My brakes were in rough shape. They took me in and had all my brakes and new rotors installed in 2 hours. The wait was easy with free hot cups of coffee and great customer service. What an experience! Car died(starter). Dealer tried to rob me. Got 4 quotes, NewStar beat em all! With price, turn time, and even a tow! I cannot recommend/refer enough. I finally found my mechanic! Ask for Joseph. Very pleasant, thorough, and communicates! Met another guy and he was really sincere and pleasant also, should of got his name (shoutout to the guy in gray). I went to this shop 2 months ago to have brake pads replaced but they said it’s ok maybe 2 months later and then I went there for oil change plus break pad replacement last week but they said break pads are still ok.Honesty is the best policy.
