Very good service. The best in my experience. The owner has always been very friendly and has helped me in many ways. I believe them to be honest and reputable. I highly recommend this auto shop.

Prompt service and great price in comparison. Also had a lug issue on one of my trucks and stopped just for some tightening (they didnt do original work) and they helped plus fixed another issue on it at no charge. Great place!

Wonderful service, highly recommend! KJ Auto helped us out when our truck broke down late on a Saturday night. Called KJ Auto to tow it to their shop and they were prompt and friendly. They were able to figure out the problem and fixed it within a day. Lowell is extremely nice and went above and beyond what was expected. I cant recommend them enough!

Would rate zero stars if I could. My mustang was towed there and Ive only been able to get a hold of the guy once trying to get my car out. On the phone he said he was out of town (while they day it was towed he told me I could get it out the next day) and asked if I wanted to sell my car to him. I said no and thats the last Ive heard from him. He will not answer calls from myself or a few of my concerned family members. And now Im stuck with the feeling that Im never going to see my car again. Terrible, unreliable and sketchy service.

Extremely rude guy. I sincerely hope no one else has to deal with this guy. Just awful. Do not go to this guy! He makes it extremely hard to get your car back, as he is impossible to get ahold of (will not answer or return calls) and there is no one ever in the office!

Very disappointed, my car is in need of repairs really bad and someon reffered me to bring it to k/j so I called k/j and no answer. So I stopped by there location and nobody was there at 2pm on Monday. Tried calling 3 more times and stopped by 2 other times in the last couple days and couldnt get ahold of anybody. Also I know that they are around because I seen there tow truck out and towing a car by the mall. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody!

The service is terrible nobody answers the phone & nobody is there during business hours, they take advantage of people. Do NOT recommend.

I was very disappointed when when I went to pay my bill for getting out of the ditch and they charged me $150.00 just to go to the site. They also charged me to get me out of the ditch and equipment which is what I was expecting to pay. I found this action very dishonest and I will make sure that I never use their services again. I called other tow Companies around town and no one charges that much so its a rip off. make sure you ask them before how much it would be

As a female who has been taken advantage by mechanics, I now know I have a repair shop in KJ Auto I can trust.

Be sure you know usual repair labor and parts costs as estimates grossly inflated/inaccurate. Avoid.
