I had some questions about the paint condition of a truck I bought, they were more than happy to talk with me and give me some opinions on it. Other shops would hardly talk to me.Now I know where to go when I need some body work done.They were very helpful.

My Jeep got backed into. Needed new front bumper and fender. Called all the shops on the range, booked 2-3+ weeks. Various shops in Duluth were 3-10 days. Quality Collision had it in the NEXT business day. They had it back to me by Friday. Yup, 5 days and back to new. Looks better than it was before!I really liked how the owner Dave took the time to greet me, then look over everything and confirm the work to be done. You can tell he cares about his business. Made me comfortable leaving my vehicle there.Complimentary car wash and a quick wipe down Inside leaving it smelling new. Thanks guys, I’ll be back! (Only if I have to)

We were recently involved in the 23-car pile up in the I-35 tunnel on 17 February in Downtown Duluth. We had been visiting state parks further north, and heading back to Minneapolis where my daughter lives. While our car seemed to be drivable, there were significant “hanging pieces” barely attached to the front of our car and we knew that it would require several days to repair. Quality collision had several positive results on Yelp so we called and asked if they could 1) check that the car was safe to drive and 2) “Patch up the front end” to allow us to drive it back to Minneapolis. They got us in quickly, assessed the car and patched the front end with a very ingenious solution (see before and after photos). The mechanic was deservedly proud of his work. But more importantly than their skill and speed, was the fact that this group of people were genuinely honest, friendly and helpful. If you need bodywork in Duluth, I can’t imagine a better place to have it done

Dave and his crew are very easy to work with. They take care of every step of the way right through insurance claim process. Vehicle looks like new when finished.

Quick to get the work done. Looks flawless, hard to do with metallic black paint. Went there as a State Farm customer and it was a one stop shop. I cant think of any way the experience could have been better. I called for updates twice and they gave me predicted time frames and hit them both. Getting a loaner car is great, one that is clean is even better. Their team does good work.

My wife hit a deer with her vehicle, so we took it to Dave and his team at Quality Collision and they were amazing to work with. Went to Quality Collision in Duluth and was so incredibly impressed! I had called several different places and was either given what I felt was a run around, they were too busy for us, it would take a week or two, etc...from the time I made the call to repair, my experience was outstanding! Marty helped me...quickly...hassle free...and the station is so clean you could almost eat off the floor!! Id recommend them for sure! Best customer service Ive had in a long time!!

Being a bit of a language moth, the name, Quality Collision seems to be using two diverging words. LOL Easy to remember, they did a superlative repair and restoration of our car. With no regrets, we would recommend their services every time. Thats our experience. Thats Quality!

Went to quality Collision and was so impressed with them. They lent me there loaner car, they did great work on the car and cleaned it thoroughly inside and out and even took out old scratches. they worked with my insurance company and I was shocked at how much money they saved me, they got it done surprisingly quick. Dave bent over backwards to help me in every way. He took care of me like he would a family member. Cant say enough.

They fixed the exterior of my car, however, they left the interior of my trunk a mess. Will update if this issue gets resolved. Unfortunately I cant get a hold of them for a few days since its Labor Day weekend.Edit: It seems they cut a hole in the upholstery and never patched it back up. Attached is a picture of the inside of my trunk with my back seats lowered.Edit 2: They had to order carpet for my trunk since they sliced it up. They got it pretty quickly and they fixed the inside of my trunk for me. I can’t give them 5 stars because of the extra hassle, but they do offer great service.

The best in Duluth by far

They really were awesome! I had my front bumper and hood replaced. The color was a like black pearl metallic and the matched it perfectly. I have seen others with similar paint where the shop wasnt able to get it just right but quality collision did. If you want it done right the first time go here for any paint repair. I think I met the owner/manager there and he was really nice Im not sure if it was but either way the staff there was choice. They cleaned my jeep inside and out so I got it back just cherry. I will not go anywhere else from here on and once you have work done here you wont go anywhere else either.

5-STAR - Nothing compares to the work product and customer service offered by Dave and his friendly staff. They took care of all the hassles of dealing with the insurance company too!Having a son away at college, Dave went so far as to pick him up and drive him back to the shop to get his car once he had finished the repairs. He texted me photos of what looked like a brand new car. OUTSTANDING shop that I would highly recommend.

On one unfortunate morning I accidentally backed up I to a bollard in a parking lot (on 12/21/16). I wasnt paying attention and looking behind me and I was appropriately punished for that.I freaked out. I dont have very much money, my insurance rates are already too high, I cant afford a ticket for having my tailight out and I couldnt skip my trip to see family on Christmas.I looked on google for an auto body shop and found that Quality collision had great reviews, so I gave them a call to setup an estimate. Dave invited me to stop down anytime.I scrambled down to QC and Dave very promptly gave me the exact information I needed. He explained what levels of repairs he could do for me, and what prices I could expect. Incredibly pleasant and helpful to work with.Dave gave me a great price for repairs that brought my car to near perfect condition the very next day(12/23/16). I work overnights and I wouldve had no car to get to work with if the repairs took longer than a day and he even offered to give me a ride to work. Being a modest man, I declined his offer, but it is worth noting how far he goes for his customers. I was seriously impressed.All in all I seriously recommend this business for your auto body repairs. Dave gives you all the information, the facts, and he remains truthful and honest even at his own loss of profit.

Dave is seriously the nicest, most generous, friendly, and helpful person Ive ever met in the auto industry. He is extremely honest and fair and is more concerned about doing good by people than making money. Someone side swiped my back bumper in my brand new leased car, and I actually had a referral from Safelite to check out Quality Collision. I brought it to Dave and told him Abra Auto quoted me $530, just above my $500 deductible to take the bumper off, re sand and paint it. Not only did Dave paint my bumper, but he did it for free. I cannot say enough about this company. If I still lived in Duluth Dave would be my #1 go to. Thank you so much, Dave, and everyone else at Quality Collision!!

Needed a windshield replacement but had some rust erosion, Dave fixed it for me within a couple of hours and got SafeLite to come out and replace my windshield right away. Seriously the NICEST staff I have ever encountered, Ive already told so many friends about this place and what they did for me. It was extremely last minute too, and they took me and my vehicle in without question.Ill absolutely be back & will recommend to as many Duluthians as possible! Had my Infiniti repaired twice within a couple months at QC, 2nd time for major repairs. Called Dave the morning after the accident, he said “bring it down now & we’ll get ya to work then sort out the rest.” Arrived 20 minutes later at the shop. Dave had one of his guys drive me from West Duluth to my home (Hillside) then over to Superior where I work. A loaner car was dropped off for me a few hours later. Repairs were completed on time & the work was fantastic. When I picked up my car, I was only charged $400 of my $500 deductible & NO charge for the loaner. Zero. Amazing, no one does business like this anymore. Can’t recommend them enough.
