What a great experience. We were greeted as soon as we pulled in to the covered entrance and directed to a comfortable waiting room. A service person, Brian, came to see us in about 10 minutes. He had alresdy seen the car and ordered parts. Couldnt be happier.

Great service. Very friendly staff. I prefer to wait when I have service and they keep you updated along the way and get you checked out very quickly. Plus, they wash your car every time you get service. Love that perk almost as much as my GS350.

I arrived 5 minutes eary for my 1pm appointment which was for wheel rotation and general check-up. A tire place would have had you in and out in 30-40 minutes, so being a dealorship you might expect 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. 2 hours and 40 minutes later I drove away. Now, they did wash and vacuum my car, but it couldnt have added over an hour! This is my third maintenence there, all them taking rediculous amounts of time to do minor maintenance. I wont be back.

Best service experience ever! Our Lexus experienced some unusual damage from a non-Lexus body shop. Two insurance inspectors and two outside paint experts were unable to determine the cause of the damage. I called Lexus Durham (where we have had great experienced previous). I happened to reach the Service Manager, Candice Ramos. Candice was exceptionally nice on the phone, told me to bring the car in and she would take a look. I brought the car in and within minutes she examined the car, was able to rule-out the previously incomplete and illogical assessments of the car. She also was the first person to identify what now appears to be the 100% correct assessment. Candice also then referred me to another expert, if I wanted another opinion. She also printed out the full service record, the full carfax, and she provided me with a letter to provide to my insurance with details they requested. All this was completed within 30 minutes of my arrival. Truly exceptional, above and beyond service. Thank you Candice and everyone at the Durham service department who has made our trips to this location always exceptional.

Arthur Wright provided me with impeccable customer service! All my needs were met during the purchasing process, and he still continues to check in on me. If youre thinking about going elsewhere to purchase a vehicle, please reconsider and go see Arthur. This even applies to those looking to buy something besides a Lexus product. As much as I absolutely love the Lexus brand, I found a used Audi that was exceptional. Great price! Low miles! Great condition! Perfect car for me all around! I even took the car to a mechanic prior to making a decision, and there we no problems whatsoever! Per usual, I took all day to make a final decision. Arthur ended up staying with me well beyond business hours to make sure I was all taken care of before I left the dealership. I undoubtedly could not have asked for a better experience! 10 out of 10!

My dash was melting and I called Lexus, turns out I had a special campaign for that reason (its like a safety recall, but cosmetic). I happened to be in the area ( I live 2 hours away) and they worked me in! It took a 20 minute quick visit in the service department for them to verify that was the case. The kids waiting room was awesome. After they did the inspection it was up to the manufacture to review and determine if that was the cause. It took some time for them to do that, but that was not the dealers fault.Once Lexus confirmed the parts were ordered. Because I live two hours away finding time to get back there was my issue. They called every now and then just to check on me, but did not hound me to come in, and I did not want to pay for a driver (at the time because it was not a safety issue it was not free-- totally understand). Well fast forward a few months and I get a call from Scott Lehman called me and offered to send someone to pick up my vehicle at no cost to me, because he just wanted to make sure I got it taken care of in the current times we are in. So. Awesome.Not only did they do the repair in a timely manner, my car was returned shiny and clean due to the wash and vac AND my gas tank was full.I may drive a Lexus (because I understand the value and reliability) but I am just an average Jane, and they made me feel like I spent thousands-- even though I did not spend a penny.This experience is worth any penny I need to spend on my car with Johnson Lexus.As an automotive industry fellow, it spoke volumes. Enough for me to write a very long review. Thank you. From Service BDC, Service Advisor, Detail, Transportation Coordinators, and drivers-- you were excellent.

I was there with a friend to drop off her vehicle and pick up a loaner. The staff was ready for her arrival. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership is fairly new. The accommodations are nice if you have to wait. Makes me almost want to trade my BMW in. You dont get the same service at Crown BMW in Greensboro.😊

I had the most amazing experience at Johnson Lexus in Durham, NC. From the beginning to the end- when our sales associate Eryk Rippenhagen presented my car with the gorgeous red bow on the top! What a pleasant surprise!! Eryk Rippenhagen is highly knowledgeable and makes everything extremely simple. He values customer’ time and honors wishes. Financing went super fast as well, I got a great deal for an excellent value. I also would like to comment on terrific work of Johnson’s Lexus sales director - Nick ( sorry, forgot the last name), who was like a conductor of a great orchestra, thank you Nick, I really appreciate your help! The whole atmosphere of this dealership is quite pleasant and friendly. It’s super clean there- which is important to me.Great customer service! That’s why I am such a loyal customer to Lexus.

I have only gotten my car serviced here and they do an excellent job. The only complaint is that even when you have an appointment and show up on time the service can take upwards of 90 minutes for basic services. They do offer free car washes also, but the line is usually prohibitive of actually utilizing this perk.

Super nice, had a popping noise with my Lexus gs350. Not from around the area so called Johnson Lexus they got me right in. I had gotten alignment done at precision auto tune in Wilson nc by Chris deans. Who left my tie rod end loose, and crown nut. The quoted $145 to look it over, and add that to fixing issue. The reduced price to $135, and fixed my problem. Thanks Johnson Lexus. Ill stay with dealer, than go to a wanna be mechanic shop.
