Very satisfied with the windshield replacement and all the software updates to the car. The car was returned washed and well detailed. This is a nice place to be while you wait for your car with individual offices for those who work remotely, snacks, drinks, coffee and a clean environment. Everyone was friendly from check in to check out. Recommended to service your Mercedes Benz.

I had to have my car towed to the dealership on Sunday, and Monday morning, Jim Major reached out to ask about what was going on, and let me know what to expect with regard to getting my vechicle serviced. Throughout the week, Jim kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, and I was able to pick-up on Wednesday (sooner than expected). He was the best service representative that I’ve ever interacted with!
I recently purchased a 2019 S560. Greg Rabideauxs(salesman) white glove service was impeccable from inception. He promptly greeted me when I arrived. With my busy schedule, I appreciated that the car was parked in front and ready. Greg was knowledgeable, patient and not pushy like car salesman can be. I am thankful that Greg Darian(numbers guy) and I were able to agree on reasonable price. Again, no complaints.....the service was synonymous with the Mercedes brand, exemplary. I definitely would recommend this location.
I took my car to have the auxiliary battery replaced which was great! However when I got the car back the light was on to correct the tire pressure in 2 of my tires!!! The service department missed the mark ad air should have been added. 👎
I went to this dealership to get two new tires, thinking that I will receive quality work but ended up with the worst experience. When I got home I noticed that they scratched and gouged my perfect rims. I called and left messages for my service advisor the next day and also called the service center and they took few message for the advisor as well. It’s been more than a week and no call back from center.I paid almost $700 for two tires and ended up with disappointment. They just don’t care and it seems like you are just a number. Why go to place where they do careless work.
Bobby is our service advisor and has been for several years. He is the best. We would be lost without him. With all of the changes from Atlanta Classic Cars to Mercedes Benz of the Northeast, he has made it seamless.
As I sit here in the service department I am increasingly frustrated with the service. I have a service warranty on a 2020 GLS 450. I have a nail in my tire. I also have a 2 year old grandchild with me who is behaving well after a 90 minute and counting wait. I was told they cannot provide a new tire for a week. They say they cannot provide a loaner. I was told they cannot patch the tire and I should go to Discount Tire to have it patched. I have a service warranty with Mercedes not Discount Tire. They do not seem at all concerned about the very real possibility that I could be stranded on the very busy Atlanta metro interstate highway with a 2 year old, never mind the fact that I am a 65 year old woman. I refused to leave with the nail in the tire and insisted they change it to the spare. They are very busy so I’m guessing they didn’t want to work a tire change in. I now am wondering why the service warranty wasn’t the answer to such circumstances. To say I’m disappointed in the level of service is an understatement.
Jim is truly the best service guy. Since 2020 when I got my car, he’s always gone above and beyond to make my service experience great! In the near future I will be coming back to upgrade my car, but I’ll never use another Mercedes dealership. You guys are awesome! Thank you so very much for everything!

Ben Ajani is the best, I have worked him in the past when I bought my very first Mercedes and later on after that upgraded to another. Earlier this year, I made a huge mistake and went to another dealer and signed a contract on a different make of car and pretty much gave away my paid off Mercedes (huge mistake). I was so displeased with the contract I signed, the lack of professionalism and respect and how I felt rushed that I received there that after 4 months with the other vehicle I didn’t want it anymore. I went back to Atlanta Classic Cars and they helped me get in back to another Mercedes. I did not feel rushed. Ben took his time to explain the details of the contract, details of the car and any questions that I had. I am extremely pleased and very happy now!!!

I tried unsuccessfully to schedule service at the Duluth Service Center. I recently purchased nearly new Winnebago on a MERCEDES Sprinter Chassis, and wanted routine service work completed as well as a RECALL. After nearly 3 weeks of leaving messages, as well as utilizing the online chat feature, no one ever returned my call for a service appointment! This service department is the WORST!!! I made 1 call to their competitor in Alpharetta, and was immediately transferred to a LIVE person, who schedule my appointment. The new owners of ACC are not very client focused. Although very close to my home, I would NEVER use this dealership!!!
I recently had the B-Service for my C250 and was impressed with the professionalism and hospitality of the staff there. I was seen by Demond Nichols and he explained everything and answered all my questions about recommendations for my vehicle. I also stayed at the dealership while my car was being serviced and I got to enjoy free hot coffee and complimentary snacks in the lobby. This was a great experience and I will be coming back.

The most amazing experience ever!!! The time frame to complete the purchase on my new car, was by far the shortest time frame I have ever experienced when walking into a dealership with plans to purchase. We made an appointment for a recall. The appointment was for a couple of weeks later. When I arrived, I gave the keys and my info and was told someone would speak to me in a minute. After a 30 minute wait, I asked one of the employees what was going on and finally got to talk to a service advisor. Then I was told they couldn’t start on my vehicle for 2-3 days and couldn’t say how many days the service would take! Why make appointments if you don’t intend to meet them? They finished four days later and called so late in the afternoon we couldn’t get there to pick it up. The next day I went to get it and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to figure out how to drive from the rear of the service facility to the front. At least this is a recall. I’m accustomed to spending outrageous amounts to repair out of warranty problems stemming from poor design, but I’ll never get used to the arrogance of the MB dealers and service people.
Very professional! I worked with the salesman, Alvin. He was persistent but definitely not pushy. He listened, answered our questions; and kept me abreast (over 3 days) with updates of the vehicle.
Danny Kim met us outside as we walked up to the door of the dealership to see a CPO 2015 S550. He was fun, friendly and helpful. He had the car parked in the VIP row in front of the door to the dealership.He was more knowledgeable about the car than any of the other sales people I had spoken to at other dealerships, including one who was showing me a 2020 S550 in another dealership’s showroom.The car was in excellent shape and had good features. It showed better than two 2017s I had seen. The dealership had put brand new wheels and tires on it. They had replaced both batteries, oil change, transmission fluid change, brake flush, and other cosmetic repairs. The CPO vehicles also include a 1 year unlimited mile warranty, with an option to extend for up to 3 years.They offered competitive financing and were flexible when I was able to get a slightly better deal with my Credit Union. Dee Hong helped us with the financing and the paperwork. He was friendly and easy to work with as well.Once we finalized everything and it was time to take the car home, Danny brought in a product specialist to walk my wife and I through all the features of the S class. He got our phones paired and got us comfortable with the new car. This was a really nice touch and not something I expected for a used vehicle sale. It is rare to get excellent customer service anywhere, we actually enjoyed buying a car here.Overall we had a great experience and I highly recommend Danny and the team here.

I was in the market for a car because my old car had 225k mileage and was on its way out. The car-buying experience is always a battle, so like any other i suited up with my armor to haggle or at least prepare myself to take the emotion out of and walk out if I felt like I wasn’t getting a deal. Then I met Scarlett who was the complete opposite from what I expected. No armor required and was one of the best experience I’ve ever had. She was attentive, considerate. Knowledgeable, and most importantly didn’t try to pressure us.

This is the 4th time we went there to test drive and came back disappointed. Everytime we went they mentioned that they have sold the car few hours before we reached. This time I called an hour before driving there and was told that we have a loaner car which we are not allowed to sell. But on reaching there the salesperson told us that someone paid out of the blue to get that loaner car. What a waste of time. In fact he mentioned that the new owner took off the keys so that cant even open the car and show it us. We would never visit this dealership again. Please stay away if you do not want to waste your time.

My Service Advisor Jim Major listened to all concerns, no matter how small, and follows up promptly with call and text. All personnel is friendly and professional. I just love the Gwinnett location. They always give you the star treatment down to the loaner car. It’s the little things that count ie providing the adapter to hook up my phone in the loaner car. If you have to wait there are always good snacks. This location is worth the drive for me!

Jim has been taken care of us for some time now with all services for the car. Made appointment last month. When arrived was informed no loner car available as arranged before servicing. This was a first in 6 years doing business here. Not the same customer service as prior ownership. Looks like we are now a number not a valued customer. All about the money it would seem now.

I am happy and comfortable with my Dealer Associate, Tony Park, who is efficient, professional, and friendly. I have confidence in him. I do, however, expect the refreshments for service customers to be fully stocked like it used to be.

Bought a used vehicle with Greg as my salesman. The service was top notch. He had the car I was interested in pulled up to the front of the dealership upon my arrival, he answered all my questions, and negotiated a fair price with the manager on my behalf. He even had the car that I arrived in washed while I drove my new vehicle back to pick up my driver (who drove it back to the house).
Ive probably came here at the wrong date/time... terrible service. If they were short of staffs, they should have told me from the beginning at check out so I could pull the car myself from the parking lot. Waited for almost 45 minutes for car after check out, ended up getting the car myself from the parking lot. They left something on the windshield, not sure what it is. Now I have to check back w them again tomorrow. Great!
My service advisor was nice.I am giving them 3 stars because of what I witnessed, customer dropping/picking up,being treated like—cattle. They really need to train these folks. You have high end customers with 80k plus cars driving in and this is a bad representation. I don’t have a Mercedes for my personal car and I can say you’ll never see this at my high end dealership.

It’s for the service center. If I could give -2 stars I would. They lack a sense of professionalism that’s unbecoming. They don’t return calls, from the way the calls go, they don’t take adequate notes on customers calling in. My issue occurred at 11am, I was able to get my car in there until 6:30. And now they inform because my car was towed in “after hours” even though I spoke with someone on the phone and they confidently told me to tow my car and I’ll receive text letting me know it’s there. No notifications were given. I’ve hand to call them too many times. All to find out I may be without my car again today. Because it won’t be checked in until lunch time. Honestly, the service center was better when I owned my Toyota. This is a horrible first experience, especially since they wan to pride themselves on luxury. What’s luxurious about this?
Everyone I came across was very attentive from the porter at the beginning to the cashier at the end. Im glad I was able to be taken care of even without an appointment. Although next time I sure will set one up.

Ben Ajani is the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. I called him to tell him that I needed to buy a vehicle unexpectedly when I was told by another Mercedes dealership that the repairs on my vehicle would cost an estimated $11,000. It’s was 5:30pm on a stormy evening. I was leaving town early the next morning and wanted to complete the transaction before leaving town. Ben updated my application, told me the vehicle options based on my desired features. He called me back and told me to come pick up my new vehicle. I wasn’t sure if I could make it to his dealership before the 7:30 closing time because I had to return the loaner vehicle and pick up my vehicle from the other dealership. He told me he would wait for me. I arrived at the dealership at 7:15. I completed the deal in 45 minutes and drove away with my new GLS450 happy as can be😊. I have never purchased a vehicle in such record time. That’s what I call exceptional customer service. Thank you Ben for being such a professional And taking such good care of me.😊👍🏼🎉🎈🎊👌

I tried reaching the service department to make an appointment, but there was never an answer. The only option was to leave a voicemail for a call back that never happened. I eventually gave up and made a service appointment instead with RBM of Alpharetta. Over a 20yr span of owning a Mercedes Benz, customer service has never been a strong point for this location, and I see nothing has changed.
Firstly, I must say I do believe the assistant service manager Derick Nash is in dire need of extensive customer service training. My car had a cracked rim and needed to be replaced. They told me it would be ready the next day and it wasn’t. They didn’t have a loaner car so I had to rent out of pocket. I made several attempts to talk to the manager on duty, they claimed he was busy but did not return my call. When u went there to pick my car up, requested to talk to him again, he was reluctant. He then came out with a nasty attitude. At that point, I left without getting my issue resolved. I was very disappointed.
I loved everything about my experience at this dealership. The staff was friendly. Service was prompt. The waiting area was comfortable. After my car was finished being serviced it was detailed impeccably. The overall experience upheld the Mercedes-Benz standard.
Scarlett was a phenomenal salesperson and overall the customer service was pristine. I am rating 3 Stars, I purchased and Audi an it is not even 2 months since I have had the vehicle an a repair is needed totaling up to $1,700.00 That makes me question the dealership and their inspections an honestly to their customers which does not show loyalty. I read everything correctly and Sold As-it is does not mean sale a vehicle that leaves the customer stranded on the roadside over the holiday weekend waiting for a tow truck. As well to add, if you need vehicle modifications done to your vehicle, PLEASE by all means find another company. I asked for Apple Carplay to be added, and of course it’s not free an still today it sounds like I am in a tunnel under water with static. Unfortunately, I have to find another audio company to fix the issue, so another expense.
I continually told the sales person my note was too high. They were helpful i. Trying to help me. I need a reduction in payment due to ends pending help conditions. I need assistance to lower my payments. They have agreed to help. Please contact me after Monday to see if they help me.
The service here is prompt and professional. I waited in the lobby for 2 hours while being serviced and all of the sales staff were very nice and accommodating. I was able to work on my computer and enjoy lite conversations with staff which made the time go by quickly....

I waited 2 hours for an obscenely expensive quote for work that could not even be accomplished today. Not happy.Response: All true! But I had an appointment, and I describe the problem when booking, and it still took 2 hours to diagnose! And this sticky button is right next to the cup holder...go figure! Poor design, but def not the service departments fault. Shocked that it would be $1000+ to correct, but what choice did I have? I booked the appointment for 2 weeks later. Guess what! I show up and no part! I had to come back again 2 days later. The rep gave me a *slight* discount for my trouble...3 trips and I live 30 miles away. The folks there are really super nice, but this was not a good experience. I added a star.
We had the luck of working with Finn Misa, Dee and Jacob. I am so glad we chose to purchase our Mercedes - AMG GLC 43 from Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast. Awesome service from the moment we got out of the car. Finn was so helpful working with me to find the perfect SUV for me. If I would rate this place a ZERO star I would. I was looking forward to purchase a new Mercedes car, mind you first time that I was going to own one! I asked for help in the sales department there was barely people working empty desks, probably just one sales person without a customer. It seemed that he was free to attend me the receptionist was calling everyone and called him but he did not pick up but instead he stood up and was walking around but didnt even offered to help.. and went back to his office THERE IS NO TEAM WORK! nobody seemed to help out or pick up.. shame on them. They should hire more people to work.
