Had what I needed price was great!

My husband visited this store yesterday for a battery. He found 1 priced for $100 dollars, so their prices are good. However, when we installed the battery we found out that there is actually another issue with the car and that it doesn’t need a new battery. Upon returning it back to the store we were told that al the prices were final and that they do not do refunds. He also said something like because we actually installed the battery they can’t take it back??? Lol I think that is ridiculous. So now were suppose to just look at the damn battery and be out of 100 dollars? That’s just bad business.

Very friendly. Helped to figure out the part that I needed instead of just trekking me that I have to know all of the details. One part was not in but they referred me to their other store without me asking if The other store had the part, very proactive. The wait was not long as they had 3 people working. I will return for any parts needed.

This place does it all. Affordable pricing on all parts new or used. They even offer lifetime warranty on anything you buy. The service was great and they were very patient with me when I didn’t know what I needed. Very knowledgeable staff. I will do all my part shopping at Holbrook.

I was very disappointed they didnt have the brake pads for my 2003 Lincoln aviator we have to go across the street to AutoZone so if they want us back as a customer we need to be offered some sort of discount coupons to come in and shop in the near future

Bought a Car Battery a so called Brand New Car Battery from this location two years ago. However every Winter sense have had to jump start it and this today is the 5th time, with a new battery this is unacceptable and unbelievable and I am extremely upset I have to take time to jump start it. The times I would have to call AAA to jump start, luckily got my owm to do so, but this is obsurd and unacceptable. I demand an answer as to why after dishing out $$$ for a Brand New Battery of theirs I continue to have this issue. Got a New Battery from another store not this company and never once, not once have had to jump start it ever Winter. I will be stopping by and speaking to someone about this, because this isnt right and should be taken care off.I already had you guys replace it, I do know about cars and how to take care and manage mine, I only want compensation for it blowing out my car automatic starter, the phone number gaven to contact and report the matter, the person I spoke with refused to compensate me and only willing to take 20% for a replacement Automatic Starter after the one your battery fried out. And yes the store tested it and called it out for a faulty battery dont kid yourself! And all that was done was a replacement for it and not the damaged automatic car starter I got from yall to have replace after the hell I have gone through, your lady over phone said the starter was only covered for some time and its over, an excuse to not be held responsible for being damaged by your battery and not 5yrs even, and I was told dish out with a 20% $65.000 for a brand new automatic starter aka a rip off after the inconvenience, and being deceived by one of the people last year checking the battery said it was fine not a problem and now same store different person called it out as a default battery with issue so it was replaced, while they tried to sell me unnecessary stuff I dont want. NOT HAPPY AND TIRED OF EXCUSES, GRAND STANDING AFTER AN ISSUE YOUR BATTERY CAUSED BY SOME ISSUE IN YOUR BATTERY MAKING IS NOT MY PROBLEM, BUT TO TRY AND SCAM ME OUT OF MORE MONEY FOR A NEW AUTOMATIC STARTER.....I WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE AND SO WILL MY FAMILY AFTER THIS.

They take better care of you than family. They always there when you need them with excellent parts, attitude, and in most cases assist in installing them. So get your parts from Holbrook especially you ladies, theyre honest and will never take advantage of you like xpert car care. Xpert car care is way over priced for any repair and employ unlicensed shade tree mechanics. For the prices xpert car care charges it would be wise to look shop around at other repair facilities who do the same work with the same guarantee or better before you spend one dime with this fast talking xpert car care. Its in you best interest to seek out any other place to repair your vehicle before you just settle for rip-off xpert car care. Shame on them. I watched them charge this elderly lady over 200 dollars for a new battery that she could have gotten a better quality and brand battery from Autozone, Advanced Auto, or even NAPA for a 2012 Ford Fusion. Listen people im just the voice of honesty, I will always be honest with you about consumer rights and places I review. So follow me I will show you the best and worst places to get your car repaired; to eat, drink and shop. May God Bless and keep you and make this year and all the rest simply the best years if you lay your burdens down and follow his laws; truly he will bless you. So use your common sense if the price for certain 🚗repairs sounds over the top go some place else that can repair your car with equal or better care. This message is especially for the ladies. The only downside to Holbrook is that for the working class they close to early. People are just getting work at 6pm and want to come to Holbrook but they close. So theyre missing these customers and its a substantial amount well worth staying open for at least one extra hour.Has this working class is just getting off at 6pm plus they have to battle traffic jams; so lets ask Holbrook for some additional hours for the working class by calling them, or their owners do what you can as a whole to get this changed. But Holbrook is your number one spot for your autoparts and your auto repairs. Oh also for you working class people another suggestion is they stay open a little longer for you is that you call in place your order so you so you can walk in and pick up your order after work.
