This is the third time I have purchased a car through The Auto Finders. This is a no stress way to find the car that suits your needs unlike previous experiences with dealerships. The customer service is extraordinary and Michael is top notch.

They were fine. They were helpful to get me into a car with my less than stellar credit. But they lied to me about reporting the loan to credit bureau, which was kind of my only reason for going with them despite the enormous interest rate. So, if youre trying to fix your credit with a car loan, I would steer clear if these guys.

Micheal Darrow and his team are simply the best there is. We entrusted our BMW with him to sell on our behalf and he sold it for the highest possible price.I was extremely pleased with their service. This was a very smooth and - dare I say - enjoyable car buying experience. Our minivan needed urgent replacing. I work fulltime, we have two littles, and this happened during the pandemic - so it would have been quite an ordeal to visit multiple dealerships and vet replacement vehicles by ourselves.Consulted with The Auto Finders via phone on what we wanted. They provided some direction for us to research and we came up with a priority list of what we needed and wanted in a vehicle. They found a match for us within our budget, retrieved it, inspected it, serviced it, and brought it to our house. I think the whole process (including our research) took about a week and a half.We noticed one small issue (missing floormats) AFTER completing the transaction and giving our signed acceptance. They still took care of it, immediately and at their own expense, which we didnt ask for or expect. And theyre helping us get another keyfob for the vehicle at a much cheaper rate than we would pay on our own.These guys are ethical, have tremendous integrity, and will work hard to take care of you. We will purchase our next vehicle through them with confidence.

Me and my husband purchased a Jeep Patriot from Mike. I had a light pop on dealing with the ETC. I had no idea what it was but they were quick to get me in and get it to a shop for me and let me use a loaner car to get home. I never have had anyone even major dealership do that for me. It was always up to me to get appointments to the shop set up and sitting there all day as they try and fix my car. They were amazing to me and my husband.

I even had one try push a buyers order towards me and put a pen in my hand the second I got back from test driving the car.The Auto Finders, however, was the exact opposite of what I expected- and I mean that in the best way possible. The friendly crew here allowed me to test drive the car multiple times. I found a slight problem, and they immediately fixed it. They answered all questions I had about the car straightforward, no dodgy answers or shifty tactics involved. They listed the car at an honest price, way better than what I could find elsewhere, and then still were able to work with me to get where I wanted to be.I cannot emphasize enough how friendly the team here is. My old explorer had basically given up the ghost. I did my research and decided to give The Auto Finders a try. I tried 3 different cars and finally found the one I wanted to purchase. Long story short, every staff member I encountered was friendly, real and professional. They never pressured me to buy anything and answered all of my questions o the best of their abilities. They kept communicating with me after purchase.The car had a few scuffs and dings and they agreed to have a service they use to come buff it out. True to their word I came back at the arranged time and the guy removed all of the scuffs. Car is clean and runs great so far, clean Carfax. I will be back for the free car washes as well. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a car new or used!!!!I had been looking for a large car to take the place of my Chevy Suburban.Google lead me to their inventory that had a 2006 Dodge Magnum with ONLY 60,000 miles!!!I showed up around 10 am while they were still getting the car ready to put out front.Quick test drive and I was out by noon with my new car. Avoid at all cost. I recently paid off my car and have yet to receive a receipt or the title. Had many issues with them when our purchasing my car. They are probably the most unprofessional bunch that I have dealt with1. I put down certain amount of $$$ to hold the car and the day we came to buy it the car was not there. Apparently the owner was driving it. This upset me big time and I should have ran!2. Sometime after having the car perhaps 2 or 3 days later. It was smoking and smoke was coming in the car. Their mechanic that they use fix it. I leave and dont even make it 5 minutes. The car is smoking again. They took the car for 3 to 4 days. Didnt even offer a loaner.3. I def complained about this and wanted them to take the car back. The owners son was very rude. He said it was normal for cars to have issues. No. Not right off the bat. Their 30 point mechanic is a hot mess. I wouldnt trust them to put air in my tire.I took the car to Subaru dealership afterward and they found 4 pages of issues wrong with the car.4. Lastly, they do not have anything set up where u can make payments online but have to sent your personal debt card to the owners wife phone. She never sent any receipts and so on. She is married to the owner and the mother of the financing guy. They were very unhelpful, unkind, unprofessional and unresonable.5. People of color it would be best for us to support other people of color. There are a couple dealership that are black or hispanic owned. Oh, they registered the car wrong so I was unable to get a tag. I drove months and months with a temp tag. They wanted me to come in but I didnt trust them ....6. Run.They contacted me after this review. They know who I am. Be aware!

I used this app called Autolist and it helps you find the car right for you. Once I got to The Auto Finders I instantly received help and it felt genuine. They helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions. About an hour or so later, I was riding off in a Dodge Avenger. If they dont have what you are looking for, just let them know and give them some time to find it. I trust this dealership and so should you!

I got a vehicle from the Auto Finders, last year, around March and now a year and 4 months later, after Ive taken great care of my car, service wise, my transmission is slipping. Ive been struggling financially as well, which of course is my own problem. But, I called Michael today because I finally got up the money for both of my payments for June and July and was calmly expressing my concerns about my transmission and I could hear the frustration in his voice. Michael was more concerned about the payments than the fact that the car he sold me is trying to break down on me. Mind you, the car is no where near paid off. Michael didnt want to hear what I had to say, and he hung the phone up on me. That isnt very professional Michael. I wouldnt recommend this shiesty, shady car lot to ANYONE. Everything that glitters isnt gold, and Michael and his family are clearly all about the money. Good customer service is something Michael lacks in HORRIBLY. Dont waste your money.

Years ago, i resolved to never buy a new car again; however, buying used cars can be a time-consuming hassle and can often result in a bad buy. Ive bought two work vehicles from Michael and Carol, a GMC Pick-up and a Chevy van. Both are excellent vehicles, thanks to Michael tirelessly researching and hunting to find the exact match to my needs. They deliver the vehicle and arrange financing through the bank. On Fridays, I can go to Auto finders and theyll wash my vehicles, free of charge! Buying from Auto Finders is effortless, and always results in a great car and a great value. Next up? Be very careful very careful purchasing a car from these people. Their 3 month warranty is a joke. Read read the fine print. Bought a 🚗 from them had to tow it back to them 7 days later. I had a 3 month warranty. Their mechanic said it was the engine, which was covered. They wanted me to pay 3000. Found out that the loan people....car people...mechanics all ....one ✋ washes the other! Get legal counsel! Wouldnt recommend these people to a WOUNDED 🐕!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Baldasaro when I was on the hunt for a good value on a Tacoma. Mike and the rest of the Auto Finders team were great to work with and went out of their way to make this easy and enjoyable for me. They worked hard on the additional requests I had for the vehicle and were very patient. I recommend this be your first stop if you are thinking about buying a car.

Great experience as a first-time car buyer. My sales-person (Patrick) was super laid-back, helpful and very informative. He printed out the Autocheck reports for the vehicles I was interested in so that I could make a more informed decision about which vehicle to buy. Prices were very fair when compared to the KBB value. Highly recommended.

They were very helpful without being pushy. No sales gimmicks were used and they were very friendly.

I think it’s pretty funny how the owner only responds to the bad reviews, and there are always excuses as to why the customer is wrong.Also, it’s very sad that these “buy here, pay here” dealerships offer financing for people with bad credit, and sell them faulty vehicles knowing they will not be able to afford the fix.A few things to note:1. The truck is one owner, 120,000 miles.2. The truck is under a three month, 3000 mike warranty.3. The oil was replaced even though I told him I wanted to send the oil off for an analysis to find out if any additives were put in the truck to cover up a leak.4. When the oil was replaced, it was black and thick, and had white smoke “billowing” out. Billowing was the exact word used by Ford.The “three month warranty” is only valid at the shops that the owner, Michael, deals with. The owner of Walkers Garage personally told me that he isn’t capable of doing an analysis, and noticed that the f150, one owner, 120,000 mile truck is burning oil and has burned one quart of oil in 2700 miles. The truck is billowing smoke, meaning a blown head gasket, but Walkers Garage told me that he will not call is anything other than a “cold crank” because Michael, the owner of Auto Finders gives him so much business. He also said that if the head gasket is busted, he has no idea how to tell, and has no ability to fix it.We’ve offered to take it to Ford and pay the analysis, and if it comes back as the head gasket, we asked for it to be fixed. If it’s not the head gasket, we told Michael we would pay for the fix. They told us absolutely not, it’s “their warranty” and they will only take it to “their shops.” Michael said Ford will do unnecessary work in order to get payment.I can already tell you, Michael is going to respond by telling me he offered to fix the truck, but we walked out the door. We have been there a few times now to ask if they would fix the truck, and he says “I won’t fix what isn’t broken” and “we will only fix it at our selected shops.” When we politely kept asking, he got very defensive, and kicked us out. That’s where the “we’re offering to fix your truck, but you walked out the door” will come into play.Snakes don’t always look like snakes. Most time they look like well-off, educated white people.

Patrick was professional and delivered on what he said. I would absolutely do business with them again.

Recently went by on the recommendation of a friend to look at a truck. These folks get it! Without asking they showed me the carfax and the service records. When we talked price they pulled up the Kelly Blue Book and explained they didnt put a ridiculous price on the truck and priced it fair (it was). Drove home a really nice F150, LOVE IT! Ill be back in the future.

I had such a wonderful experience with this company. i really fleet like they did everything in there power to mach me with the right bank so i can make fordable payments each month. the loan i receive was with Welcome Federal Credit Union, the people there are just as nice and helpful as the people at Auto Finders. overall my experience was wonderful form start to finish. everybody that works there was very helpful. Great price and miles on my 2013 Kia Optima LX. i would recommend that you come here first to get a great car you would love.
