Called dukes for a tow from a accident. The person I spoke to was very courteous and the truck arrived in the time that I was told. Isaac was the driver that showed up and all i can say if you need a tow call dukes and request Isaac

We were desperate. After multiple calls to AAA for auto lockout service, and no definite rescue time after multiple calls, we went solo and found Duke Boys who solved our problem in 30 minutes. They are there best!

Front clerk could be more friendly, but driver was extremely nice. Access road to yard is poorly maintained and needs attention.

Dukes is great for emergency towing. They are also kind and willing to help out if they can on very short notice.I needed a heater core flush. It is winter and I need to bring my kids to daycare, no fun in winter temps and bad heat.They found time on that same day and got the job done quickly.Mike is very friendly up front.Highly recommend if in need of emergency service.

Amazing! Must importantly, they were cheaper then the other 2 places I called. AND they got me in and out of there in less then an hour! I got a tow yesterday and my vehicle ended up in the wrong spot due to a misunderstanding. I called up Duke Boys, and ended up speaking to three different people throughout the day, all of whom were genuinely friendly and helpful.They told me they would send out a rig to help me in 20-30 minutes, and 30 minutes later I had a tow truck at my location. They moved my RV to the correct location free-of-charge.I would highly recommend Duke Boys for your towing needs, as they seem to be genuine, honest folks who care about their customers.Thank you again!

Had a brake failure in my driveway making my car not road worthy, I called these guys and there was a truck on its way not even 10 minutes after I hung up. The car was up and on its way to a shop within the same hour! Not sure where the other bad experiences come from, but these guys are definitely the best Ive heard of, reasonable flat fee with low fuel charges (I didnt even have to pay fuel, as the shop was only 5 miles away). No reasons not to go with them!

What a great bunch! Towed my car - once in the middle of the night (and was very polite at 1am!) and once from my apartment while I was at work (and were very accommodating and nice). Nice guys, they have the equipment to tow anything - mine needed a dolly - and were nice enough to put a block under the front end so that when I had to tow it again it would be easier. I recommend Dukes highly.

I was Involved in a accident. I Called Dukes to come tow my vehicle home because it’s not for safe driving. They showed up within 15 minutes load my car and away we went. Cody was very professional and fast to get us off the side of the interstate. I will make sure to call Dukes agin if I’m ever indeed.

Terrible service. My girlfriends car got towed we went to get the stuff out of it and they wouldn’t let us get our stuff. They had all our stuff bagged up prior to us going there. After looking through the bags we realized that there were things missing. Things like my Prom bow ties from our senior year of high school, tassel, and stearing wheel cover. We asked if we could look in the car to try and find it but they wouldn’t let us. The steering wheel cover wasn’t a big deal but the other irreplaceable items are a big deal. We called and left multiple messages and no call back. Pretty pathetic business if they can’t return calls and return items to people that can’t be replaced. 0 out of 5 stars

Very unprofessional customer service. Asked multiple times to see photo proof that the car was in the time frame to get booted. Told me not to call unless I was ready to pay in which I explained multiple times that I would happily pay the price, as long as they could prove their side. Then continued to tell me it was not in their position to prove to me the car needed to be booted. Manager hung up multiple times on me and continued yell at me over the phone when I had asked a simple question. Not sure how this company is in business....

Horrible service. They treated my family horrible and tried to get them to sign the title over to them after they came to pay the towing fee the day after it was towed. They were rude and did not tell the truth. We have never had such horrible service and will never call them again.

My car was towed by this company. When I called to inquire about it the girl who answered the phone was very polite at first, but when I asked if there was a way i could speak with her supervisor about a question i had she became very, very rude and snapped at me and said, “it is what it is and you just have to deal with it....or don’t, it’s your choice. he won’t be in and you can’t leave a message with him. he won’t allow it and neither will i. I said okay “well, thanky—“ and she hung up the phone in the middle of what i was saying.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!i will be pickjng up my car in the morning and hoping that the next person is more professional. i am NOT IMPRESSED!!!!ZERO STARS as of right now

If I could have given them no stars I would have. Terrible customer service! I called to make sure they had a vehicle on there lot still and ask them to hold it, Wendy(is who I talked to) told me they just sold it! But this was after they saw my family’s color. This is after I showed Wendy that I did call her and she tells me “I really don’t remember talking to you” and yet the vehicle is still on there lot and on there website. Very upset and disappointed. They acted like they didn’t even want to help me to get another vehicle. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!

Terrible service, none of the techs know what they are talking about and I have been misquoted several times. The towing aspect of the company is even worse, they willndo whatever they can to screw over the customer, I would never recommend dukes not even to a person I despise.

Duke boys should just tow dont buy from here they just want the dollar they dont care about helping you out i told them how much i got screwed on every vehicle Ive gotten and they just handed me something ready to die in months ive had my truck 3 months from there and its already about to go they suck dont trust them

Great service during and after the sale.

130 for a tow and 40 for one hour on the lot and they said it’s been there for a day. the workers look like they do crack and personally treated me as a second class citizen. This is a garage company.

Had to fight with them to get medical equipment out of my van after someone rear ended us. Already cant use my left arm didnt need to fight about retrieving a hearing aid.

I have had no personal experiences, but my apartment building uses their services.
