I purchased a truck from this place and they say they are “the best at maintaining their vehicles and keeping them in top notch shape” I purchased a vehicle and I for whatever reason forgot to check the oil on my own before purchasing. I checked it a few days after purchasing it and it was 2 quarts low on oil. I also had a back license plate light out (they weren’t on when I bought it, it was during the day). They don’t really seem to practice what they preach.
I just purchased a (slightly) used MINI Cooper convertible from Willis and I’m really impressed. I live in Michigan, was slightly nervous about dealing with an out-of-state dealer, but Willis was fabulous. My sales rep Blake was really great at communication and followup, and when there was a hiccup with paperwork, the business manager (Charlie) was fantastically helpful.
Top notch service. My ac was not working properly on my Jaguar f pace I made an appointment which fell on my birthday. They asked me if I needed a loner car since I was driving from Cedar Rapids. I said No. I got there a day before my appointment and the morning of my appointment the sales guy (Jack) who sold me the Jaguar called me to wish me happy birthday. I was so shocked that he went above and beyond to do that. During the appointment I changed my mind and wanted a loner car, they did not have one but because it was my birthday and I was checking out of the hotel, they did all they could to find one. My cabin filter was blocked (picture) and Sanin Sinanovic replaced and made sure all went well. Thank you all. My ac is working well. They made my birthday spectacular.
I worked with Willis after I contacted them through an online listing for one of their vehicles. Their virtual assistant confirmed my contact information within a few minutes, and I had an appointment set within two hours of them opening up.I met with Blake Warlop and he was fantastic to work with. He answered my questions, gave me time to consider my options and wasn’t pushy. The Willis dealership is a fairly standard setup and since I was trading in another vehicle and financing, there were a couple hand-offs between people. Blake guided me through the process and checked in regularly.Jamie handled the financing piece and was friendly and personal in his approach.Overall, the entire experience took about three hours of my morning, but I ended up with the vehicle I wanted, the options I needed, and an overall pleasant experience.The Willis campus is fairly large and has several buildings. Set my appointment with a 3 min. phone call. They got the car in no problem, then drove me home. Picking up the car was pain free, and man did it shine. They did a great job. I only got the exterior detail package, but even the complimentary vacuum and wipe down of the inside was great. Very impressed with the service.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Todd Lee at Willis Automotive... Todd is the man! Out of the blue, not even looking for a new car, Todd put together and offer for me that not only got me out of my car but got me into an upgraded version, brand new and my payment went down significantly on top of it... Thats pretty much unheard on a lease that was barely a year old. To my credit, I only put 5,000 miles on it in 13-14 months but that is still amazing to say the least. Beyond that, the paperwork was ready so It was not a 2 hour process by any means. Willis Automotive is an extremely beautiful auto campus that provides so many of the top brands of cars, all in one location. I cant say enough about Todd Lee and how professional and helpful he is! If you are looking for a Lexus, Infinit, Cadillac, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Mini or Chevrolet brand new they have you covered as well as a great used car lot! Make sure to check them out!
Definitely hoping for more improvement in the future. Increased listening to concerns and applying that to addressing those concerns practically, as well as parts prices that are more comparable to the market available. Ive received car back with wet seat due to windows left open, as well as loose trim, bolts, and even a replaced engine, with little addressed when voiced the next time i was there and said something. Seemingly nice people in Mini service, but patterns of no application.

I went in to test drive a specific vehicle and when it turned out to not match my needs they spent the time to have a discussion with me about what was important to me in a vehicle and provided several options for different vehicles that would meet those needs. I always dread shopping for a vehicle because of the typical sales pressure but there was none of that with Micah or Tom. They were able to work around my husband and Is crazy schedules to fit in test drives for a few different vehicles and after two weeks I now have a car that meets my needs that I love. One year after purchasing, Jessi called to make sure I was still satisfied with my purchase (I am) and encouraged me to contact her personally if I have any issues going forward. Not only that, but Ive continued scanning listings for vehicles similar to the one I purchased and have not seen a car listed anywhere close to the price point I purchased at - according to CarGurus, this car was sold at Great Deal value. Im definitely going to check out Willis again when Im looking for my next car, and would encourage anyone else to do so as well.**Bought a used car from Jessi at Willis. I generally prefer purchasing from private sellers to avoid dealership fees and pressured sales pitches. In this case, they had the car I wanted and I saw they had good reviews. They were kind and reasonable during the purchase process, and Jessi indicated that their used cars are evaluated by their mechanics so they stand by their word.As luck would have it, a very small part inside the door panel broke within 24-hours of the sale - something that could not have been known prior to sale, no matter how thorough the mechanics inspection. I knew that the car was purchased As-is, and that Willis was within their right to inform me the part had broken after the sale was final, and was therefore on me. Instead, when I contacted Jessi she immediately had me set up with an appointment in their service center. I was provided a loaner car while the part was being replaced, and they returned the car to me in excellent condition without ever charging me for the service. I can assure you from my experience that when they say they stand by the cars they sell, they truly follow through on that promise.Willis is among the dealerships that refuses to sacrifice integrity and customer service for profit. Id highly recommend Willis to anyone considering purchasing from them.
Our Caddy died about a mile away from this location so in somewhat of a panic we jump started it and left it with the shop as several lights were on. We had no idea the diagnostic charges alone would be $295.00. We were told the headlamp, alternator, and power steering hose would need replaced and the estimate was $5,000. Quinton then said hed adjust the labor down to around $3500. Which was more than the value of the car. It wasnt a fun experience. We ended up buying these parts ourselves and having a family friend & mechanic fix everything for under $1,000. Lesson learned that a dealer is going to uncharge you astronomically. The shop manager ended up refunding us $95 of the $295 in diagnostic fees which was appreciated. Still... if youre a middle class Joe like we are... buy your parts and find a local mechanic.
I purchased my Volvo from a different dealership and wasnt happy with the service I received from the git go. I decided to give Willis a try. From setting up my service online to the actual servicing of my Volvo Willis Automotive is TOP NOTCH. Their service department was the best Ive ever dealt with. I highly recommend them.
I purchased a Land Rover and Connor Girkin was my sales rep. As an out of state buyer Connor did a great job of keeping in touch and making me feel good about buying remotely. There was a mistake made that was a discovered upon delivery, but Connor and Willis Automotive immediately responded and worked out a very fair solution that was painless. I would absolutely purchase from Willis again!
If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time. Our car broke down not even a month of having it and after bothering them to fix it they finally did and now a month later with the same problem that they supposedly “fixed” the first time but this time they refused to fix the issue. Go anywhere but here.

My wife and I recently worked with the pre-owned office. Our sales consultant, Faraz, went above and beyond to make sure we saw every possible car on their extensive campus that might have fit our needs. When we zeroed in on a vehicle, Faraz pulled any string he could to help close the deal. That said, everyone was very courteous and NOT overly pushy - this includes the sales manager and negotiations, the business office and warranties, the accessories consultant, and on down the line. This was a welcome departure from many dealerships from which I have purchased. It was a pleasant car buying experience and we will return in the future.

The service I received was good. I was a little disappointed that you didnt have the parts necessary to complete the work. This is why I went to the dealer initially. Although, I understand why you wouldnt have the parts for a 15 year old car, It is a volvo and these parts are probably not unique to this model.
Drop my QX60 off for an oil change and tire rotation. Willis provided a nice loaner car for the day. They called when my car was finished. The car was freshly washed when I picked it up. Excellent service!

Since purchasing my vehicle in 2015, I have been treated to the best service possible. Don-Patino Hayes is my personal service liaison and he is fabulous. Heres my experience from start to finish:1. For any servicing reason (emergency or routine) you get a valet who drives to your home, picks up your car, and leaves a loaner. Loaners are always available. Further, you have a tracking app that lets you know when the valets are coming and where they are in the process.2. Servicing is swift, right the first time, and youre constantly updated on the process.3. When you go in to pick up your vehicle and pay, my dedicated liaison, Don explains in detail what is happening, knows my car and my usage details inside and out, and talks to me about what may need to happen in the future.Where possible, Don looks to save me money and is always on top of any coupons or servicing details. He was also instrumental in helping me through my warranty transition.Ive owned many cars in my lifetime and I can truly say that Willis has earned my business for life. Ive never had such fast, friendly, attentive service before or since. Use Willis with confidence.
Willis does not even deserve a one star. They take advantage of elder/ handicap people. I understand that they were trying to be nice to bring them the car because one parent is partially blind and handicapped, but they could have informed them of the noise the car made when starting it (both times they went to test drive it). The car was sold as is, and we understand that as well. But when you are elder and handicapped and the sales man brings you the car and doesnt tell you about the noise it makes when starting, it’s very frustrating and now they wont do anything about it. Be careful!!! They see an older person specially handicapped and will take advantage of you. We even wondered why it was sitting on the lot for so long. The day it was purchased, the guy taking the money as they bought it with cash, said it was going to go to auction soon if it sat any longer. This dealer is suppose to be a high end dealer and they are a joke! They wont even try to make it right. Now they have to pay over 2 grand to get it fixed and are wishing they didnt buy the car now. If they would have known the issue it had they would have not bought it. Breaks my heart that they took advantage of someone like this. I will not buy from here nor advise any friends and family either.
Well let’s see, took my car in about a week ago due to an accident I had. Bent my wheel and apparently suspension as well. When I went back to pick up my car started driving had the radio up all seemed well... as soon as I turned my radio down and started braking I noticed a very nasty girding sound coming from the rear brake. I called them to tell them about this and the person named Mike I was speaking with was sort of rude, said “bring it in tomorrow” and we will take a look. And basically trying to say that I may have bad brakes...Well that’s impossible since I got my rear rotors and pads changed a month ago. Now here’s the fun part, I get home and took a look at my rear brakes... guess what? Some genius forgot to put my rear brake pad back on! As a result my rotor is completely destroyed!! I trusted them. But not anymore. This is just plain embarrassing!

Went for an oil change and tire rotation and asked them to check my shocks because I had been hearing a clunk in the rear when going over rough roads. They looked and looked again and determined the clunk was with my trailer hitch and didnt charge me a thing. Most people would be shy to ask a service station to look for something wrong but I know Willis and they always do the right thing. The waiting room, as always, was very clean and easy to social distance in. WiFi is high speed so its easy to get work done while I wait.
Very friendly and understanding. They make sure that you understand what is wrong and good about your vehicle they are knowledgeable. I really liked their service and if something was wrong they did a good job making sure it is done right.
No matter where you live ( hours, states away) from nearest location they will pick your car up and service and give you a rental to use in the meantime. I found this out there so I wasnt able to use this service, but thought that was pretty awesome. They were quick, professional, and friendly. They cleaned the outside if my car during the service.
I bought my first vehicle from Willis 6 years ago. I feel like a pampered princess. They wrote the book on service. The extra perks, picking up my car to be serviced if preferred, a loaner car at my request, willingness you work with me on price, convenience etc. I’ve bought a lot of new cars in my life time but never experienced service like Willis before!
I always grumble when it’s service time for my vehicle, but Don Hayes always takes great care of me and makes sure I don’t have to stress! Don will answer any questions and have a conversation about what’s going on with your vehicle instead of just reading off a checklist. He’s also great at updating his customers regarding possible delays in the service department—never anyone’s favorite time, but I always appreciate working with him!

I have my auto fixed at Willis Auto Collision for the first time. They did a good job in scheduling, repairing, and keep me informed on the progress of my repair. They prepared auto rental and contact the insurance company themselves, so I didnt have to do anything much. Super fast and easy to get in and out.

The service on the vehicle was great, my only complaint was the courtesy shuttle. I was shuttled back to my house for the service and picked back up. The shuttle was timely and fine, except neither driver wore a mask. This made me uncomfortable in a closed environment with recirculating air. I wore a mask and feel that masks should be worn in our current environment to protect customers as well as Willis employees.
I had me car detailed under the gold package. My car is an infinity Q50 with 100k miles. Looks brand new inside and out

Cadillac was in for installation of a module that controls warnings of brake failure, abs brakes, etc ..Module was installed problem solved. Oil change next appointment done in timely manner. Battery was installed and it was faulty and was replaced at a later time. Service and service advisor were great.

Bad and Excellent service rolled into 1 experience. Have a Volvo that I ordered a protective front coating for as well as a custom fit seat cover for the back seat. I called and emailed the parts manager 3 times and couldnt get a response. Fourth try I spoke with a parts person, Ryan, who was very willing to help. Stated they couldnt get the car cover I wanted but when I gave him the Volvo part # he was able to locate it. Was also told 2 times that the protective front coating was a 20-30 minute job so planned for that when I booked the appt. When I checked in there was no mention of time or offer of anything, after an hour I asked a second gentleman in the service area about the car and he said oh, thats a 2 1/2 hour job minimum. When this second service person saw my frustration with that information he offered a loaner car and delivery of my car to my house by the end of the day. So thanks to Ryan in parts, the gentleman in service, and the nice gentleman who delivered my car for really good experiences.I think great service is a goal but it isnt quite there yet.
I thought I found my dream manual car and was lucky to get approved by a lender. When I came in to see the car I remember asking if there was anything mechanically wrong with the car and obviously I shouldve known there was something wrong but the salesman told me no. He reassured me that he wanted me to be happy with the car once I leave the lot. Within the first week the steering was whining really bad. And mind you, the car was in the dealerships shop to get something fixed with the brakes. So didnt even get to drive the car until a whole week later. At one point I almost drove into the grass because suddenly I couldnt even turn the wheel past 10 o clock into the driveway. I checked it out and realized the car has a power steering leak. I filled the reservoir thought that would fix it.. a little over a month i got the car inspected and now I have to replace my whole power steering rack, replace an alternator, and get the r. Diff. Temp light issue fixed. Im looking at around $2000 to get the car inspected and repaired!
Willis always has great customer service and service advisor Dylan S is always patient and explains things in complete detail. They’ve always done great work on my Cadillacs and provide great loaner cars if I can’t wait! Love this service department!
I recently had some repairs done to my car due to hitting a deer. The staff were awesome throughout the whole process! And the work they did on my car made it look like brand new! I expected to be able to still see some sort of evidence of the damage that had been done to my car, but there isnt a thing to be noticed! I will definitely go to them again if I ever need anything done! And I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their vehicle!
My husband and I had such a positive experience at Willis Automotive. Sean was great to work with and gave us such a VIP experience. We drove in from Bettendorf and they had my new Range Rover Sport in the showroom with a congratulatory sign, which was such a nice touch. They explained every feature in detail. Highly recommend!

I took my Volvo in for its 30,000 mile service. The service manager said it could be a 1.5 - 2 hour wait for the service to be complete. I received an email a little over 1 hour later saying service had been complete! Very friendly and easy to work with dealership.
This was hands down the best experience that I have had with any automotive dealership in my entire adult life. This trip was for repair work and I can tell you that every single person in their Collision Department went above and beyond to make this experience something special and did a wonderful job on my vehicle. Now if they would become an Audi dealer, I would give them all of my business. Thank You to each and everyone of you that I came in contact with. You guys are awesome!!!!
Vehicles are nice but service was slow. Even when I bought the car it took a long time for a sales person to get with me. Just recently I took my vehicle in for a shceduled oil change and dropped it off first thing in the morning. To my disappointment they didnt get to my oil change complet and this was shceduled for first think in the morning. They did not even bother to call me to say it was not going to get completed until a follow up call from me at the end of the day since it was going to go into the weekend. I had to pick up my car and reschedule. This is not what luxury and convenience is suppose to be coming from Jaguar.

We were a little discouraged when our new to us Volvo had fluid dripping under the front of the engine. Our trusted local mechanic said it needs to go to a Volvo service. So glad we took it to Willis; they handled all the details of the warranty and contacting the seller and made it such a great experience for us Dave Barry was so good to work with
Just had an unexpected experience with one of their service techs. We had a tire blow out and were getting ready to change it, he happened to be driving by going to change out a tire for someone else (who probably hit the same hole). He stopped and had it changed out in 60 seconds flat...this would have taken us exponentially longer. Based on this experience in which the tech helped us out just because it was the right thing to do, I am going to try to shift some of our commercial vehicle work over to them. This is the kind of business and people I want to deal with.

I brought my car in for an oil change and for the appropriate maintenance for the mileage. I also had my car detailed. They did an amazing job, as always. I bought my car from this dealership. Jeremiah and everyone in Mini Service have always gone way above and beyond, keeping my car in such great shape. They never disappoint and they always impress me and my husband. They are the best.
Excellent Customer Service. They have Loaner Cars available for your convenience. They also have readily available free shuttle rides to and from the Dealership. They will also do free pick up and delivery of your vehicle anywhere in Iowa I think. You pay more but you get better service. Very friendly and courteous staff. The Lexus Waiting Area is high class. The Infinity and Cadillac Waiting Area is just okay. I wasnt impressed. I guess Ill have to stick with Lexus.
