We had propane logs in our home for 20 years. Fortunately, for us, we thought, a new gas line came to our street in North Durham. From the first year on we had problems with the logs. They would suddenly turn off and stop completely. We called the repair line. After 2 visits at $100 each we were the told the logs were done. During Covid the gas company directed us to another person to come out and he said the logs were done and new ones were needed. My husband went to Triangle Propane Service on Roxboro Road. A technician came and said the logs were just dirty, not stacked properly and the pilot light was installed in the wrong place. It sounds like to us the installers did not know what they were doing. We felt people needed to know.
Terrible customer service. Wait times over half hour to speak to someone. The terrible customer service is reason enough to buy an all electric home.
This company is leaving a family with two small kids without hot water for two weeks. If it takes that long to get somebody’s gas turned on you’re obviously not running the company how it needs to be ran. Pathetic.
Terrific hosts for terrific meetings
Great customer service!
Horrible customer service.
