Im frm out of town so when i go into advance auto i feel at home there, because this store is everywhere in my town. I went up to the counter and i said hello to the young man he said how can i help you. I tried to explain what was going on with my car that i recently bought. He said very cold heartedly what do you need. I really didnt know how to answer this question. So i bought a front lightbulb. I was so use to helpful people at advance I left there feeling lost. I needed help desperately. I wish I was back at home just to get my car in tip top condition. Anyone know where i can get great service. Signed:single woman who can pay for what needs to be done.

They have the items youll need in most cases. The staff could learn a thing or two about courtesy.
Forced me to wear a mask even though I have a medical exemption. Refused service and had no understanding of medical freedom and consent. Asked me to explain the details of the exemption and when I told them they told me I had to stay outside. I was then served last. When the security guard did walk me to the desk to pay, which they tried to have me give them my card initially so they could pay for me, another customer asked me about why I didnt have a mask and I said I had a medical exemption the security guard told me immediately I was not to speak the the other customers. Horrifying example of the lack of medical freedom for a healthy, covid-free person with an exemption.
Very poor customer serviceThey told me another advanced auto part has the item I need and only store that doesAnd when I drove 30 minutes to the other advanced auto part they said they dont carry that car part and they ordered it for me which this location could of ordered it for me and I would of picked it up from them since they are closer to my location.This location is very poor and they are terrible!

Had the chance to speak to the general manager Joe today and I had a very pleasant time he was very knowledgeable and he had excellent customer service I would recommend him for anything and I will always come back to this location and I will always recommend people to come here because of the service that was provided from Joe thank you and thank you guys for hiring that man

I recently had the same problem as some of the people whos reviews that I have read. Very poor customer service and they give you the wrong parts. And to top it off, they close before the closing time. Smh

The most disrespectful workers I have ever seen as a former employee at the #7037 location I am appalled at the lack of customer service. I know how the stores operate I used to work for Advance Auto Parts for almost 3 years. I went in for some parts for my car and the worker I was dealing with told me they didnt have the part but he wasnt even looking for the right part. I had to give him the part number and than he proceeds to act like he didnt see it and then he goes to grab the part and walks around not even knowing where the part is located inside the store. Finally when I pay for the part the worker does not even know how to give change back properly and needed his co-worker to help him if you dont know how to count money you should not be working at the register and it gets even worse they did not give me my receipt telling me its in the system well I know how the system works as a former employee and sometimes a number just doesnt pop up so I just took my part and walked out without a receipt at this point I just did not want to deal with them anymore if I still had touch with the district manager I would have called him but he quit a while back the current district manager needs to pay this store a visit and spend the day watching how this store fails to function properly. I can only imagine how many people walked out because they were told they did not have the part when in fact they do.
If you need go somewhere else please they they just there for a pay check and they give wrong parts 😡😡😡
Hate to not give five stars, but the place was quite raggedy. The clerks were doing their best, but there was a line of people all with different demands, and I understand how stressful it is to do that job. I hope they get more help.

Went there to ask for a part and buy it... but one of the guys was very rude and disrespectful and told me that I have to leave the building like it is his own plus the tone he was speaking with me is very ugly rude and disrespectful like a Gorilla, let this Advance Auto Parts find better people and more polite not those Gorillas.I will give less than quarter star if I can do that.

Like most auto stores theyll tell you what you need to know. But being a new person to fixing cars, they have tolerated so many of my redundant or idiotic questions without complaint. The staff here has been immeasurably helpful, never an attitude, and theyve never made me wait too long for service. I even had an employee help me with an issue they normally dont deal with but he still came out to look under my hood anyway to tell me what to do. He was right, and I was saved about $40 because they didnt try to sell me generic chemicals to put in my vehicle.

I bought a battery from another location which was under warranty. After calling the corporate and waiting at the store for 45 minutes. The corporate tells the manager its up to him to help me, he turns around and says no and did not even apologize for all the time I had to wait, I had to pay for a new battery, bad customer service.
