The young lady was very friendly. I got one of the most basic haircuts you can get, but I still am finding plenty of hairs that arent the same length. I dont know anything about hair but Im not really thrilled when I could have done the same with some clippers. But meh.

Had gotten a blow out done on my textured hair. Was very happy with the end result- especially with the recent humidity, you never know whats going to happen when you walk out the door! It lasted me several days before I even had to touch it up.

Jasmine was INCREDIBLE. She listens to your needs and ideas. She rescued my hair!

I only wish I had known about this place sooner! The service is fantastic, the prices are very reasonable, in fact cheaper than the six other hair salons I have been to over the 21 years Ive lived in Duluth. I have been to this salon twice so far, and both times the stylist did exactly what I asked, and I have loved the way my hair feels and looks each time. The service is professional and I have so far not had to wait around for a long time for service. I would highly recommend this salon to friends and family.

We always go here to get my preteen daughters hair dyed. (My son has gotten his hair cut here as well and I have gotten my eyebrows done).She gets compliments all the time on her color and how long it lasts. The staff is always nice and accommodating.Cant give five stars though because my daughter thinks they are a bit rough on her scalp, (but she thinks that about me when I brush her hair, too!)Def recommend.

Did a great job

Mara is great but the last lady who did my hair didnt talk to me much and didnt seem to care at all. I thought she was having a bad day but when another customer came in she was very talkative to her. My family and I realize that she seemed a bit racist. My hair is gross and frizzy and rough. the color turned out nothing like i had described and she made no attempt to understand.

Love Dawn, she always takes very good care of me and I so appreciate it and her. Ive had lesser experiences with other gals (who likely mean well), but Dawn, she is superb!

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I am a natural red head and I wanted blonde on top black underneath the black turned out fine. I told them exactly what had to be done to get my hair the blonde I wanted I just moved up here otherwise Ive been going to the same place for 12 years and never had a problem before. She didnt listen to what to do tried one dye that didnt do anything so then she bleached it and toned it. Omg it was white ghostly white and Im a pale person so I looked horrible I left crying. When we got home my husband called another salon and lucky they got us in that night and fixed it to what I wanted thank goodness! So we paid 116.00 for a job that wasnt done to my satisfaction then had to pay another salon to fix it. My husband talked to the owner of Fantastic Sams today about it she argued for a while and didnt want to make things right at all absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service we deserve at least somewhat of a refund!!

Good haircut- BAD customer service.In November 2016.....One of the two girls working while I was there did a fantastic job on my 3 yr old sons hair cut. She did exactly what I tried explaining to her that I wanted. The last place I brought him to was a fancy (and expensive) salon and they cut his hair way too short :( So overall I was happy with the hair cut... BUT the other girl working was doing her hair and make-up, and was on her phone at one point also. The whole time we were there. Very unprofessional. And then when we were getting ready to leave (putting jackets on), they were whispering to each other and then one of them blurted out loudly Are you serious?! WOW! and they started snickering. Again, unprofessional and it made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe im just paranoid but it made me feel like they were talking about me/us. So the cut was good, prices Okay ($15 for one cut-including the tip), but the girls were, again, very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I havent been there again because of that, which is too bad because I loved my sons haircut.

If you want your brows waxed by someone with experience I recommend Callie (Sp?) She doesn’t over do the hair removal which is a plus.
