No help whatsoever. When you first walk in they come over and ask if they can help you. When you sit down with a Salesman he acts like he really doesnt care. He let me know that they have no service there anymore. What I mean is they wont set the phone up for you get it ready any of that. No hands on. All there therefore is to sell you accessories and let you take a look at a phone. You can buy it but they wont help you hook it up. It was really hot in there. It smelled like a locker room. Pretty nasty. I definitely will not go back. Theyre wanting you to do everything online. He said just follow instructions its easy.
Last time I was here they were rude to me. But regardless of that Verizon in general has been nothing but a complete disappointment my entire life. Currently I can’t access a single class because they don’t offer WiFi to my road but every other surrounding road they do. Truly a terrible streaming service you’ll never be able to load a single thing take it from me been waiting for it to improve for a decade now.
I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone, my wife and I paid for screen protectors there, the kid who was applying them messed up my wifes up so bad it was hanging off the screen and left a hair under mine when I mentioned it he said there was nothing he could do after I protested that the manager told him to replace it and he applied the second one so bad it wouldnt stay on so I talked to the Manger and they said were not putting another on but well give you one, eventually I just asked for a refund. After waiting 2 1/2 weeks for them to review it with multiple talks to Cody the manager they send an email saying we dont qualify for a refund and kept our 100 dollars! Crooks ill definitely be contacting the BBB.
Verizon has gone DOWN! They refused to set up two phones I purchased. I had a hard time transferring data from an Android to an IPhone and was simply given the Tech Support number. I was on hold for 1 hour. I tried to set up a time for them to call me back but was locked out of my account due to password violations, requiring me to call another phone number. I waited on hold for another 45 minutes. I ended up never getting the chance to talk to a Tech Support person or Customer Service Representative. I blame this store. I never would have had this issue if they simply helped me at the store!!!! I am still unable to use my new phone after purchasing it a week ago, yet I’m still making payments on it and paying my bill!!!
My husband and I both purchased new phones at another location. We were in Dover today and decided to stop at the Verizon store to purchase cases and screen protectors for both phones. The tech that applied the screen protectors messed the first one up on my husband so we asked for it to be replaced. He said oh the bubbles will come out but I cant do anything about the hair underneath. After some more complaining, he applied a second cover. Our baby was getting restless so once finished we took both phones and left. Upon further inspection in the car, my husbands had bubbles everywhere and the actual screen protector was messed up from application error. Mine is completely peeling of across the bottom and now up the side. We returned to the store where we were told that I had to file a claim with the screen protector company and that they would give my husband another one that he would have to apply himself. After leaving, we stopped at the location where we purchased the phones (which is where we should have gone in the first place) and they said that the protectors they gave us arent even the glass protectors, they are just plastic...and are the same price as the glass ones! Now we are unable to get in contact with the store and are waiting on a call back from customer service. Save yourself some trouble and drive to Smyrna to the TCC store and ask for Viktoria!
If a brick and mortar store has a phone number, isnt it reasonable to expect that by calling that number one could actually talk to a human being? I have a simple question about whether a particular phone is in stock, and theres no way to have that simple question answered. Ridiculous and frustrating.

The in-store rep told me immediately that they couldnt help me, but that there was a tech at Best Buy down the street that could assist me. When I went to Best Buy, the Geek Squad tech told me they dont work on Samsung devices. Zero help.Edit, June 18th: Went back to this location because I had a Verizon gift card issued through FiOS. Once again, the first store rep I spoke to was no help with redeeming the digital gift card. Thankfully they were able to redirect me to a manager who was actually able to provide more info on the process.Bottom line: If youre going to this location for anything other than purchasing a new device, ask for the manager. The regular staff have no idea what theyre doing.
Without going into extended details. I just want to say that when working with customers sensitive information, every effort should be placed in safeguarding. So, to avoid or minimize that issue. Personnel should not have personal devices outside of the tablet used to assist customers. Personal devices should not be anywhere near a customers device while working with clients. especially during account or sim card activation. Always let the customer see you log out of their account. As customers you can ask for that courtesy,.
From when I walked into the store I was kindly greeted and with Matthew Reynolds help and knowledge of the phones, he helped me out with getting the best phone for me. It was a very nice and educated visit
Nicholas at the Verizon store in Dover was very knowledgeable and helpful when switching over to my new phone. I was in and out very quickly and we tested the functions to make sure everything transferred over correctly.
Had appointment, showed my non smart phone and was immediately dismissed to another store. Verizon store behind red Robin was 100% better in customer service.

Was rude and very disrespectful and made us stand in the rain outside because they were closing soon. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they fix there customer service issues.

Customer service is a pain to deal with, and doing so just results in a headache. And DO NOT pay for 5G its a JOKE! Whenever my phone shows 5G I roll my eyes because Im instantly kicked offline and can not use my mobile data. Its a HUGE pain especially when traveling or if you need it for some other reason. Verizon needs to get it together. 😤
My husband wS having a slight glitch on cell. When calling out to any number that had to press prompts his cell would disconnect. He went to Vz tried explaining, when was told they are only to sell not to attend technical problems. I myself worked for Vz for over 27 years, we we would never turn our backs on anyone who needed some type of help. Especially for elders. We left there went to Milford De. A really nice gentleman helped my husband with his problem. It took maybe 10 mins. This was 3/20/21 Saturday.We are Elders just moved to this State of De.
You are usable to connect with a real person. The computer is limited in what the can do.

I drove 30 miles to get to store. I was greeted outside by a girl wearing a glitter mask who told me they were only going curbside pick up. O explained that my phone didnt work and her suggested that I go back to me car and use my phone app to purchase a new phone. I had just told her my phone didnt work!!! Never going back there again!!!@

This was the worst customer service I have ever had this store. I understand covid has put limitations on everything but we waited for 3 people to come out of the store, we were next to go in and the tech had us standing out in the sun where we couldnt see the phone screens and we told him that and we were told pretty much we have to do everything on line with no help at all. After today i think i will be looking to take my business elsewhere.

My phone took a dump I was pissed. All I wanted to do is by a phone and put it on my account with Verizon, I didnt want no more 2 yr contacts. I had a rep from Verizon meet me at the door great me helped me. For hours. I have a table also I wanted it to connect to my phone like my other one did until it broke. Will I had so send it off and the insurance company send me a completely different one then I had. Well to make along story short. I came out with my new phone my tablet ring when my phone does they transferred every bit of stuff I had on my phone. Let me tell his name is Gus very nice and patient if he had a problem he call tech support. He had a associate that help also while he was on the phone his associate picked up my phone and all accessories that I needed so when he was finished with his phone call with a tech support everything was ready to pay for it and walk out the door they were both fantastic I am so happy as a lark. I GIVE THOSE BOYS 2 THUMBS UP
Ordered online 3 days ago. Got pick up emails yesterday. Went in today to pick up. Order already got cancelled for not being picked up on time. Had to spend time, gas, and effort for their BS.
Came into the store today my phone wasnt working I got assistance from a nice young man name Malcolm . He was awesome took his time with, listen to what I needed and made sure I left a happy customer .
Ordered a new phone online for in store pickup. Haven’t received any emails that it’s ready to be picked up yet. I’ve tried calling multiple times to see if I can get an update but no one has ever answered the phone.
Wish I knew the guys name. Awesome help with myself and getting my parents phones needs right away.
Came here after having a miserable experience at the Smyrna office which is too long to tell see my review for that office. I would like to say that the manager Sarah, associate Ayanna, and Jeff were amazing had us fixed up and out the door very quick thank you guys so much should have came here in the beginning you guys rock

So here is my lovely tale of this Verizon store. First their website tells me that I can get 250.00 for my phone the guy in the store oh no you only get 210.00 and I can not change that. Funny how the marketing department set the online but we are not affiliated with them. Wait your both Verizon aren’t you? Second I asked why would I trade my phone in if I have to pay 15% for an early upgrade plus 30.00 upgrade fee when you just told me that my phone isn’t worth what your website told me trade in is? He proceeds to turn off find my iPhone take out fingerprint and disables my iTunes account. The tech that “helped” me was rude did not care one bit that their own website gave a different price and wasn’t willing to verify what I said so seems this is common and not something that they don’t hear often. Guess this means a trip to the apple store I knew there was a reason I don’t come to this store I just forgot since it was 1 year and 10 months ago. Ok so now that i am home lets talk about what really bothered me with this store it was the lack of any caring by the person serving me. The attitude was if you want it your going to take what i am offering without complaining and no i will not explain to you why the website says one thing but we will not do that here. this is it take it or leave it. Well I left it and I wont be returning to that store at all. After being Verizon customers for the better part of 10+ yrs i am now considering switching
There is usually a wait to see a Sales Associate. Because of the fast turn over of employees, they really do not know everything that they should. I know that they mean well and they are trying their best, but they all should be willing to say I dont know.. Let me find someone who does. Instead, they try to fake their way thru it.
Went in because my e mails would not download. As soon as I walked in Jeff saw me standing there and walked right up to me. Ask me my problem. I should him . He took me to the back counter and fix it immediately. Talked me through how to put all my pics in a album to save space. 5 stars to Jeff.First time ever walked in and out of Verizon in a hour. Usually when I go here I am lost and it takes at least 15 minutes to get service, but I got here when the doors opened, got service right away and totally fixed my problem! Great, clean techy atmosphere!

Well where do I start, I have to go to this store because its the closest corporate store to my house (30 min drive) just to get them to refund my account. They have overcharging me since 2016 and refuse to fix the problem. The took over 1700 dollars from me and have only refunded me 500 dollars. And the last time I was at their corporate location I had to change my 2 year old sons diaper on the dirty bathroom floor. My cell phone bill is 2/3 rds of my mortgage for my home. You would think they could afford a little customer comfort. I own Shore Tint in Harbeson De and would love to show anyone my bill for proof.

I was signed in at store and was told someone will be with me. A lady walked in 10 min after with the same issue as mine. My issue was I wanted my screen protector put on my device. She was helped before I was and fair is fair and wrong is wrong. I asked why the same guy who signed me in said dont know. SMH
Was surprised when I arrived that it wasnt busy . Usually there is a long wait time. My Android need to be replaced and I had a slight problem. When they transferred all my contacts that went well. My text and pics .... Not so well. Lost alot of pic and all my texts. I wasnt happy when I left.

Had to ask too many questions.After I explained my problem, I asked what is this, I didnt put it on. Its ok was his answer, it wont hurt your phone. I said I dont know what it is and dont want it on. Its ok was his answer. He picked up my phone and was doing something I asked what he was doing. He said he just took off Facebook you dont need it, it gives you problems. I just looked at him because I didnt ask him to do that even if it does give problems. I was very dissatisfied leaving there and so was my husband. I kept telling the guy working there that he is not listening. My husband noticed 3 girls helping an older man. As he asked questions all they said was there is nothing we can do you for you.

My first new and expensive smartphone was ordered over the phone through Verizon, and I was sent someones returned damaged phone, with missing plug in prong to the charging cord, no instruction booklet, the plastic sheath on the front had fingerprints and scratches AND there was no return shipping label in the box. I decided, I will just still with my flip top, and was instructed to turn the phone to this Verizon store. As soon as they know you are going to return something, smiling face goes away, and now they are as rude to you as possible. The manager did not even look at my profile and tells me, Im not going to accept it, unless you give me $50.00 to re-stock it. Im not giving you anything for a broken phone, see the comments, all is contained in there. He refused and refused to contact Verizon, so I said, well, you are the hub store and you are required to adhere to the comments on the profile. HE TOLD ME IM NOT TAKING ORDERS FROM A BARKING DOG. Then just left, another manager from my home neighborhood of Brooklyn steps in and saves the day by taking caring of everything together with an equally professional associate. Brooklyn packed the box with a new shipping label, got my old phone back on my account, and in less than 20 minutes, I was back in business. 5 stars to the Brooklyn manager and the very kind associate. The world needs more people like you.

They sell you new phone then put an app. On it to detect robo for 30 days than want to charge for the app. to stop them. Before the app. I might had gotten 1ever couple of weeks after the app 6 per day. If you get anew phone DONT let them install this app.
Long wait and terrible customer service. There were several employees standing around talking when there were supposedly 6 people in line, including myself. All I needed to do was exchange a case but they couldnt be bothered.

I am from Maryland and stopped in the DOver store to upgrade my phone. Sadly the new phone is just as bad as the old one. I hardly have service. The verizon charger i purchased didnt last more than a couple of months and the car charger is a joke. I have been a Verizon customer for years but am seriously considering switching service when my contract is up. I am wondering if i got a used or rebuilt phone.

The worst establishment ever. Craig the “manager” is vile and that trickled down to the other workers. Go to Middletown! I placed a down payment on a device which I ultimately decide to return and the store could not process a refund of my down payment because “we don’t have enough cash in the draw” that mistake of a manager tried to tell me to return after the 14 day return period and he may have it on Saturday but he can’t make any promises. This place is a poor representation of Verizon.
