Is this a black owned beauty supply store? This came up when I searched for a black owned beauty supply store. Can someone please let me know. Thank you.

The cashier at the register was very rude. After she took my payment she shooed me away. Some of the items in the store are priced higher than any other local beauty supply store around. Just spend your money elsewhere.

This is by far the worst beauty supply store I have ever went to. As already mentioned their prices are very high. They overcharge for everything in their store. The customer service is awful because the employees make you feel like you are bothering them. The quality of their merchandise is horrible which is ridiculous because everything is so expensive. Unfortunately I would not recommend this store what so ever. For all of your needs I would recommend going anywhere else but here.

Im very disappointed, im from South Carolina and new to Duluth, GA. I really liked this store initially until tonight when I got off @8 and this was the closest hair store to my home. However there was also one .4 miles further out. Im growing my hair out from a big chop and went to grab some milky way hair 10in. The pack said 11.99 but mysteriously the back had a tag on it that the store placed saying 21.99. She proceeds to tell me it will be 19.99 after showing me the fraud. They dont care about us, they want the money.. wake up ladies and gents and dont throw your money away here. Im very disturbed by their action to this matter and I will take the extra .4 the next time.

Ive been here total of 3 times. 1st time was because I was new to the area and had no idea they were so close to me, so I stopped in to view the inventory. 2nd time was to purchase a few needed items. 3rd and final time was only because I was passing by and it was the closest beauty supply to me at the time. Each time I have felt some form of being uncomfortable. There are too many other beauty supply stores in the area. My advice would be, focus on the customer service and the customer experience, vs starring down or watching your patrons to see if they are stealing. I guarantee you would make a tad bit more in revenue. There were more items I actually couldve picked up and spent on, but I stopped myself and only purchased what I absolutely needed, ONLY because of time constraints. Definitely wont be taking my dollars back to this business!!!!

Dont waste your money here, they are very rude and try to trick us out our money. Too many bad experiences never going back

BEYOND expensive! Ill stick to the beauty supply store on Pleasant Hill near the Hibachi Buffet. Between Breckinridge & Club Dr., across from L.A. Fitness.

She came to follow me in the store but did ask to assist me, when I asked for help she quickly lead me there and said its right here . She suddenly became busy when I to many questions for her about the hair.

Called to check if they have a hair clipper in stock and was told they cannot tell you the price over the phone “Its a problem for competition” ????????? Not sure if they are familiar with this invention called the internet. Lost an easy sell

I bought the wrong product and tried to return with in hours and they would not give me a refund. Black people should go to a black owned beauty supply store. Do not support them

Just stopped in because I was curious. Turns out to have a huuuuge selection of hair, makeup, and other accessories! The owners are very friendly and super helpful. They have a huge NYX selection of makeup, although none of the newest additions to NYX soft matte cream lipstick or butter cream. Im a matte makeup junkie, and was super pleased to find matte eye shadows, cream to matte lipsticks, as well as other matte makeup.I also picked up cream developer and bleach, though there wasnt as huge of a selection for those. Just your standard 10-50 vol developers, and a few bleach lightening kits. Lots of hair dye though, and in many different colors including vibrant blues, greens, purples, and reds.

Great store. They just answer the phone.

Prices are ok but, theres a 5 dollar minimum when you use your debt card. Never could understand that stupid mess.
