Went into T-Mobile on 4/25 to upgrade my husband’s phone, and walked out with both our phones upgrading! Joe and Justin were incredibly helpful and informative! They both were patient with helping us set up our phones, even though it did take alittle longer than usual to get my husbands phone completely transferred over (by no fault of the associates!) Thank you again Joe and Justin for giving us spectacular customer service!

I came over from Sprint and have had nothing but great experiences with both T-Mobile and this store. They have gone out of their way to make sure I not only had the right plan but also the right phone. Last week I went in to upgrade and they did not have the phone I wanted in stock. The manager found the phone at another store and drove over himself to get the phone so I would not have to do it myself. This is the type of customer service that is missing in other store. I am always greeted with a smile and friendly associates. T-Mobile retailers are starting to pop up all over, but this will continue to be the store that I use.

Went to T-Mobile about a month or two ago Anthony was working and he answered all my questions to get me away from Sprint so we went in on Saturday16 Anthony was there and he hook me up great customer service and even the store manager was there ultimate customer services

T-mobile Today I feel very low and discriminated do to an event that took place in your store on July 19th 2019 . On 7/19/2019 I walked into a (T-Mobile store 152D DOVER MALL) to add two sets of air pods to my mother in laws plan that I am a authorized user under . I was greated by the store manager “ Abena “ . I asked “Abena” if I can add the 2 air pods to the account and she told me I needed my ID to do the transaction . which I did not have at the time so I told her I would drive home and get my Id so that we can further move on with the transaction . When I returned to the store, “ Abena “ pulled me to the side and told me to stop walking in and out of her store because it was messing up her store count “ ( I only walked in the store 2 times and out of the store 2 times . Once when I entered and once when I returned . ) I apologized and told her I did not realize I was just returning to finish The process in adding the two air pods to the plan . She asked if I had my Id . I gave her my id, She gave it back ! and she then told me that there is a lot of “FRAUD” in this area so she wanted to double check my ID . I told her no problem and gave her my ID . She then said cannot add the air pods to the plan because her store is at risk of “ FRAUD “!!! I asked her why and she did not have an answer for me and to me to call 611 and they would explain . I then asked her if I can just purchase the 2 air pods with out adding them to the plan and she told me SHE CANNOT SELL ME ANYTHING THING IN THE STORE AND THEN CALLED SECURITY ON ME TO REMOVE ME FROM THE STORE ?!?! I WAS VERY EMBARRASSED ! Because they made me feel like I was a suspect of something I was not . I reached out to my mother in law ( The owner of the account ) we called 611 on 3 way and they told us they don’t see anything that should have stopped me from being able to purchase the air pods and asked if I just wanted to purchase online ! NO !! I want the air pods that was in the store and I want an answer to why I am not able to purchase anything in the store ! NOBODY HAD AN ANSWER FOR ME !!!! At this point I realized I was being discriminated . WHY ? WHY WAS I NOT ABLE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING IN THE STORE AND WHY WAS I KICKED OUT IN FRONT OF MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS ?!? I did not understand because “ABENA “ was an AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN who racially profiled me . Tmobile I just need an answer ?!?!?!?!?!? PLEASE SHARE AND TAG T-Mobile

Jonathan the Manager is absolutely the best. Everytime I had an issue he went above beyond to fix the problem. He even allowed me to text him personally to harass him with issues. He rocks 💪🏾😁. Reccomend him always.

Bad experience all around. Was told by staff here (and over the phone on T-mobile CSR support) to Jump on demand our Phones *before* switching to a new over 55 contract. All seemed to go well until we found we were not being charged for the devices just service and the Jump plan. After many calls to T-mobile (Them constantly saying *it may take some time to appear on your bill*) we finally discovered that the phones were never moved over to the new plan.Called to ask why and was told that the devices were on the old plan, (the one that was closed) and because it had been closed we now owed the remaining balance on the phones and cases etc. When asked WHY the devices were not moved over to the new plan and new agreement CSRs told me point blank that they had sent me 7 e-mails and I had to counter sign each one (An individual e-mail for each phone, each case and each charging dock) and because I had failed to do so it was my fault.Confirmed that I had received ONE e-mail which I HAD e-signed and that one case had been moved over (An I7 case) .. nothing else was (2x I-Xs, 2 cases and 2 charging docks). CSRs INSISTED I had been sent 6 other e-mails and failed to sign them .. all my fault.Called head office and was told that Jump on demand devices CAN NOT be moved to another account, there was no record of any E-mails since the devices were never to be moved and that the phone support had out right lied to me. Was also told that the store should have NEVER told us to jump then transfer since its explicit in the contract that Jumped devices CAN NOT BE MOVED.Now I dunno if the store personal are ignorant of this (The guys seemed to be genuine about his proposed plan) or just willfully tell you to do things that the contract fine print bans either way some retraining is in order there.The CSRs on the phone however outright lied to me claiming *6 e-mails sent and not signed* over and over (even after being elevated twice to supervisors) and refused to help in any way.Head office confirmed that the store was wrong to give that advice. That the phone CSRs out right lied in order to not deal with the issues and they finally assisted the best way they could. (Charging me $200 on the spot and an extra $100 a mo on my bill for the next 8 months ... but waiving $300 of charges)In short ... Store sales people are either malicious with bait and switch selling or woefully undertrained. The phone CSRs are useless and will outright lie to you in order to avoid dealing with an issues, just charge you money and tell you its your fault. If you want any type of *real* customer service call head office and deal with them directly ... the rest are not worth your time.
