I had a problem with the charging port on my PC. I just dropped in and they diagnosed the problem. They sent away for the part and once in they fixed it within 24 hours. Very friendly, professional and reasonably priced.This was the second great experience I had with them.

Employee like to argue with customers over if they have called before coming in (when they did 30mins prior and taked to one of the two employees working) and is extremely unprofessional. Will not waste time going to this store anymore. Will continue to go to the WDM store.

I used CPR to get my cracked phone screen replaced. I called around to a few different placed, and everyone charges about the same. I have an older phone, so they all had to order a part to get the work done. What set CPR apart is that the other places I called would have taken 3-5 days to get the part in; but CPR was able to get it next day. Hopefully I wont need them again, but if I do, I will definitely go with CPR.

Ever since the Valley Junction store ownership took over this location has been superb, here is my review from the Valley Junction location:I have used these guys multiple times over the past few years and I always have good experiences with them. They shoot straight, work quickly and are always at the ready to assist in your decisions regarding a phone purchase or accessories. This is the only place I will shop for phone related items at.

Without hesitation, I would recommend CPR! They were helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to fix my phone. 6 months ago, when CPR Merle Hay was under different management, I had my screen fixed there with what turned out to be a sub-par part. The new store stood behind that store’s work and replaced my screen with a better, more reliable product at no expense to me. Tomas was efficient and apologetic for the fact that I had to come back in so quickly for the stores mistake. CPR is a hidden gem that more people need to be utilizing!

I got my iPhone screen replaced here. Within a couple of weeks, the screen stopped working. When I went in to get it replaced again, they were going to charge me full price. After explaining the situation, they only offered a $30 discount. Do not go here to get your phone fixed.

The gentleman here was awesome! He was able to fix my sims port in an hour I didnt even think initially these places did these things. We also had a storm the day before and he was nice enough to let me know to call him before I headed that way in case they closed so I wouldnt have to waste gas. This place deserves 5 stars! After spending HOURS talking to Apple Support with no solution and a two week wait for a service appointment I rushed to CPR Cell Phone Repair on Merle Hay. I walked in with 8 minutes before closing and was greeted by two nice guys asking how they could help. Within 30 seconds of explaining my issue they knew what the problem was and offered to fix it right then and there. They could have told me they were closing and to come back in the morning but they stayed open and were happy to do so. Twenty minutes later I walked out with a perfectly working phone. I have an Invisible Shield Glass screen protector and they have had a replacement for my phone. I have had warranty replacement 3 times now. They remove and ship the broken one back for you. They will even (re)install the protector for a nominal fee ($10+tax). They are under new ownership; they dont do the cash discount any longer which is nice for those that rarely carry cash. I talked with them about replacing the broken screen on wifes phone and custom screen protection on my new Chromebook too. They do more and even sell phones. Stop in and check em out.

Ive taken numerous devices here. They always do a great job, and Ive never had any issues with their repairs. The prices are reasonable and the turnaround time is almost always same-day (and they communicate well if it will take longer). A young bearded man helped me most recently and was extremely professional and kind throughout the whole process. Well definitely be back if we have any issues with other devices.

Brought in my iPhone 6s Plus and they fixed the screen for way cheaper than all the other places I had called around to, and it looked just like new when I got it back. Not to mention the customer service was great here. I walked in and the guy working greeted me right away, and discussed all my options without seeming to just be after all my money. They were quick to fix it and were cheapest in town. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing their phone repaired for sure!

They fixed my broken screen within an hour so that was great. Helpful and polite staff. Price very high at $400+ but thats the going rate for a samsung 10 screen I guess. It was repair or buy new, so I fixed it.

The tech was awesome and helpful, however the manager (whom I never met) didnt order my battery with my replacement charger. The tech was very apologetic, but was unable to offer me anything then an apology. I will now have to go back in a week to get my battery replaced, if the battery comes that is.

I went to CPR on Aug.6, 2018 and am very impressed with the customer service I received there. My phone was dead and would not charge-it looked like an easy fix-I would need a new charging port which would be done at a very reasonable price. When I returned, David was sorry to tell me that the damage was more extensive and it could not be fixed. He was kind enough to waive any fees and even offered to try to recover my lost data on his own personal time. I will definitely return if I or my family should have any other phone problems. Highly recommend.

I was having a bad luck Monday that resulted in completely shattering my phone screen. Since I use my phone for work and scheduling I needed it repaired as soon as possible. I went into CPR Cell Phone Repair and they were able to replace the screen in an hour and a half for a decent price. The staff there were very helpful and nice which made my back luck Monday a lot better. I definitely recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair to anyone who needs their phone fixed in the same day. I dont plan on breaking my phone again, but if I do I would definitely go back to them!

Stopped in today and was surprised that they would be able to change the battery on my iPhone within 30 minutes (Even over lunch time). The guy helping was great and professional. Battery was replaced as expected and is working great. I will visit again if I should need their services in the future.

Super satisfied!Went to a phone repair store to see about fixing a Samsung Galaxy s8 jammed power button, and the guy told me minimal of $120 with risk of shattering the back glass. Went to CPR to get their advice, David helped me, and popped the power button out in less than 5 minutes. Scratched the button a small amount, but in no way does that bother me. He didn’t even charge me! Super friendly staff and very satisfied with my experience. They’ve fixed iPhone screens for me in the past, so I definitely was pleasantly surprised once again. Highly recommend.

Very unsatisfied with the service and wish I went elsewhere.I came in to get a iPhone screen replaced went went well. Later that evening I figured out the Touch ID wasn’t working. I called and they said no problem, bring it in and we will replace the screen again. When I get there a different guy pulls it apart and now it has water damage and they won’t touch it.I asked why I wasn’t notified of the damage before spending $120 when I would have rather put that towards a new phone. He said the person working on it initially wasn’t qualified - something you NEVER want to hear from a company working on your stuff. The service was appalling. He said he wasn’t going to touch it, give me a refund or a partial payment back. “The screen works as it should and that what you paid for regardless if the Touch ID doesn’t work”.Livid, I left and went to a NON CPR store and they fixed the Touch ID for $30.Save yourself the money and headache, go elsewhere.

I went here because I cracked my screen, but turns out there were a ton of other issues. The people at CPR were super helpful and didnt make me pay extra to fix the other problems with my phone. It was super fast and everyone was nice. Please go here its worth the money.

I had my Samsung Galaxy S8 screen replaced the first time and they put on a defective one, it had scratches all over it and had an image burnt into it. I took it back and they replaced it again. They put on another one that was scratched and had something else burnt into it. Both of these screens were definitely used and not new. When I asked about it they told me that the scratches and burnt image was caused by something internal. Very dissatisfied with all service. I have now filed a complaint for CPR with square trade because I have insurance through them. If you want to risk it go for it but I will definitely never be coming back.Update: Took my phone into Batteries and Bulbs today. They told me that my frame was bent on the phone and there was also things internal that were broken. CPR was responsible for the damages.

I broke my laptop, phone screen and my daughters tablet screen all in a week and CPR was amazing at fixing my devices in less than a week and getting them back to me! I have had no problems what so ever with any of the repairs made… The prices are a little high in my opinion, but still much better than buying a brand new device. I have recommended many friends and family to CPR and I will continue to do business with them in the future if I need to.

Great place to go if you need your phone or other electronics fixed. Prices can be a little high but the people here really know what theyre doing when it comes to repairs. All very friendly and helpful and repairs are fairly quick. I had my cracked screen on my Galaxy S4 replaced here as well as the charging port and havent had any problems since!

I-Phone 7 New. This business doesnt earn 1 star, no supervision.WHERE IS THE OWNER?? Teenagers run the shop. They were going to replaced the screen. Phone was working fine. I went 5 times to pick up my phone and it was not ready. I waited more than 20 min. each time. They charged $$ but never tested. Phone was not working. I asked to cancel the service and refund the $$. The blond skinny teenager was so angry when I asked for refund that he removed the screen, damage the start button, and the battery is not working. He faked the refund at the cashier register but I never got it.Took it to another place, it was missing more screws and parts. They replaced the screen and did not charge me a penny.

First off, I just want to say that I have dropped and shattered a couple of phone screens (not this particular iPhone) in the past. I have taken them to the kiosk in the mall and had the screens replaced no problem! On Friday, my iPhone 6 fell out of my pocket and I picked it up to see the screen shattered. The phone still worked perfectly (sound, camera, keyboard all still functioning correctly). I work at a local elementary school and have driven by the CPR several times so I thought I would bring my phone in to be fixed. I read the reviews and thought, Great! This place seems legitimate! I brought my phone in that Saturday after I called ahead to see if they had the available parts and time to work on it. The gentleman at the place took the phone and then had me pay 127 dollars up front. Big mistake. Then, they asked me to wait 2 hours, which should have been a clue that they were novice technicians. I returned to the store after an hour and fifteen minutes and decided to wait in the store. The gentleman comes out and tells me it will be about 20 minutes more. He then returns and proceeds to explain that they can no longer get my phone to turn on and its Apples fault; that Apple most likely sent me a faulty phone and there was nothing they could do. So all of my photos of my family, applications, and everything on the phone is gone and the worst part of it all, no refund on the amount I prepaid. They credited me back 60 dollars for the screen and that is it. I left in tears. I have never written a google review before, although I read them before visiting a place of business, but I just HAD to warn people. I would not take your shattered screens to this place of business to be repaired. You will lose time, money, and your device.

My name is Kathie and I went to CPR on July 17, 2017 because I had dropped my phone into water. Not knowing it was wrong I put it in a sack with rice to dry it out and the rice got stuck in the charger opening. The staff was so helpfully and a gentleman took the phone and got the rice out. NO charge at all. Even though we found out phone was totaled I am still grateful for the help and kindness of staff.

They were able to bring my phone back to life after it had received some water damage. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Fixed a number of things at a reasonable cost, and its working as good as new! Unfortunately they cant make any warranties or guarantees when it comes to water damage, but its understandable since the damage isnt always visible. Ill just keep my fingers crossed and hope that I dont have to buy a new one! Appreciate all their help!

When asked about the difference between 3 phones being offered, employee responded with i dont know, and continued to turn away from me to talk to coworker about her sister.

I sent in my phone to be repaired if possible. Travis called me to say that it was not likely to ever work again (as I expected), but the diagnostic would be $ dollars. I approved to try anyway. A few hours later, I learned that Travis was right. This unit was corroded on the main board and un-repairable. Why is this a five star event? They waived the fee. Thank you guys!

Went in a week or so ago to get my screen on my I phone replaced dropped off the phone drove a few miles home and back and done been working great

I recently got my iPhone 5 screen fixed there. I had previously had it for two years without any cracks and then I cracked it one day and took it in too be fixed. Ive now had the screen that they put on my phone for 1 week and it has cracked three times and hasnt been dropped once. This shop most use faulty parts while fixing phones and am very disappointed. I tried to go in an talk to them and they wouldnt take any blame and tried to charge me another 110$ to fix it again with most likely another faulty screen. This business is a scam and I would never take anything else to this business again.
