Im a gamer, so Im going to love a gaming store. The service there is nice, I asked a few questions and they answered with no disrespect. After asking many, they never got annoyed with me; this one dude even taught me which games are known to be liked, and what to get for my next wishlist.

Horrible customer service, marked my like new conditioned trade in as defective so they could give me less store credit, i also called for a pre owned product specifically asking were all parts included, just to arrive and be told by the staff member she doesnt know about xbox at all ... So please save your self trouble go online and order to pick up or go any where else, just dont go in person, they also close earlier than any other game stop. Around here (kent county), you gotta walk thru a mall and find parking not worth it one bit

Usually what I need or have in stock and people at the desk are nice. I do believe if that they lower the marketing when you check out I wouldnt mind giving it 5 stars.

Prices are too high, they give you nothing for your trade then turn around and sell it full price and make 300 percent on it

The store is clean and decently stocked with games. The staff is also very friendly. The biggest issue is the fact that their trade-in policy is pretty weak. Im sure this applies to all GameStops. But certainly worthwhile checking out if you are into video games.

I like that this GameStop doesnt treat me like an idiot for being a woman gamer. I do wish there was less other random stuff and maybe more classic games or demos.

Its a pretty small GameStop, but the employees are nice and it has a pretty good selection.

Watch promos before you trade in, I have $400+ just by carefully selecting when to trade in.

I pre-orderd for honor and I havent had time to get to the store to pick up my copy(deluxe edition) So what they told me was we dont have it so I dont understand how you give my game away. The cashier said that 2 other customers had them hold it till Friday, but when I got a call they said nothing about it HAD to pick it up within 2 days.

I went in to purchase a Xbox one, the staff advised a refurbished one because its guareguaed to work... I drive over an hour home, only to find out it wont turn on. I called them back, they told me just come in and well give ya another. I told them I live to far away maybe they could work something out with me. Nothing! Nothing to work out! Trash store.

They trade and sell used game. At the time of typing this, they sell used Wii and used games. Some used games dont work. The new games are expensive.

Went to this GameStop to buy an Xbox one s 1tb, what I got was a Xbox one s and an original Xbox one controller with no headphone jack, so I returned that and they happily exchanged it for the updated one. Once I got home I come to find out the controller doesn’t even work so I returned that and got a new one(employee tested it and confirmed it did not work). So they replaced it again. So with the working controller I get home and set up the Xbox just to find out they gave me an Xbox one s 500gb in a xbox one s 1 tb box(I was buying a pre-owned Xbox btw) so I called and they had me come in for a 3rd time and they got me the correct Xbox finally. I am upset and annoyed that I had to run around to get what I was supposed to purchase the first time, so I simply asked if they could do anything for me due to all the hassle and running around. They just said sorry and continued with the even exchange and didn’t touch on the fact that they made me upset and wasted my time.

The store is very busy and the staff arent able to typically accommodate all of the customers. That said, the selection is very good, especially given the limited amount of space the store has.

Inventory in this location is complete trash. Place an online order, received a confirm email to go to store to pick it up. Went to store the rep told me they dont have it because the old manager got caught stealing so our inventory is off.Will never give them my money again (only went here in final desperation) buyer beware!Decided to give this store a second chance in 2019. Despite following the correct line procedure we were told that we had to go back and wait behind people who just walked up to the register. Employees very rude and confrontational.

Visited recently. Stock was low and the PS4 controller I got was way overpriced compared to online prices. Had a gift card so it worked out. Also recall being harassed by an employee a long time ago.
