I skip every beauty supply store in my neighborhood to come here. The customer service is great. Growing up the owners of these type of stores never spoke unless it was about how much a product cost, not here. I’m always greeted by the female and the male operators of the store. This is the only place I can purchase Dax Grease, it’s always clean even when it’s busy and whenever I have a question they gladly assist me.

In response to the owner, my balance was $3.96 for the two pair of stockings I attempted to purchase. I now know that you can in fact purchase an item at your store, with card, under a $5 minimum. Just after I went another customer purchased a lip gloss under $2 and I have the receipt to prove it. Please do not attempt to discredit or lie in your response again. Thank you.The fact that I cant use my card for a quick purchase is extremely inconvenient for an otherwise convenient location. I would have purchased and later returned with an understanding of the $5 card minimum had they offered it as a one time courtesy for a new customer. Will be looking for a nearby beauty supply store that will be more accommodating.

Me and my girlfriend came into this store twice and didn’t like the fact that we were being watched and followed. We were walking around the store, and the guy that works there was standing at the door watching everyone. Then he made his way all the way to the back and stood there like we were going to take something. I didn’t appreciate being watched and followed. I will take my business elsewhere or back to So Good where I’ve been shopping.

I completed ZW program 1 year ago. They sell you on this custom food program but actually its Keto based diet youre following, no sugar or carbs, limited veggies n fruits. Save your money!! You can do Keto on your own by following a strict meal plan and recipes. The support, staff and customer service was average, nothing superior. The guy I met with was a true used car salesman. Honestly I was desperate to lose weight so I allowed myself to be talked into spending $2K on ZW. Never again!! Program and supplements are overpriced. I was constantly constipated, had vitamin and mineral deficiencies as well. My body is finally healed now that I am eating well and balanced. LTS, proceed with caution, do your research and ask lots of questions.

Being new to the area we all look for certain things. And today I found a hidden gem!😍. When I walked in I felt welcomed. Genie amazing!!! Sister amazing!!! Everything was great from customer service to prices and theyhadc everything else in stock! Which is a BIG +. !

I been in duluth for 2 years now and been to all beauty supplys in this area. This one is clean, nice selection and customer service is on 100. The prices are good compared to the others. The owner, I’m assuming, literally was STARING at us while we were shopping. If you thought we were gonna steal from your little store, just say that.Also, keep your 6ft. The owner was literally within arms distance from us...weird and creepy guy.Definitely need to find a black-owner hair store.

Staff always friendly and helpful

The store was small. An not really good deals on things. The front desk clerk was helpful but seemed scared as I walked around the store trying to make up my mind on everything I needed which was not a small purchase. So I had to be sure of what I needed other than that its a ok store for quick stuff that any store should have that sales hair stuff.

Its the closest beauty store to me but after my experience two days ago I will never spend any of my money here again. I was greeted and I asked where I can find combs and the lady just pointed to the wall. While I saw some hair product I walked away to show my mom and I was followed by a man. I was uncomfortable and when I looked up he was staring at me and I had to stare at him back and he kept staring. I really wanted to say something but I just ignored him and proceeded to check out. The lady checking me out kept looking at me like I disrespected her but the whole time the environment was hostile. if they want to keep an eye on people, have cameras set up and look through the monitor instead of following someone in the store. so weird and disrespectful.

I don’t really have time to write a lengthy review describing my experience(s) but basically I WON’T be giving them my money anymore & I encourage all who have shopped there to do the same. My main reason (of MANY) for the 1 star rating is because they racially profile everyone who walks through the door & it’s truly unnecessary the way they stare at you the entire time you shop. I Know they’d have someone watching every isle if they had the manpower. All I buy out of there is the $2.99 body oils that are right in front at the door & I was put through the same “hurry up & buy!” type ish every time smh

I never had a bad experience at this store until today!!!! 12-10-2018 I went to purchase my usual items then my daughter picked up a lip gloss, I told her she could not get it. The lady at the counter said is your daughter gonna get the lip gloss I said no and she still was reluctant to finish my transaction untill the item was in proper place. I believe they were racial profiling us from the time we walked in the store to the time we left. I been going there 5 years and never have they displayed this kind of racism. If you go in to this store make sure your kids touch nothing and that you bring everything to the front right away. I dont think I will go back here until they apologize for hanging up on me when I called to confront and complain about their treatment of a regular customer. Horrible experience today!!!
