The guys at EUROFED (johns creeks) went above and beyond!! As someone who just moved to the area and knows absolutely no one, I called and these guys told me to bring it in right away, when my car started misfiring. They were able to diagnose my car immediately and came up with a plan to get it fixed. Not to mention it was fixed the next day, when I definitely know they had a lot of work to do. They were upfront with what they were going to do and I never felt pressured to make a decision. They were so understanding that my my car was still under warranty and even emphasized me possibly bringing it to the dealership in order to save money. (After calling 5 different Volkswagen dealerships and know one picking up my call I decided to have work done here because of the service I would receive). Seth and Mir provided recommendations for all of my questions and even took all the lame jokes I made for the few hours I was there. Every time I called my call was answered swiftly. Their genuine concern to make sure that my car was running over making a dollar is something that will make me come back time and time again. Seth, Mir and Trace were exceptional. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who can benefit even if it is just to change wipers! Lol! EUROFED is an awesome company! They fixed the drivers side mirror on my GL 350 Mercedes Benz ! They fixed it the same day with no problem! It was a 30 minute fix! I didnt even have to get my car insurance involved. I met the owner and he was positive, sincere and friendly. The guys at the front desk were positive and helpful as well!! The mechanic that worked on my car was fabulous 🙌 👏! Great guy and knowledgeable!! Loved the whole service experience! Ill be using them again!

I really like taking my car here. Theres a significant difference between a regular repair shop and one run by enthusiasts. At Eurofed you can tell they care about your car and want you to be happy. I also like that they enjoy taking time to discuss potential future upgrades without making a hard sell to push to do the work now.

First time at Johs Creek location and thr worst experience. I always take my bmw to Eurofed but it’s first time at this location. I needed oil and brake service. Took my car there on Friday, September 3. I was there at 9am, after an hour waiting for my quote I got told that I’ll take 3-4 hours to do all the needed, at 3pm I called service to see how much longer I need to wait and they said till 4-4:30 pm. Ok. And 4:30 I got the call that I need to live my car there till next Tuesday because they don’t have a part for my brakes. I live an 1,5h away what am I supposed to do now? But anyways, left it till Tuesday, only got a chance to pick it up next Thursday September 9. Car on drivers side is dirty, marks on steering wheel. And they didn’t updated car computer, so it’s still says that it’s past service so now I got to drive there again so they can update my computer 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ C’mon thousand dollar for this kinda service? No thank you.I’m gonna be back to bmw dealership.

I had my 2016 passat brought down there for a bad ignition switch. Ended up having to wait on a key which ended up still needing the ignition switch. Well the whole assembly. They were good at keeping me up to date, and I think prices are fair. The only thing I didnt like was that I wanted the ignition replaced, but eurofed insisted on trying the key, first. So after the whole ignition switch assembly change, the new key needed programmed. They insisted its the only way, well I ended up simply removing the key blade from the new key and putting it on the old key fob. I just felt it was a trial and diagnosis thing when I really knew the whole switch assembly needed replacement

I was very pleased with the service at Eurofed. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Called in last second and they installed my intercooler, turbo side piping, and turbo muffler delete the same day. There was also some miscommunication with the price of the job but they worked with me and we figured everything out. Great staff and I’ll definitely be bringing my car back to them for more performance upgrades

I’m beyond pleased with my experience at EuroFed. After deliberating with myself on which European automotive shop in the Metro-Atlanta area would be able to effectively diagnose and solve the fault codes on my car, my list narrowed down to EuroFed. I only wish I used them sooner. I completely expected to leave my vehicle with them for a few days however, they are very knowledgeable and work fast. They were able to solve my issues within the day. Taylor, one of their techs, helped to keep me well informed throughout the process and even made suggestions for things I should look to repair going forward. They weren’t pushy like most automotive shops who’s only intention is to add unnecessary services to your bill. This shop gets their work done. The service was impeccable and the honesty was refreshing and rare to find. They coordinated the towing of my car to have it repaired. It was refreshing to know they didnt suggest any unnecessary work and were extremely competent . Very satisfied with having my Porsche serviced & repaired here.

You find out how good an outfits Customer Service is when something goes wrong. They go out of their way to look after you which is great, until they mess something up or lose parts. Then the experience declines rapidly, which is a shame because Im sure theyve got some great mechanics there.

In the past Id had a not so good experience with one of the branches and was hesitant to approach another. This particular Eurofed was a pleasant surprise in comparison. I went to view a car that was for sale in their lot after hours and was greeted with superb customer service

All the older reviews bear review based on this updated assessment.I took my Merc in to them for a simple problem to fix. I replaced the headlight housings on my E Class and the low beams did not work. I have some mechanical experience myself but could not solve the problem. So I took it over it to Eurofed. I’ve been aware of the location for over 20 years. It used to be called “Wolfgangs” owned by a German guy named, well, Wolfgang. He was great and built up quite a good reputation. Sometime in the last 10-15 years ago he sold the location and someone else who took over the operation. They did a pretty good job continuing the legacy. Then, I dunno, maybe a year or two ago an organization called Eurofed took over, changed the name but continued with the good service and honest pricing. I had my same car in there twice for some minor things like a fuel pump and a fuel tank seal. They did good work for a fair price. I would have rated them five stars. Honest work for a fair price.Not so this week. All new office management and shop techs. I would have thought people with supposed knowledge and experience with German cars would have been able to diagnose and solve my electrical problem swiftly and effect the right solution easily within an hour. Not so. They claimed it took over three hours to repair. So, in my book they either took three hours to repair a simple Mercedes electrical problem (on the job training I paid for) or it took 30 minutes and they padded the other 2.5 hours and pocketed the rest. In my opinion they’re there to pick your wallet even more brazenly than your dealer would ever think of doing.So you’re saying you wasted three hours re-checking the work I did, THEN plugged the car in to your diagnostic tool? What a great way to pad the bill able hours on this job. I’ll bet you find a number of creative ways to over charge your other less savvy customers. Caveat Emptor folks!

I was a little skeptical to approach the EuroFed team for basic tasks on non luxury vehicles but i am glad i did! Jordon made me feel very welcome and provided excellent customer service and knowledge on vehicles. The service was done in a timely manner and the inspection was something that was much appreciated. I have now brought both of my vehicles here for oil changes, (2015 Mazda and 2002 Trailblazer) and have referred many others. Brought my car in for an oil change and these guys beat the dealer price for an oil change by a mile! They went over my car and they brought to my attention some things on the the car that are going to need some maintenance in the future. Super friendly guys and exceptional pricing. Came in for alignment and suspension tweaks. They gave me insight on why to or why not to tweak the suspension too much and took the extra time to get the alignment PERFECT.They also suggested the next service which I would need, very low pressure, and gave me the quote with a time estimate to take with me should I decide to come back and get the service done.I’m very impressed and will be back for anything my car needs.

The guys at Eurofed did an amazing job, they got my fiberglass side skirt fixed and repainted within a week and did my tie rods in a few hours. They also adjusted my transmission and parking break. We noticed a leak from our Volvo and took it to Jordan. While we waited they immediately put the car up and determined that it was a transmission fluid leak. They tightened up the offending gasket area and voila, the leak was fixed. They did not charge us for the service. Im so happy to have found a group of automotive savants.

We brought our BMW to this location after a bad experience elsewhere. We had heard good things about Eurofed so we decided to give them a try. Jordon Mantione took care of us like a skilled professional. They disclosed everything upfront and it was just what we expected. No surprises upon receiving the bill. We will most definitely refer to friends and this is our new shop for our car.

So it started with a phone call to get an appointment to align my car. The appointment was set for today. My dad took the car there for an alignment only.. This where I found the sort of techs they have.. My dad gave the keys over for them to take the car in the shop for the said service to be performed. They instead chose to take the car for a joy ride without consent. They brought the car back saying it needs engine/ trans mounts (which I replaced less than 8 months ago and just rechecked them less than 3 days ago in excellent condition), flex disc (was replaced when the mounts were replaced again in good condition, rear subframe cracking (just put rear lcas in and constantly checking for the notorious issue and none present), and front control arms (again no issues present with them). Ive been building an modifying cars, trucks, etc for more than 20 years and perform my own work. If theyd actually looked at the car they wouldve seen the rear drivers inner CV boot is ripped an slinging grease and has 2 exhaust leaks.. So I would definitely recommend checking for a more reputable shop for performing services.. The part of them trying to replace items that are clearly good is laughable, but for them to take the car without consent and no cause is BS.. I have overseen the production and modding of more than 25k trucks in addition to building Porsches, BMWs, and many others.. So please understand I do have a bit of experience in behind me..
