I went to drop off my car for recall repairs and the service department was great. They said it might take a day but had it done within a couple of hours. HOWEVER, when I called back in for a quick question, the main customer service was so rude. She was short with her answers and just was unpleasant to speak with. If I could bypass speaking with her at all, I would definitely prefer it.

The sales men/women are very pleasant, never had a issue with them. The manager is very helpful and friendly. But thats their job... thats how they get is to buy. But the service department could use a fair amount of work. Slow, and not always so on top of their game.

Customer service was pleasant and treated you with respect. The repairs done was very costly for somebody thats retired. $934.00 for a waterpump and thermostat. It was done in 4 hours. And it was a dodge grand caravan. My extended warranty was up in june. I wish i was notified about that. Now i need to get busy to find another extended warranty for the van.

Horrible service department Dodge Ram 3500 only 59K miles and 5000 dollar repair for a known Dodge problem with multiple class action law suits but nope the Dealer gives no assistance in this . Sad when Dodge fails to back up their own product and the stealer / dealer takes full advantage
