If you make an appointment online they will tell you They do not honor appointments made online. I have made online appointments every other time and there had been no issue. This time apparently they dont accept online appointments, which I made ON THEIR WEBSITE, not a third party website! No apology and was told I could wait, but the car would not be done for 4 - 5 hours for a simple oil change and some lights taken care of. It is not the customers fault for your system to not be working, and not every customer has the ability to wait that many hours for there car to be ready! Then telling me the next appointment would be three weeks from today! I already had an appointment! I called to complain and was hung up on after I called them out for not apologizing and for the supervisor lying they do not know about the issue and they would look into it. You know it is an issue when the employee told me you all dont honor appointments made online.

Rudy Orozco service advisors was extremely unprofessional from beginning to end. Rudy spoke to me in a manner that a customer service Representative should NEVER speak to a regular customer he said ANYWAY to me in regards to a question I had about my car.I took my car in for oil change and after that day I heard ticking for a week or so I thought it would go away but no so thats the reason I returned to have it checked out and from that day on I was disrespected. I been coming here since 2016 but after my encounter with Rudy The Rude service advisors I will be considering another Chysler dealer for service.

First of all the service department, terrible, bad costumer service wrong information and horrible attitude, I call the service department to ask if I needed an app or I could do walk ins the said either way well take you i figure oil change 30 an hour ok, so I went to have my oil change 15 minutes waiting in the car just for one of the to come out and acknowledge me there waiting he comes with an attitude and said do you have an app I say no but I only need oil change he said ok you have to leave the car all day long I was like its just an oil change and its only 10am he said it doesnt matter it has to stay all day long cause you dont have an app, I was like wow I said thanks im gonna to turn around, he didnt even care, sorry for everyone that has to go through this.

Such a great experience. We worked with Judy, who was so sweet and spent basically the whole day with us looking at and test driving cars. She showed us everything we were interested in and made sure to guide us through our options. The manager, Herbin, was also super helpful and willing to work with us to get our dream car. First time, it Took 3 days for an oil change and recall/ warranty update. When I picked up my vehicle I had grease stains smeared across entire driver area of cab. Vehicle was detailed prior to dropping it off. Second time the oil change took 2 days due to being closed on Sundays!

My Dad and I had a great buying experience with Al . He made us feel comfortable and he was not pushy in the sales. He listened to what we wanted, really listened. Al made us feel like we were friends just hanging out- no pressure! He was patient with all of our questions and concerns. He was very informative about all of our options and discounts/rebates available. This was our first brand new vehicle purchase- he made it an enjoyable process (which anyone who has bought a vehicle before knows that is not an easy thing to do!). Brought my car in for service on a Saturday. Told me they cant let me know anything until Monday told him thats fine Monday close to 2:30 in the afternoon and have no confirmation on what the status of my vehicle is. I call them put on hold transfer around ask to speak to a manager no one is ever available. Receptionist will not give her name so I could be clear on who Im speaking with. This has to be the worst experience Ive had with the dealership.

The experience at Champion exceeded my expectations. I purchased a pre-owned 2016 Camry, with relatively low mileage at a price far below what I was expecting to pay.Everyone on the staff was kind, honest, and no pressure. Even though it was obvious I came on the lot ready to drive off with a vehicle that day, I never felt that desire was exploited.Specific accolades to Tania who helped me by phone, and Claude the sales representative.Thank you to all the folks at Champion; you made this experience pleasant...and Im loving my purchase!

Took my car in for a recall. The guy didn’t want to tell me the issue with my car wasn’t covered by the recall. Had to get him on the phone with Chrysler support before he mentioned that the recall didn’t cover my issue. Then he had a bad attitude. Guy could have saved me some time and made a customer by trying to be a little helpful. My wife said he had a bad attitude. I felt like something was off with him. So thanks for your help, Isaac. You could have made a new customer. Oh, and somehow they knocked over the cooler in my back seat. Spilling water everywhere all over my work documents. Did they go in the back to fix an engine issue or were they driving it too fast?

I brought a brand new 2020 car with them.On the first day of driving home, driver side sun visor fell off without any reason. Then I texted the sales rep that sold me the car, then he told me I need to make an appointment with service department to get it replaced. So I made a phone call to make appointment the next day. Then they scheduled me for appointment on 9/10/20 at 11 AM. I came on time at 11 AM, but no one helped me just let me stand there for 16 mins. Then someone finally helped me and told me they need to investigate the problem of this fell sun visor and estimate time NEED is 3-4 HOURS.Then I waited for 4 HOURS straight without anyone letting me know any update with my car.So I asked after 4 HOURS wait, then the service advisor told me we dont have the part and need to order it. Do you want to keep the car here or to take it home until the parts came.I waited for 4 HOURS just for them to find out the part is not available to replace. I know its broken and thats why I brought here to service. Its just a sun visor, not some complicated mechanic problem that need LOT OF TIME to identity.I will suggest anyone who have any other choice to go to other dealership buying a car or service your car. Worst dealership ever. Took my minivan to repair the blindspot sensor. Took them 28 days . Didnt give me a replacement car or stop the monthly payment while they had the car. Then when I finally got the car back. The trunk was broken along with the driver seat panel. When I asked them why my door wasnt closing anymore with the button or remote. Their response was the hydraulic arms were worn out. When I left the car there I closed the trunk with the remote. It wasnt broken then . And the panel took them months to call me they had the part they broke. When I took the car to them . They had the wrong part . They ordered the passenger seat panel. So they said we will call you again when we have the part ready. Another month. And the blindspot sensor issue . Still goes off every once in a while. Town and country. Not even 20 k miles driven. With so many issues. And the worst part was the response of the dealer to solve the problem. They really dont care about you.

Service department is a scam ! I took my car 2020 challenger for oil change! They stated they did a 23 multi inspection ! Which should include top off of all fluids! I had the windshield fluid light on! And when I picked the car light was still on ! Which tells me they did not do the inspection! When I went back to the dealer I requested the inspection form and they said that they dont have it! That their system did not saved it!! I spoke to service advisor Arthur Lopez which he should not be in that position he lacks of knowledge and customer service skills! When I asked him that how do I know they even changed the oil his answer was (because we lifted the car) 🤔🤔🤔 ! Bottom line they did not do the inspection and how many customers are out there relying on their cars and do not know the current condition of the cars! Total scam!!! I will go back to dealer and request inspection to be done but this time I will request to see when they do it ! And it will be the last time I take May car there for service! This is not a trustable place to service your vehicle...

I have to say that I was reluctant to have any service done on my vehicle at this location because of a pass experience with the service manager many years ago. But I have to say that things have changed dramatically. As I walked in I noticed the place was very clean and well maintained and I was also greeted with a smile I was not standing around wondering who was going to help me as I did with my past experience. Every person that I may contact with was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone who needs service to their Dodge Jeep or Chrysler vehicle to visit champion, because they have won my endorsement

Today ended a 3 week search for my perfect vehicle. I was greeted by Dave and Maggie, who had no problem assisting me in a test drive, and quite honestly my intention was to only test drive and get another quote. This was my second dealership visit of the day, the first dealership wouldn’t let me test drive the car unless I was “going to buy”. The first dealership wouldn’t budge on their first offer. No problem. This was their Covid19 distance policy and I respect their commitment to safety...Fast forward, Dave and Maggie bring me in to work with, I believe her name was Brenda. We were able to negotiate a fair deal which happened to be what I was looking for. At no point did the math or numbers get padded, I double checked all calculations and they were honest. I told Brenda, Dave and Maggy “wash the car, we gotta deal!”Bernie did the finance. He talked slow when I asked, would pause so I could double check his math on license fees, sales tax and all other spots dealerships like to burn you. I felt comfortable with the deal. That’s why they got my money. Dave/Maggy took the time to make sure my truck was detailed, clean and that I understood EVERY FUNCTION the truck had to offer.BUYERS Do your homework...get a couple quotes and then go to champion and compare pricing and experience this long lost art called “Customer Service.” Ask for Dave..PS. I bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee 2016 four years ago and the car is making a noise in the front wheels since I bought the car. I when to the dealer a lot of times about that problem and they treat me with bad attitude all the time. The worse case they charge me for the car pieces all the time. I speak with the manager and he told me to call Chrysler company if I have any problem with the car. Obviously Chrysler send me back to the dealer. Anyway I still have the problem with my car and I get tired to fight with the people at champion Chrysler Jeep dodge and ram.If you goin to buy a car there I’ll be under your own risk, especially if your seller is goin to be Tony Ayala. He only care about his commission after that he never going to talk you again. I had a lot different problem in that dealer. Seriously don’t waist your time and money at Champion Chrysler Jeep dodge and ram. I’m sure you will find better dealers with better deals and good treatment.

In 2012 i purchased a ram 1500 hemiwhen the car had 6500 i started having problem with the master cylinder #2when i took the car to tge dealer .i told him that i wasnt happy with the car because after i paid 38000 and 65k miles the car have pronlems already. his answer was i have a 90000 and also have a problem.he finished saying that my car can be one of the ones that have an engine problemssince that day i never return to thus dealer.now im spending 7000 to replace my engine.and sunce tgat time everyone who asked me about my dodger. i say dont recomend you to buy at this dealer .sellers knows when a customer is not happy means 10 people will know about the bad experience that customer had in dodge champions dealeri hope that counselor is happy

I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them on 8/2/2020. The webpage stated that I would have 90 days before my payment was due. They told me that was a misprint and could only offer 60 days. Only to find out that they lied to me and my payment is due 9/1/2020. I would’ve gone to another dealership had I known this would occur. Not trustworthy. Would not recommend to anyone. They aren’t even trying to correct what they messed up.

I need an oil change. I am traveling a little past Bakersfield it was a last minute thing that came up that forces me to go out there. So my husband called the Dodge Dealer service in Downey at 1:40pm to see if I was able to come in for an oil change today Saturday the man he spoke to said yes as long as you make it here by 2pm. So I dropped everything I was doing and rushed over there and I made it there at 2pm. When I walked inside Service dept. I spoke to a heavy set man and he said we dont take walk ins anymore last walk in is at 12pm so I told him I was told to be here by 2pm. Then I was told to wait outside by my truck, Im assuming he talked with his partner then came out and said I dont know who you spoke to but me and my partner are on the same page and you can leave the truck for Service but if we cant get to it by today because we leave at 4pm and were short handed then well get to it by Monday. So right off the bat since I got there he was trying to get me to leave then he said I would probably have to leave it there till Monday for an OIL CHANGE! That was outrageous, Im very upset that they told me to get there by a certain time then they didnt honor their word. I wouldve understood if when I called they wouldve told me that on the phone then it wouldve been my choice to go or not. I wasnt the only one who this happened to because when I was there another person came in and said the same thing that he had called after 12 and was told to come in just like me.

Typical bait a switch dealer. Price they advertised was not the price of the truck at all. They try to force you to purchase their “champion package” when I declined, they refused to honor the price we negotiated on the phone and refused to sell me the truck. I told them I was driving over an hour so I wanted to agree on a price before I got there. Everything seemed to be going smooth, we went to check out the truck and when it was time to do business Dave and Marisol were nowhere to be found. Over all just a horrible experience and complete waste of time. These people have absolutely no consideration of your time or money.

Today my family and I took a trip down to take a look at the Jeeps. After a few, I saw a preowned Dodge Ram 1500 that they had priced at 25K with 20 thousand miles on it. I test drove it and loved it. The sales guy took us inside and took my info and took it to the finance guy. He came back out with a paper stating that the total price would come out to about 31k. I didnt budge, so we told him to go back and take off the warranty for the paint and to give us any other discounts that could be applicable. He came back out with another number (28k) which we still didnt like and he asked how much we wanted to spend, so we gave him an amount and now the finance guy came out and he was like this is the amount and we didnt agree so he stood up shook our hand and left us. We were ready to pay cash and go, but they sure didnt help. Their customer service is terrible. The sales guy was a bit better.

This is a terrible place & I am going back to get my money back before the warranty is over the sales reps where so rude & unprofessional they didnt even offer me & my wife water after driving over 200 miles to go there & would not give me any details on the vehicle I went so far to see I had spoken with people & notified them of my arrival & was lied to upon the price once I got there they jaked up the price too i would not recommend going there

I was ripped off by Luis in the finance He forged my documents. I purchased a 2019 jeep Cherokee from Chysler Dodge. I went to refinance the vehicle, and noticed, going through the photo copied documents, handed to me, that my documents were forged at the time of purchase or shortly after while making my photo copies.I was forced to finance through Nuvision Credit union, instead of my own credit union, at 5.99% in order to receive the promotional price, at $20,000, for the Jeep Cherokee. I was was supposed to receive a promotional price of $20,000 amid a free extended warranty as condition of purchasing the vehicle, that night. In a good mood, happy I was receiving a good deal, I purchased a $1,000 oil/tire rotation service agreement. Luis, the finance personnel, lied to me promising free Lojack and Gap coverage to supplement the service agreement, as reward. The trade in value of my 2015 BMW truck with 22,000 miles was agreed upon at $15,000.I was told to agree to the warranties, via John Hancock, because there would be no proof of me having a warranty at all. Reason being, I noticed that there was a charge next to what was promised free.In all, the finance department has stolen most of $10,000 for a vehicle worth $20,000.LOSS DUE TO FORGED DOCUMENT. 1-61)changed the purchase agreement price from $20,000 to 23,0002)changed the trade-in from 15,000 to 12,3003) did not give me my extended bumper to bumper warranty as promised.4) charged me $ 2, 999 for the extended warranty upgrade5) charged me about $900.00 for GAP coverage6) charged me over $ 400 for lo Jack.

Worst nightmare at the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Get ready for a head ache dealing with them. Other than waiting for your car for 2-3 days for a simple oil change. Pure beginners working in the mechanics area. Good Luck

I went yesterday as a first time buyer and offered to put down 8K for a down payment they told me that had good credit but because I didnt have Credit History that If I could put down 11K because didnt have Credit History and the bank could only approve me at 16% APR for 75 months and a payment of $875 a month which came out to be $65,625 thus was a total robbery I left dissapointed because I couldnt buy a car and leave a happy first time buyer so now I have to take my business somewhere because Champion Dodge are a bunch crooks over there no one there left with a car when I was there bad costumer service wont be going there anymore so what Im gonna do is save 5K more abd drop 15K at another dealership because Champion Dodge cant close deals right

This review is solely for the service department. Service writers should have some customer service training before letting them interact with customers. I get the sense the service writers hate their job. I brought my vehicle in for an issue I was having with a new vehicle, after two attempts to fix it they weren’t able to. I then took my vehicle to a different dealership and the issue was fix within two days. Won’t ever be coming back here, such a shame this dealership is in the city of Downey.
