Davey was super accommodating and helpful. My repair was more expensive than I had hoped but they told me that up front. And Davey delivered my car back to me personally. Nice touch. :-)

My car require a synthetic oil change, the owner did not even BOTHER to ask which kind of oil but just gave me the cheap 3k non-synthetic oi rather then my required synthetic. My car maintenance schedule is set for every 5k miles, and he totally mess this up. Very poor work slacking service, if you happen to do any type of car service at this location make sure to tell them what needs to be done because OBVOUSLY they dont know it.

They did a thorough inspection & brought maintenance up to date. I am so grateful for the detailed & concise explanation of the cars defects & how they could be fixed before I had to get on plane!

I just had a great experience and how often can you say that about a mechanics shop?! 😀 Took my Rav4 in for 100000 mile check up, and he said it all looked great and just charged me for the LOF. My little car is happy, and so am I!

Had them run diagnostics on a check engine light, turned out to just be a part that had come loose. They showed me what was wrong and clearly explained it, and did it for free!

Winston Auto Repair is a rare find. An excellent mechanic/owner, fair, honest and a great guy.The handle of our oil dipstick broke off, and we couldnt get it out, so we needed help. The reviews on line for Winstons were great, and when we called, the owner offered to take a look right away. He spent at least a half hour working on it and fixed the problem. He declined to take any payment. Extraordinary! We will never go to another mechanic again. He said he helped people in a jam, because he wanted to give mechanics a better name.How about that!

The only place I ever take my car. I have never had a bad experience over the last 10 years. The only complaint is that he is always so busy, it is hard to get a time slot. But when he does have time his turn around is very quick.

I am glad I trusted Winstons to take care of my car. My truck overheated on the way home from work and I had found one of my radiator hoses had broke. That was no big deal, went to an auto parts store and replaced it on the side of the road. But when I filled up to radiator with coolant and it was still overheating, I started to worry. Thinking that my water pump was bad, I limped it along to Winstons. They were just about to close on a Friday and they were able to squeeze me into an already overbooked day on Saturday. Turns out that I just didnt get enough coolant back in, and they gave me a tip on filling it in a way that I wouldnt have that problem in the future. They are that old time company that has service with a smile. They had a great attitude and helped me out in a tight spot with a great price.

I had my truck towed to them, and it turned out it was totaled. They didnt charge me anything and gave me time to arrange the removal of my junked vehicle, despite their tiny lot being chock full of other paying customers cars. Will definitely be taking my new ride to them for maintenance.
