The sales associate at the ATT store in the Dover Mall that helped me on Friday was very welcoming, answered all of my questions and explained everything I asked for help with, was great at multitasking, helped me find multiple deals and whatever I needed to accompany my phone without overcharging me.I have absolutely no complaints and this man deserves a raise.

I just want to let everyone know that Destiny from att store in Dover mall is awesome. She worked hard to make sure that I was happy from getting a phone to setting it up and dealing with customer service so I didn’t have to to make sure everything went well and smooth. I am very pleased with the results and couldn’t thank her enough for what she went through just to make me happy. So...I want to thank Destiny again for everything. I went to the Dover Mall store, with both questions and possibly purchasing a new iPhone. Your store rep was the only person helping customers, and it became quite obvious that she was performing her multiple roles (troubleshooter, phone answerer, sales person, customer calmer, installer of my new phone, question answerer, and a few more I may have missed) all with an amazing amount of efficiency and patience. Two customers had significant financial issues, one had small children, and then there was me... the experience was not ideal, but not because of your store rep. Leaving one person at this busy holiday time to handle multiple customers was definitely not pleasant. I understand this may have been a unique staffing situation, but..... the most ironic thing to happen to me, personally, was walking out of the AT&T store with a new iPhone which had not been connected to my own AT&T account!!! I realized this when I got out of the mall, and chose not to go back to that poor store rep. I had to call the AT&T service number until one AT&T rep finally got me connected. So there were positives, challenges, and negatives surrounding my experience.

I always have a great experience when I use this at & t store. However the customer service representative that handled my transaction seemed to have an attitude. He seems unapproachable. The last time I was in the store about a month ago I asked him a question about my phone and his attitude was a turn off... I actually was going to ask to deal with another customer service representative when I went in there this time but I said maybe he was having a bad day a month ago, but he actually had that same attitude with him. The manager was nice... Some people are just not approachable and have a turn off attitude, that’s just them and we can’t fault them for that. People have different personalities and some may rub people the wrong way. However from a business perspective, we have to put those kind of people behind the seens. When me and my wife were in there about 2-3 years ago and we purchased the iPhone 6, the woman that took care of us was so much a pleasure to deal with that my wife still remembers her name today. I’m not saying everyone will have that energy because everybody is different. But the energy that the guy had we dealt with this last time, makes me want to use another at & t store if he is in that store and I need something.

My wife and I just switched to AT&T. We got the new Samsung Galaxy S10+ phones. We really love them so far. They have so much to offer. Maybe some day I will figure out how to use all of the features they have to offer. I am a heart patient and it is so easy to check my pulse with the pulse feature. Zai has been wonderful helping us with our questions.

Since a nearby AT&T store had a long wait, I figured Id give the one in the mall a shot. There were people ready to help me immediately. Shaun (or maybe he spells it Sean) was extremely helpful! I needed a chip for my new phone and he cut my old one to the correct size saving me $5.

Zai was AWESOME!! It was an outstanding experience, she made me feel as if I was a valued customer. She made sure all of my needs were addressed, even though, she was working alone. She managed to spend time with each customer in the store giving everyone what they needed!

Went in to pay a bill . They were busy waited a few minutes then an employee came from the back looking very bothered to be helping me . The whole time Rachel was working with me she was very distracted and on her phone when I asked why my bill was higher she said I don’t know I asked if she could take a look and she said no she does not have time!!! But then proceeded to ask me all kinds of questions about tv and internet when I told her I was here to pay a bill and didn’t have the time to answer her questions she laughed and gave me my receipt and walked away to the back room leaving other customers waiting. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespected by an employee at an att store in my 20 years with the company!!!!! All other experiences at this store have been great but steer clear of Rachel she has the worst attitude I have ever dealt with as a customer!! She should be replaced!!!

These retailers are all about customer service, as anyone can access the internet and find out rate plans, etc. With that being said, I went in and they answered all my questions and even helped me with outta state questions. Friendly, knowledgeable... if u have or want AT&T, go here.
