs the customer might have. She helped us with both of our daughters first cars and a car for our son in law. Been dealing with this dealership for a bunch of years now. Bought my first vanagon here in 97. Ive referred everyone I know to McKayla Evans and she has never let me down. Every time I get serviced here Bob Campbell gives me friendly and informative service, so much so that I recommend him every time. He recommends services when my vehicle needs it and readily provides me with vital information to keep my car running and in good shape. The customer service is nice to me as well. They make me feel good about coming to them for my vehicle needs.
