The older black guy was rude and sarcastic for no reason. Didnt even put my items in a bag. I didnt say anything because I knew at that moment nothing really needed to be said to him because it probably wouldnt change anything. Because I know his coworkers who were nice and friendly to their customers could hear him and said nothing so I assumed its normal for him to be lacking in customer service skills. I feel like writing this review and telling the whole world would be much more affective in maybe solving the problem. Well you guys have been made aware hope its a better situation for everyone else who shops here.

Awesome auto parts store,, I appreciate the big name part stores AutoZone, OReillys, Advance,... But the counter personnel at Hastings Auto Parts are so much better...

My husband and I have been using this store for years. Darryl is a blessing! If it wasnt for that man the whole place would fall apart! Anytime we need parts or have any questions, Darryl is the man to see. We hardly ever have an issue except when he has the day off. So if thats the case, Big Dave is the next in line. Dont deal with a man named Cowboy unless you want the wrong parts or information. I never have any luck with that man/woman! (dont ask) Over all though, I give this location 5 🌟 and Darryl needs a raise!

Great shop. Theyre always well staffed (very knowledgeable and nice). They are the only shop in the area that stocks cases of the 0w-20 oil I need for a hybrid.

Ive recommend using Hastings Auto Part their prices are cheaper and they have a good quality product never had to return anything
