Can’t say enough about these guys. Best Buy had told me my wife’s phone needed a new charging port, but CPR actually tested the phone and found it wasn’t the port. They got us set up with what we needed very quickly, and went the extra mile for us. Highly recommend 👍🏼

I asked for a screen repair along with a lens replacement and received attitude and a phone that can’t charge through the charging port When I emailed a complaint I wasn’t answered. Seems the company is lead by a scammer they only accepts visits that are willing to pay their high prices. I don’t recommend their services since they changed the same as it takes to receive a replacement phone

Stopped in Wednesday to drop off a phone for screen replacement. One customer was ahead of me. Two were working in store and waited about 15-20 minutes watching them working on three devices. They seemed to be having troubles so I tried to be patient. Two more customers arrived and were given the I will be with you in a minute. When the third arrived with a gun proudly displayed I left. Sorry but there are other good options which I have found.

Went there to get my back glass fixed on my phone and possibly the sim card tray, they were very knowledgeable and didnt want to change the tray and possibly damage it more, the owner isnt looking to make a quick buck off people, hes a genuine guy. Theyre honest, up front and professional, would get my phone fixed here again without a doubt

I had a cracked screen. They picked up quickly when I called. Gave me an accurate estimate for the repair. I went in later and they had it fixed in about 40 minutes. Good price and the new screen works 100%. Highly recommend.

I had a cracked screen in May and went in to have it repaired. At the time parts were hard to come by because of the pandemic (understandable). I was supposedly put on a list to get a call when it came in. I never got a call so I ordered a screen on Amazon 6 months later myself because they couldnt get the parts. They couldnt fix it because I bought my own parts. The worst part was that they couldnt even look at me while explaining this to me. They were too busy taking pictures of devices to post on Facebook for sale. I was just an annoyance to them. I guess I wont annoy them with my business anymore.

Emailed them about playstation 3 repair,got an email back that they did this. Called to bring it in. They said they havent done any and theyd call me back,took my number. Never called me back. Very poor customer relations.

Took my laptop in to have the screen replaced. Service was great and they repaired it super fast! I had taken it to Best Buy and they said it would take 4-6 WEEKS, CPR did it it 1 DAY! CPR was also about 1/2 the cost! CPR will have my future business for sure!

Went here because Im tired of Verizons outrageous wait times just to get my screen protector replaced. In 10min I had a brand new screen protector cut and applied, and only paid $10 for my screen through my phones insurance. We also talked about how our cats destroy our electronics XD nice guy, will definitely be back

Was very helpful even though my daughters phone couldn’t be fixed he went out of his way to let us know to call Apple and what to say to them so that they would replace her phone or fix it for free. Extremely professional, every quick, and all around great experience! I went in to get the screen on my iPhone 8+ replaced An was in and out within around 20 minutes. And I came in a half hour before closing time and the gentleman was more than welcoming to fix my phone right before closing up! Would recommend CPR to everyone, and my phone is now in perfect condition and the repair made was above and beyond what was expected!!

Ordered a new charging dock no money up front came in next day I worked over he stayed open extra hour to fix my phone only charged me 15 dollars Helluva man, cant go wrong

I drop my phone a decent amount and the screen finally partially separated from phone. Rob looked at it and was able to fix it without replacing the entire screen. Being i am a repeat customer and he is a great guy. He didn’t even charge me. Ty!!My screen stopped working properly. I couldn’t sign in. Rob replaced my screen and i didnt have to buy a new phone. I needed a new screen put on my Motorola phone it didnt take them long to get my screen and to put it on. That was on a Thursday on Friday half of the screen fell off so I took it back in. The owner guy and a lady worked on it. Here we are not even 7 days later and my screen is falling off once again not to mention that my sensors are not working and when I am in a phone call everything goes black and I cant even hang up on someone. I did message them on Google and I am yet to get a reply back. I have had to buy a whole new phone not very happy or impressed...

My Kindle Fire Hd 7 was unrecognizable when I turned it in to CPR. It was left on the top of my car and I drove off, halfway in between my driving and my house, it fell off, tumbling onto the road whilst going a decent speed, and it being ran over probably several times.When I got it back, it looked brand new, worked flawlessly.Tip: If you want your phone/tablet repaired as quick as possible. The tech ran some tests on my phone and fixed it within minutes. The probably was small so I was charged only 9.99 to have it fixed. Was not expected to be so cheap or easy. The tech was great, friendly, fast, and honest.
