Whenever one finds themselves at a collision shop, it can be stressful, but not here… my experience was quite seamless and Trent always kept me updated and communicated with me wonderfully. These things are so very important. They repaired my Mercedes Benz CLS 550. I was candid in wanting to know if they specialized in foreign cars as well and Trent assured me all would be well and it certainly was. Andrew Sabau was the Assistant Manager assigned to my claim at Hendrick Collision. I could not have asked for a better person to guide me through the process of having my Subaru Forester repaired. Someone had hit the corner of my rear bumper and broken the cross traffic radar sensor knocking it out of service and causing a warning light to illuminate full time on the dashboard. Aside from guiding me through the repair process, he was very personable and knowledgeable, having been employed there for many years. Trent Greene was GREAT! I was rear-ended at a stoplight and as frustrating as that process can be, he made sure I was in, fully repaired, and back out on the road within three days! He kept me informed, so I never had to call him to ask for updates! Once I got my car in, he ordered parts, coordinated with the insurance for supplemental payments and approval and got the repairs taken care of without me having to lift a finger to call anyone. The team here actually listens to feedback and they do commit to service.Overall it was pretty good. Staff was nice and accommodating, only downside was it took longer than was quoted, and my vehicle still had some screws that are hanging out and vehicle was a bit messier than when I dropped it off, but that could have been contributed by the time frame. Rental had to be returned that day and when I get out of work they would have been closed. They still took pretty good care of me besides that little hiccup with the schedule.

I brung my car here after a pot hole collision accident I had near by. I was very particular about where I wanted to take my brand new car after only having it off the lot for 5-6 months max. It was a close call between this place and a another collision place near by but I went with this choice due to the reviews and fast turn around time which was most important to me. I worked with Jamin. Jamin initially told me my car would be done in 2 weeks 3 max! I knew this would be a reach but was very excited about the possibility. I was given a link that kept me updated on where the shop was at with all repairs all the way down to the date & time it would be ready for pick up. I was even giving a personal cell number for any further questions or concerns. In a nut shell my car was in this shop for over a month. They were fixing tire, axel, & a new bumper. Every time a date and time was provided my vehicle was not ready. This happened 4 different times at the least. Very irritating and frustrating process this was. After the 2nd time of disappointment I no longer wanted to work with Jamin on this case. I was told that was who had my file basically so I had to. They tried to tell me the process was taking so long due to insurance company not doing there part on time, my insurance adjuster confirmed this was not true with dates and time, they went up to the shop and expressed my car should indeed be ready. I even called and asked to speak to management. Who i left a voicemail for and never heard back. After this (a month) I had to physically go up to this shop and demand a date they approximately thought my car would really be ready by. My adjuster also reached out & even went back up to the shop for answers, it wasn’t until shortly after this I finally received a TEXT about when my vehicle would be done. The day of I had to ONCE AGAIN reach out to Jamin about a time of pick up. Fast forward to me picking up my car they still hadn’t test drove the vehicle and I now had a hub cap and lug nut missing! How?! It was here due to a TIRE incident where my tire came completely off. Why was this not done & triple checked. To this day I still haven’t heard back about my hub caps. I would not recommend this shop or shop associate Jamin.

I brought my odyssey here after the sliding door came off the hinges. They said they couldn’t repair, only replace the entire door which would be expensive. I brought it to another shop and they were able to get door back in hinges in 30 minutes at no charge. Also I have left 3 voicemails after they called me first about getting recalls from Honda taken care of on my van. They don’t call back probably because recalls are done free of charge.

Repair front driver side and hood from deer damage. Did a great job. After the cleaning and repair. From the front the car looked brand new. Also did an amazing job cleaning the inside. Gave a new car smell and look in there too.

I hit a deer last night. Between my insurance company making things super easy and Hendrick Collision having things ready when I walked it, I cant ask for better service. They have not completed the job yet but if the introduction and drop off is any indication of the remainder of the service I will receive, I will be super happy. I will update as I go through the process.Clint called to update through out the process. If I called him to check in, he seemed happy to take my call.My car was supposed to be ready Oct 5, but I got the call to pick it up today, Oct 1. I explained that I would be on my lunch hour and was assured not to worry. I drive over and within 10 to 15 min, I was driving away. I walked in, told them who I was. The 2 girls behind the counter couldnt have been nicer. They took my deductible payment. While that was working, Clint went to get my car. When I was done with the girls, he walked me out to the car, explained everything they did and explained my warranty on the repairs. And I drove away. It was just that simple. They had washed the outside, wiped down and vacuumed the inside. I would definitely use them again and would happily refer any of my friends and family. Super happy with Hendrick Collision and Clint!

I took my Subaru in for collision repair on Thursday and it was repaired by the next Wednesday.Andrew was Very professional and helpful in explaining the whole process. He kept me informed throughout the entire time so that I knew what was happening.The workmanship was excellent and I would highly recommend Hendrick Collision if you need to have repairs on your vehicle.Excellent service!!!!

I took my car in to have the bumper replaced. I had made an appointment with Rick Eve and he was very professional. A piece of my bumper had been sent to him so that the bumper could be painted before I got there since I live in East Cobb. After they took my bumper off, Rick discovered a part underneath that had also been damaged. He explained the importance of that piece but he never pressured me into getting that piece replaced too. He explained that he would have to put in the report that that piece was not replaced in case the car was ever sold. I decided to go ahead and have that part replaced b/c I didn’t want there to be a bad report in case I ever sold my car. Rick was very polite and kept coming to the waiting room to let me know about the progress. He also knocked out another small dent that was on the hood. The car looks great and I would recommend Hendrick Collision Honda body shop anytime! Thank you!

Andrew was fantastic! I had to get my mirror replaced and he made it so easy and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Honda is lucky to have him! I will definitely be coming back for all other services for my vehicle!

Very fast and professional. 2nd time coming here for service. Had Andrew help BOTH times with great results. This time around a deer hit my driver and driver passenger doors. They ended up having to replace them both fully as well as parts of the fenders where the deer dented it (deer walked away without any damage if anyone was worried). Only took a week thankfully, and when I had an issue with work and had to come pick it up fast after work, Andrew kept in contact with me and his team to make sure my car was ready and waiting for me. Haven’t had better service!

I recently had body work done on my ford . It’s already upsetting when something happens to you’re main form of transportation but when I say that Hendricks collision center took care of everything.. they did ! I didn’t have to worry about anything. They collaborated with my insurance company and I only had to pay the price that was told to me at drop off. No hidden fees. I was contacted about my vehicle, informed of any other damage and status of when it could be picked up. It was done a week earlier than expected . Andrew was so helpful and I will be returning for any other issues . Thank you !!

The entire process was very very smooth. I initially brought the truck there on Saturday for the estimate and brought it back again to drop it off at the following Monday. Andrew Sabau estimator I dealt with throughout the entire process.Andrew explain to me what would happen with insurance company, when the parts will be ordered when the estimated work would be done. He also gave me his personal cell phone number and asked me to contact him at any time I had any question in regards to the repair.Initial estimate was that the truck would be completed on April 8. Although Andrew explained he thought it would be done much sooner. Today much to my surprise on March 31 Andrew contacted me to let me know that they were not only a little bit ahead of schedule, but the truck was complete. When I showed up to pick it up he was courteous as always thank you for my business and made sure I was satisfied with the repairs that have been done to my truck. In this day and age when everyone is worried about getting customers in and getting customers out, Andrew make sure that his customers are satisfied.He also indicated that I should keep his phone number in my phone and should I ever have any future needs to please keep him in mind.Andrew is a true asset to your business and would be the reason I would return. Jamin was my representative he is terrible at communicating everything the called at one point he couldnt find my car told me it wasnt there in drove to the collision center just to find my sitting there I was first told my car would be ready on the 5th toda is the14 and now my car is ready but it was ready yesterday and he NEVER Called me and let me know anything so it took the rental car place to call about payment for him to call me and let me know my car is ready. Dont not bring your car here if you have geico and have to deal with him

However, from the moment I arrived to drop off my car until the moment I got my keys back, my experience and the service they offered was perfection!
