They first gave me a reasonable price for replacing brake pads. Then they told me my brake pads still had 30%-40% left. Super honest! I have been looking for an honest and low-cost car repair shop in the triangle area for years, and I finally found one.

Great people and good customer Service

I had brake work done here recently. So far so good! The pricing is great on parts (cant do better if I bought the parts myself at a place like AutoZone, etc.). They also suggested that I wait on the front beaked until the rotors and braked together are ready to be replaced, saving money to not have the brake pads changed twice after the old rotors would be making groves in the new pads. Free diagnostics when I come back to check front brakes.The waiting area is good, too, themed with cars (of course), billiars, ping pong, and outdoor sports. In the process of finding a vehicle for someone else, I noticed one they have that mightve fit the bill. I parked nearby and walk down to their lot. It is raining lightly. I check the vehicle out as much as I possibly can from the outside (checking for any manner of damage, also looking underneath checking for the presence of wet spots and possible leaks). I go inside and gravitate towards the pool table and ping pong. There is a employee at the desk. As I am walking towards the desk he just looks at me with a look that says What do you want. Not anything cordial, friendly, inviting or welcoming. I did stand there a minute thinking he was going to actually greet me with Hello, how can I help you at a minimum, but nothing. Heck, maybe thatshe just the Asian way/culture. So, I begin to tell him the vehicle I stopped to check. I said, I would like to see more of the inside and hear the vehicle run.He responded, I/we need to see your license. I felt my pockets and remembered that Id left them in the truck and wasnt about to go back for them in the rain. So, I stated, I dont have them with me. I just want to hear it run and see the inside. He still states that we need to see your license. Finding his response extremely odd, absurd and completely asinine, I think to myself that maybe he didnt understand what I am seeking to accomplish. So, I state I dont want to drive it sir. All Id like is for you or any other employee to come out and crank the car for me so I can hear it run and also see the inside. As this is the third time trying to gain compliance with such a simple request, I am becoming rather annoyed. He still states, Sir, we still need to see your license. I replied, Sir, that is crazy as Hell, and you just lost a sale. I then walk out thinking how ridiculous was that. Also, couldnthe help but think if I was being discriminated against as a black man. Oh well, his loss.

I would never buy from this dealer again! They asked for a 2300$ down payment! For a 2003 Pontiac Aztec that wasn’t the issue two weeks later the car broke down I called and asked them to get it checked out as I had the option to return the car in the first 30 days I asked them to exchange the car and they said they couldn’t do so until I finished paying the car! Well this car kept giving me issues every two weeks continuously! And I would always bring it back to them their mechanic Cruz supposedly fixed it but something always came up! Well long story short after getting a diffrent mechanic my car was stable for a while until it happened again! I paid this car for one year! Called the dealer and told them either you exchange the car or I’m done paying it! And you can take it back! They knew at that time it was my only car I live in the country and no other way around sky!! And Steven agreed to exchange it sent a tow truck to pick up the Aztec said to give him two weeks to get an expedition I wanted ready! And till now I have not recieved a call from them! Took the Aztec in and never called me back I tried r aching them and they never pick up my calls! Even when I needed a letter for a diffrent dealer about my on time payments. Never buy from them!!

I had my oil change in 30mins with very reasonable price. The staff there is very friendly too.

Put a second unauthorized charge on my credit card after the fact. Thieves.

Recommend this car repair shop, the boss is very kind, the parts that should not be replaced will not be replaced for you, saving you money, really reassuring. The repair price is fair, and the general maintenance will be done quickly. I have been maintaining the car here for 3 years and there is no problem.
