Ive been in Durham 15 years and it was a few years before I found out about Noble. For 10 years or more more, Ive been going to Noble for all my auto care and repair work. Its pretty simple. Its a great, family owned business. Theyre friendly. Theyre professional. They do great work. They dont overcharge you. They will always let you know what your car needs (and also let you know what it doesnt need), and they will tell you if its urgent or if it can wait, but they will never pressure you to let them do work youre not ready for or that you cant afford. Ive moved a few times in Durham since I first started going to Noble, but no matter where I live in the Durham area, Im always taking my business to Noble Auto. Its just a great shop, with really good people, and thats not easy to find these days.

Top notch shop with excellent customer service! Spencer will take care of you. He saved me over $1k for an AC system repair that another shop told me the compressor was bad but it turned out to be a temperature sensor. Noble took the time to properly troubleshoot it. Im a customer for life!

Just spent 7 minutes on hold, listening to the person who I was supposed to be on the phone with make small talk with another customer. Giving them 2 stars because they seemed to really treat current customers kindly. However, they just lost this new business by seemingly forgetting I was on the phone.

I had an excellent experience with Noble Auto Repair. A friend of mine suggested that I take my vehicle here. My a/c had went out in my vehicle. Chris Noble was able to get me in quickly. He shared with me the problem and explained that there were (2) options to fix it. He would try the least expensive option first. Fortunately, the first option worked. My car was ready to pick up by early afternoon. Both Chris and his son Spencer were friendly, professional and honest. I plan to use their services again and I am grateful that my friend referred me to their place.

Noble Auto Repair is CQC Homes go to, to have our fleet serviced and or repaired. They are not only reasonably priced, they also have staff full of integrity and provide great service with a smile! OUR GO TO MECHANIC! Other places have said ...well ....you need this and this and that...and itll be X amount. Took it to Nobels and everything checked out. They do give recommendations, but never push for the sale. The prices are straight, up front,honest, and super helpful and friendly! Take my car for oils changes, tunes ups, and any problems!Bought a newer used car, took it to them, then did a FULL INSPECTION and gave us the A-OK on the car!!

Best mechanic I have been to since moving to Durham, NC. They dont make unnecessary recommendations, and are quick to point you to the dealer for recalls or bulletins. The work they do is done on time, is high quality, and I have never had a significant deviation from the estimate. I highly recommend this team as your hometown mechanic.

Went today to my ONLY car repair place. As always service was excellent- Air fuel sensor replaced under 2 hours and I was on my way. They said... get that VSC trac light outta here! Thanks guys!

I purchased an aftermarket exhaust, I called around and everyone was happy to help me install it, but only Nobel said to bring it by same day, 1hr after calling them I had my new exhaust installed and running.Then a few weeks later, I called and asked if they could install lowering springs and sport breaks. Needless to say all was installed within two business days from calling but they helped me by calling the spring manufacturer when they ran into a minor snag.All of my mechanical business will go to Noble.
