I received a mailer from MJ Nissan for which I had qualified for a loan based on my increased credit score from Frank Boekle. The offer made it seem like I would get a really low interest rate and when I spoke with Boekle he went even lower and convinced me to make an appointment. When I arrived we discussed my situation again with my current vehicle and that I was seeking a lower payment. Instead of giving me the offer advertised in the mailer sent specifically to me based on my good credit history he did a bait and switch. He decided that I could not qualify for a vehicle with lower payments but ran a credit check anyway even though they already knew my credit scores. I am very disappointed and would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They should practice truth in advertising and not waste peoples valuable time!

The experience could have been better. The pricing for an oil change was higher than just going to a Jiffy Lube. I was charged to rotate my tires which I believe other places give as a complementary service when you get an oil change. That charge was an additional $22. I was told my wiper blades had to be replaced for me to pass inspection on a 2018 Rogue that had low mileage on it. That was an additional $30. I dont think they were that bad that I needed to buy new ones at the dealership but had no choice if I wanted to pass the inspection. I think they find extra little things to charge you for when you take your car in. I ended up being charged $147 for the service that I probably could have gotten way cheaper at another place. The service person ask several times for me to give him a good rating but did not do anything special to help the customer with the extra charges.
Jacob was an amazing salesman. He provided top tier service. Patiently explained the car buying process, he explained the payment options clearly and concisely. Applied no pressure to sell. From walking to the dealer until I bought my car everything was excellent. They dont just sell you the car they put themselves in your shoes, take time to explain to you the finance process, and before you leave they make sure they explained everything about your new car.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, staff was super friendly and accommodating! When I came to pick my car up the inside was cleaned (vacuumed & dash wiped down) and my tires were shined! Definitely will be going back for future services on my car!

Our experience in working with Travis was so much better than any previous experiences I’ve had with a car dealer. It was pleasant! Travis knows every single thing about the car we purchased and answered every question, so that we felt confident that our first electric car was not overwhelming. The last two purchases Ive walked out feeling swindled. Was told 24000 would get me out the door with fees and gap, somehow at signing that turned into 28+. The staff are nice, but theyre salesmen. Theyre good at their job, Ill give them that 😂

Antonio was pleasant, extremely helpful in helping diagnose my trucks problems, and recommended steps to insure we found and fixed the real problem(s). The mechanics found my worst fear was really something minor; saving me lots of money! Antonios estimate to repair the real problems was right on. The work was done on time and correctly. Plus, they give a great warranty on the repairs! What more can you ask.
I received the worst customer service from this dealership!!! The service representative assured me that all of the items that I requested to be fix, was done so. By the time I left and went to the grocery store all of my sensor lights were on again. I was told that they did my oil change and tire rotation, but never did. I contacted the service director for resolution and all he did was tell me he will look at my car tomorrow. No apologies or resolution!!! I told him I will go to another dealership because I felt like an invaluable customer and his response was ok. Smh!!! Michael Jordan Nissan has the worst customer service that Ive ever experienced!!!! Beware!!! $595 DOWN THE DRAIN!!!! Service director Rick Simonette is very rude and disrespectful!!!

Ive purchased many parts for 2004 Nissan Titan LE 4x4 from Michael Jordan Nissan. The parts department is great at finding what I need. Based on their customer service, I had the truck towed from my home 88 miles away to repair an electrical issue. The local dealer is only 7 miles away. It was well worth it as their service department fixed the issue quickly. I received above average service and pricing from both departments.
I know I will be well taken care of when I take my SUV in for service. I am never disappointed. Thank you.
Rescheduled for 2 pm on 6 July. I called at 11am to check parts were in. I arrived at 1:58 pm, was checked in, and waited,, and waited . . . and waited. and at almost exactly 6 pm a young lady came in to the waiting room, said Youre good to go & handed me the keys. That was it! My 2 pm appointment for about 2 hours lasted for 4 hours. It appeared that everyone else had left. Another example of less than satisfactory Customer Service!!
We were greeted in the parking lot by Tony. He was friendly, funny and very helpful. He introduced us to the salesperson Otis who would be assisting us. Otis was friendly and knowledgeable, we would highly recommend.
My experience from the start to the end was phenomenal. From meeting with Frank Boekil, the salesman (sorry cant remember his name), Darius, and the financial manager (cant remember his name) was awesome. I purchased years ago a Sentra Limited Edition in the 90s and I can say the customer service has not changed since then. This place is just amazing! I purchased my vehicle from here in November 2020 & they made the entire process so easy. Some service had to be done which was agreed upon at purchase & they kept their word. And no one is perfect, when service was done & they were complete, someone left my car window down & it rained inside my vehicle; I was a little unhappy but went in to ask for towels & the nice gentleman came out & wiped my car out for me, he insisted I hold his umbrella & he got wet drying my car, thats what I call extraordinary service! Everyone is always so nice & I have absolutely no complaints. Hands down the best place to purchase & service your next vehicle!!!

I was quoted a price of $260 (parts and labor) over the phone. The work completed was very straightforward; a taillight needed to be replaced. My bill was $390 with no explanation to the change in price. On top of this, the service department lost the keys to my car (10 minute delay) and the plastic seat covering was left in my car. Very disappointed with the price and service. I plan to go elsewhere in the future.
I was able to get my first car at Michael Jordan Nissan, with the help of Keia and Tone. They were able to find the car that I felt was the right one for me. Their customer service was amazing, they took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. If I had to go back and get a new car I would ask for their help.
I made a 4:00 appointment. I was greeted when I got there but sat for over an hour. At 5:15 I asked the guy about how long it would be because I had to pickup my son he asked did I want to reschedule because he was unsure. I told him that I would wait a little while longer in about 15 mins after that he said my car was ready. I hope that all services were performed.
Came in about 2 weeks ago looking for a Titan for my husband sadly the one we wanted sold that same day. In hopes to get another one similar to the one that sold we asked Derrick to locate one and he stated there were none along the east coast with an attitude after we did not want a white truck. After having bought many nissans from other Nissan dealerships we knew about dealer trades. He claimed there weren’t any Titans/no one wanted to give them up and that there were a long list of people ahead of us wanting them.. The next day we went to Crown Nissan in Greensboro whom located the same exact brand new Titan we wished for and brought it up from SC with no issues.. we will not be back to Michael Jordan Nissan.

The work done on my vehicle is only days old, and too soon to tell if the work was done right the first time. However, I received great costumer service from Justin!
I left my car at the dealership overnight to have my tire pressure sensor reset, come to find out the next morning, that fixing it wasnt even in their report, so I basically left my car overnight for nothing. I brought my car there to have my windshield wiper reservoir and harness fixed, but it was way too expensive, so I passed on that, and expressed that to the employees that I wasnt gonna do it. So I figured Id get the tire pressure sensor taken care of, which is something I also expressed to the employees. The next day I dont hear any word from my the dealership about my car I til about 1pm when I call them, and then Im told that the tire pressure sensor was not included in their report, and that I still needed the reservoir and harness fixed, Literally the day before I told the employees that I wasnt going to spend $800 to get my reservoir and harness fixed, and just to go ahead and handle the sensor. I was told that someone would fix that in the morning and I dont hear a word about anything from my car until I have to call them, and to find out that my car has just been sitting out there,not being worked on all day.
Otis, Tony, Frank and Corey offered outstanding customer service. They listened to our desires and worked out a deal that was perfect for us. We were able to get a much better vehicle than we expected due to their effort.
I came in after I received an email stating my car was one of the models and year the dealership wanted and I could trade in. I came in not expecting to walk out with the car of my dreams! Keia my sales rep was an angel sent from heaven!!. From the moment I walked up, she was out waiting me to greet me and from there she took my hand and stayed with me the whole way until I got what I wanted and was truly satisfied. Awesome staff and GREAT service Department PERIOD!!!! My friend 2014 Altima had a whiny sound I thought was the alternator but turned out to be something deep in the transmission and they to keep the car. They gave a loaner and the car was ready in 5 DAYS!!! New transmission is driving like a champ!!!! Please get the lifetime warranty because it really pays off and pays for itself even 6yrs later!!! Now I wish they sell me a new Altima........ People are not kidding about the 4+ star reviews here. Came here on 7/6 as my Nissan had a warning light come on in the dashboard. Over the years I have been to a lot of service centers with holier than thou attitude but I was pleasantly surprised by the manner of the staff here. They were kind and patient and took the time to explain things to me. I had to wait while some minor checks were performed on my car but I didnt feel like the time passing as the air conditioned waiting room with free wifi helped me to catch up on some work. Will go here again when my car needs a service.

I have had not a great time here, I asked them to change my cars rear left bulb, which they did I guess. Later I found out it was not working either after I came home. Another day I went there to check for it because I was already charged. Then after waiting for approx. 1 hr, they said now I have to change the whole whire, the issue is not just the bulb which costs like $102 plus labor charge. Then I just said thank you and left the place after I asked them to return my money for the things they charged me for nothing. Just sharing my experience here, not any bad thing! Just wasted my time and energy.

My husband and I brought our truck less than a month ago. Travis was awesome to work with he gets 5 STARS. First time I didnt get a headache buying a car. I will give the service dept. a zero . Mike was rude when I called in for a service request. He made me feel as though I didnt know what I was talking about. He even mocked me for that reason I will never buy another car from this dealership again.
My husband and I came here in hopes of getting a new Pathfinder, but concerned about budget. We worked with Keia in the sales department and she was absolutely wonderful. You often hear horror stories about car salespeople but Keia was informative and helpful without ever making us feel pressured or judged. Darius took us to look at individual vehicles and went with us on our test drive. He was great as well - very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. We left after the first day without buying, thankful that no one pressured us not to leave without a new car. Keia followed up the next day without being pushy at all, and let us know an option in the base model came to the lot and may better fit our budget. We came back in and loved the vehicle, and Keia did everything she could to help us get the finances to a place where we were comfortable. Royce helped us through the paperwork, and he was great, too. Everyone was personable and kind.We started the search assuming we wouldn’t be able to swing a new car, mentally prepared to have to buy something older and less exciting, and left with a beautiful new SUV without breaking our budget. Friendly and fast. Just forgot to reset sensors so my panel lit up for maintenance when I hit on the road to travel later that night. Nonetheless customer service informed me that the services were indeed done and my car was safe to drive. Upon bringing it back to turn off my sensors they assisted me 1st and had me ready to go in less than 10 min.

Very disappointed with the service I have received going back-and-forth for a whole two months dealing with my AC issue and it still have not been resolved.First I came in Paid for them to look at the ac and I was told it just need freon. A day later Ac went back outTook the car back to the dealership I was told I need to get the condenser fix so I agreed paid for the service. two days later ac stop working took the car backThey told me looks like u need a holes ok got that done then a day later ac went out radiator was leaking fluid.Took it back and they tried to make me pay for a new radiator, the car wasn’t running hot or leaking fluids when I took it there to get my AC done..So they notice that the mechanic did something wrong and they fix the radiator leaks..Took the car home now ac back out now they trying tell me I need evaporator core parts. Smh
We had the Versa towed in thinking it was the fuel pump, after a diagnostic was performed they said it was the key mechanism that had locked the car from starting and told us we needed rear brakes, so my husband had them to replace them what we thought was a bill of a little over $200 ended up being $600. Just a few days later getting the car back again it wouldnt start and to our surprise it was just the battery. This time after taking it to Auto Zone and have them check the battery BINGO we have a winner. Its hard to believe that with all your technology and doing a diagnostic nothing came up about the battery, so no we wont be returning this is the second car that you all failed us on. Nissan are good cars its the services rendered thats has caused this decision. I really didnt want to give any stars, but the system wouldnt allow it.Unsatisfied customer Mrs. Nelson-Burgess

The sale and all were good except for these lame wheel lock they put on the brand new car. I have only gotten my oil change and service here but they never give me the wheel lock key. Now when I talk with them they said its phasing out and the wheel lock key should be in the glove box, blamed me for something they never provided to me. Save yourself from some headache from dealing with their service department because you bought their new car. Buy it from a dealership with a service department who cares.
I came to this location because my mom referred me due to her experience. I was expecting to be approached by very pushy salesmen looking to make a sale, but it was the complete opposite. After a few moments of talking with the salesmen he listened very carefully to the car I was interested in which included alternative models as well. From sales to the last person I met with to close the deal everyone was welcoming and made me feel comfortable with ease regarding my purchase. If I could give this location 0 stars I would, the amount of disrespect I got from Rick the service manager at Micheal Jordan nissan, is absolutely the most rude and Inconsiderate person that I have ever met that holds a Higher up position for a establishment like nissan, he Blatantly disrespected me be little be little me in front of all of his staff and all the customers and made me feel as if my $5000 that I had just spent less than 3 months ago and only,4,500 miles on the transmission, and if replacing my transmission wasnt good enough to be a customer of his establishment, I was up there due to the technician replacing my transmission broke the CV axle mounting bracket and they are trying to cover it up and hide the fact that I have to spend another $1000 after just spending $5k and them breaking a part and trying to get out of it, I have pics if I could up load them I would

Omg let me tell you how great the service is. Not only did I receive great service while face to face with Keia who sold me my car, and Jayden who took me on test drives but after driving off the lot I realized my home key was inside the previous car and I was locked out of my house . Of course it’s 9 pm dealership is closed. I contacted her and she got the team on it Stryker came off hours to let me in to get my key and neither of them acted annoyed they were so sweet and went hard to help me out . Michael Jordan Nissan Durham definitely just gained a lifetime customer . They are the best ever . Felt no pressure during the purchase process . Keia is sooooo dope !!! Please go check her out y’all ! Jayden is super dope as well and was very helpful and real during my test drives . I freaking love this dealership y’all !!
I have a Nissan and go there for routine service as I was disappointed with the place I usually went. The service is good. I’m satisfied. Just not 5/5 star.
