The buying experience here is great. They try to get you what you want. They let you try various bikes out and adjusted for you to ride. They give you a run down of the workings of the bike if youve never handled an electric bike like myself. They are quite honest of what they do and dont have, with realistic turn around times. They are quite happy to give recommendations for anything you may need or want even if they dont have, which with Covid a lot of things can be hard to find. Polite, patient, and considerate staff.They delivered my bike to my place very quickly and flexible with what worked for my schedule. The owners box comes charger, keys, manual, your warranty, registration, tools, and sunglasses. They get you fully started to care for your bike. My bike was delivered with a fully charged battery.Im an avid bike rider who commutes and now planning to bike with my child. It is also nice to know a place that rents bikes. I have friends without bikes whod like to go on an occasional trip with me. It is located right by the American Tobacco Trail.Ill be sure to add more as I make use of their services. Which will be soon enough as Im good at putting miles on a bike. Just waiting on my child safety gear.

I am the proud owner of a Pedego boomerang and live in Connecticut but on a recent visit to some dear friends in Cary NC I was able to rent a boomerang from a dealer at Pedego triangle NC. To ride with my friend on the most fantastic greenways I have ever seen. I want to give a shout out to Pedego Triangle. They were so nice and went out of their way to make sure my rental went perfect. I highly recommend visiting them for your Pedego bike needs.

It is very rare that I post reviews, however for these purchases I will do so.My wife and I bought 2 @Predego Element electric bikes. We purchased the Elements because of the smaller size because we can easily carry them in our toy hauler 5th wheel.Don answered all our questions and did everything he could to make life easy for us. Along with the bikes we bought BT helmets so we can talk, fenders, headlights and taillights and bug fat seats!Don had arranged for our fenders to be put on the following day, but it didnt work out as planned. He went so far as to personally deliver our bikes well after hours, thank you!We have rode 96 miles in a few short days. We love the bikes, we have them figured out. We have easily gotten past 20 miles on a battery.These bikes really open up opportunities to get outside, cover some ground, and be content. So far we are very pleased!

Test ride was great. We got to ride each model and compare. We were not rushed and all our questions were answered. We think we know which model works for us now.

I made an appointment online to see and test ride the Pedego bikes in person. Don and Chris were both incredibly helpful, personable, and knowledgeable.Don accompanied me on a longer test ride once I narrowed down the model I liked the best. We climbed some hills so I could really use the pedal assist and also try the throttle. We had the awesome Bluetooth helmets so he could guide me through different features of the bike as we were riding.During my appointment, I was able to try out the Interceptor, Boomerang, and the City Commuter based on the type of riding I’d be doing. I’d highly recommend an appointment and trying out the different models because I found out another style suited me much better than I’d originally thought! I’d highly recommend this shop!

Always so fun. This was a return trip to the Triangle and we made a point of scheduling an outing. Its loads of fun and really the best way to explore the lower half of the American Tobacco Trail (and White Oak Greenway) as it is fabulously long and eventually becomes a cinder surface that can be real extra work on a conventional bike. We rented for 3 hours and couldve explored even longer there is so much to see but I pooped out (son was still bouncing). Don runs a tight business.

What a great way to spend an afternoon! Want to check out what this electric bike thing is all about? Look no further. Rode 32 miles on my own magic carpet along the beautiful American Tabacco trail. This has to be one of the best bike trails in the country. Enjoyed the bike so much Ill be buying my own real soon. Don could not have been more helpful. Even escorted me to the trail head. Five stars all around!

My husband and I rented two Interceptors last weekend and rode the Tobacco Trail. Don was professional, engaging, and flexible. I highly recommend this business, great bike products, and the opportunity to rent an e-bike before a potential purchase.

We bought our bikes in July 2020. Since then we have rode them almost every day if it’s not raining. This was probably one of the best things we ever did. If you were on the fence about buying one I highly recommend you do so.

This was a wonderful experience all around. Don and Ryan were very friendly and helpful with our bike rentals! We normally ride Trek bikes but we had traveled to NC to visit with our daughter and did not bring our bikes. So we decided to give these a try and we are so glad we did. We could still get a work out and enjoy our 28 mile ride without exerting all our energy (we are in our upper 50s lower 60s), and could stay up with the pace of our daughter and son-in-law. ABSOLUTELY loved riding these bikes. Thank you Don and Ryan we will definitely rent again if we are back in the area!

My daughter and I rented e-bikes to ride the American Tobacco Trail, from Durham south to Apex. This shop’s Pedego e-bikes were in like-new condition, clean, and fully charged. Don offered friendly service and made sure the bikes were adjusted right for us. It was a five-star experience from beginning to end.

Only positive comments from me. The people (Don and Ryan) who run this place are first class all the way. I wanted to find out what would happen if I rode my ebike so far that my battery ran out before I could get back to the store. Ryan calmly said, Then I would find out where you are and bring a fully charged battery to you. Our first bike rental ever, we traveled from NYC to visit our daughter who moved to NC 1 year ago, equipped with our own bikes we noticed the Pedego rentals in the ATT trail. We rented our first tandem from them and it was an awesome experience. Not just the ride on an electric bike but the streamlined process to rent a bike quickly. We chose a tandem bike and traveled for a couple of hours on the ATT trail. Easy pickup, easy returns, amazing experience.

Were visiting the area for the long Thanksgiving weekend and found Don and Pedego when there were no bikes to rent in Durham. He taught us about the American Tobacco Trail and away we went. Great afternoon with great weather. Thanks!

The electric bikes are easy to use, inexpensive, fun to ride, keep you cool on hot days, allow you to see and smell parts of the beautiful American Tobacco Trail, and just take a day off and relax. I had such a great time using the bike on the American Tobacco Trail. The bike was in great condition. The man who helped us was very friendly and even took the time to bike with us to the trail head because we were from out of town. I would highly recommend!

This is the epitome of fun exercise. Ive had the pleasure of riding these bikes several times. We are RV folks and in our world I feel like they will eventually replace the Golf Cart. Once we rented the bikes and spent an hour on the American Tobacco Trail, we knew the electric bike was for us. I have had mine for a month and have put 100 easy riding miles on it. Why didn’t we buy these years ago? Great staff at the store with fun planned trips to baseball games and a winery.

We had an absolute BLAST. Bike was in mint condition the facility is spotless and we even got a bottle of ice cold water after that pretty warm ride :) Thank you VERY MUCH!

Visiting Durham. Rented electric bikes and rode on the nearby American Tobacco Trail. Had a great time. The guys at the shop were very helpful. The bikes were clean and in great condition. The trail was paved and easy to ride on. We received an easy introduction to using the bikes. It was fun!! Enjoyed the time. Will do again if in Durham!!
