I am a licensed professional that purchases products from your Duluth, Ga location.I’m disgusted with how careless this store is and honestly has always been... so unorganized.Basically I purchased a Redken conditioner liter that I’ve always purchased here with no problems, Sold to my client, and then got an angry call later. This product was NOT conditioner. It looks and smells just like dial hand soap. It was soapy... HOW EMBARRASSING. I told her to return it to me and I’d contact Salon centric which I have. Hopefully you have not broken the trust of my client :( I’m not sure if someone returned the product to your store and put fake soap in it but I am so upset.. this is not cheap and my salon reputation is not cheap either. Hopefully this is the only one this has happened with.. I can not afford to lose my clients. I really prefer not to return to this store but I would like my credit for the product back.. I have a receipt and will be willing to drive to a different location because Duluth has officially lost my business.How careless to not even check the product before putting back on the shelf.

Was not able to get one color I needed. The cashier was very helpful in sending me some information.

Have been coming here for years and have never had an unpleasant experience. They have all of my favorite products.

I just walked out of there. I really needed new shears. I told the sales girl wanted to sign up for an account. She said that I couldnt because they were offline, not til Monday. I said okay I just wanted to look around at shears, to see if they even have what I want so I might come back. She said I wasnt ALLOWED TO - LOOK- because I dont have an account.... What?? I just said okay and walked out without a fuss. I was already expecting someone rude and unaccommodating because several of my coworkers have told me in passing about their experiences. Way to go losing customers, Salon Centric.

Everytime I call the duluth location I get totally different information. First of all I have been telling them for 3 years that my info is incorrect in the system. 1. I got married 2. I am not a home stylist and 3. I have 2 businesses and my manager picks up products for us when we are not available. we have been instructed each time on how I am supposed to handle picking up our small items. it changes each time and each time they say.. this is the right way corporate wants us to do it. I am clearly professionally licensed, hold a salon license by the state and have been shopping there for years.

Staff is rude and have huge attitude. I honestly never going back there. The best location and best staff is at Buckhead and Alpharetta. If I can give 0to Gwinnett location I would or - .... Horrible location.

I have been coming here for years, and the new little black girl DENIED my license and my credit card, which ive used here many times. she was rude, unhelpful, and very unpleasant to work with. go to cosmoprof first.

If i could give zero stars i would. The lady was rude and unpleasant. I think it was because i wasnt dressed in nice clothes like the other customers. Either way i was a paying customer... probably never going back there again.
