My family and I have been using Goodyear services, in several locations across Iowa, for over 40 years. I have been going to Fast Tire for 3 years and have always been pleased with their work and I trust them to be honest with me and not take advantage of my trust in them nor take advantage of my general ignorance of automobiles. The guys at Fast Tire and professional, effective, and friendly. Jim at the front desk makes the visits easy with his explanations, thoroughness, and friendliness.

My car broke down on a Sunday. I had it towed to my preferred location on Merle Hey Road. They arrived on Monday and recognized my car. They repaired it and had it ready for me that afternoon. I trust all my car needs to these folks and they have never let me down. My car is 17 years old and still running well because of this team.

Best service, prices and advice in the metro. Best prices doesn’t always mean it’s within your budget, but I haven’t found them to be beat by anyone else. The mechanics do a great job and the manager and service writer have excellent advice that should be heeded by anyone with a desire to not spend more money later. Take my advice.

At Good year on Merle Hay Road, Des Moines, I recently met a gentle man called Randy Lowe. He treated me with patience and professionalism such that I had never seen before. So, I became pleased and inclined to have Goodyear look at my wifes vehicle. That was during last weeks power outage. But as soon as power was restored, the vehicle got fixed, we were called to go and get it. It has so far been driving well. I wish everyone at Goodyear would behave like Randy. As a black man, it matters a lot how I am treated in this society especially at this time. My experience at Goodyear was exhilarating only because of one man. Dropped off the tire for repair. Somebody somewhere missed the leak. After speaking with management they resolved the issue in a timely manner.

Highly recommend Fast Tire. They are always do an excellent job on all our vehicles. They take time to explain what needs to be done to the vehicle and always gives us a quote on what will it cost. No surprises or hidden costs, they are always upfront and honest. I have even gone in without an appointment and they helped me out right away.

They got me in quick. Had a nice waiting area with drinks, reclining seats and tv with remote. I was totally comfortable while waiting. Didn’t take long and they were done. They even added more antifreeze to my reservoir since it was empty...at no extra cost. Great experience overall!!

Have been going to Fast Tire (prev. Graham Goodyear) for several years now. They give honest and reliable service. Their people are friendly & courteous to deal with, which is the main reason I stayed with them when a new owner took over.

It was an awesome experience. Efficient and great customer service. Even had a coffee and watched HGTV. Used a value pak coupon and saved a ton.

People were kind and friendly, but Im disappointed in the quality of the work that went into my tire mounting and balancing. One wheel is missing its valve stem cover and seems to have not been balanced or lost its weight. While another shows a sign of laziness or rushing the job. They doubled up on weights on one wheel. Which means the heavy side of the rim and tire are on near each other. But instead of breaking down the wheel again and rotating the tire on the rim to have them be across from each other they just thew on more weight to make it work.for the amount of money and time spent I didnt expect to see any of this type of work.

Stopped in as a walk-in . Asked if they could replace the tires on my trailers’ rims. They said sure they’d get on them ASAP. I sat down in the waiting area and no more than 10 minutes later they had exchanged tires and balanced them also.Great fast service. Thank you!

I have only had my oil changes done here but I love the hospitality (comfy leather chairs, TVs and refreshments) and the gentlemen working there are always nice. I have yet to feel like I’m being railroaded or pushed into some type of service or repair I don’t need which is huge! I will continue to take my cars here.

I’ve been coming here since 2010 and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of service Ive received. The ease of scheduling appointments is the best. I can call and schedule today, tomorrow or pick my own day. The time I spend waiting for my car is so good I can bring my 5 year old and she doesn’t get antsy. Very friendly staff, quick and reliable! I wanted to use a coupon but it didn’t apply to the oil type I needed for my oil change. The guy working still gave me a discount to match the oil type I needed though, and for that I will continue to come here!

I’ve gotten tires for two current vehicles and have had two former serviced there. I go back because each they are straight to the point and honest about what needs done and offer recommendations without any added pressure. The last visit, I had a weather cracked tire which they physically took me out and showed me the tire and again, still didn’t pressure me into replacing it (which I did) I came in an hour before close and they needed it overnight and they even offered to give me a rid home.

Ive been coming here for 15+ years for oil changes, tires, brakes, you name it. Never had a bad experience...not once. Randy and Jim are the faces behind the counter and they have always been upfront and great guys to work with. I haven’t interacted a ton with the guys in the shop, but when I have, it has all been good as well.

I had an excellent experience with Jim Geneser. He was so easy to work with and explained everything in a very clear way. He is so patient and respectful. I will recommend them to anyone who needs tires!

I had the reverse experience that Jonna had. When I went to Firestone next door did not get much help on the phone or in the shop. This got me to go to Graham and Ive been going there since. Moved to the area a year ago. Ive bought two sets of tires now from them for a couple of vehicles. In the year I have lived in the area they have given me great service on my vehicles. I have another vehicle that needs tires now and I will go to them again because they have the best tires at the best prices. I have shopped around. The only way I would go somewhere else is if I wanted Michelin tires, which is what I prefer, but they just get too pricey. They are low to no pressure on sales which I like. They inform you of what is needed to keep a vehicle in great shape but dont twist your arm on getting things done.

I bring all of my vehicles for service here. Prices are fair, and I trust them. Jim, Randy, and all the staff are great. Highly recommend!

Got me in quickly, no appt, with 3 leaking tires on my day off. They fixed 2 that had broken the seal and advised they could not fix the third because of a nail penetrating too close to the sidewall. They did excellent work, they were friendly, and was the cleanest shop I have ever been too. They have a very nice waiting area with comfortable recliners and a tv w remote. They also have snacks and drinks. I’ll will return for future services. Great people and great shop!

Great service, was able to get in right away for oil change, will be back here for my car maintenance.

Jim greeted us warmly. Confirmed our information and took the keys saying itll be about and hour, give or take, to get the tires replaced. We asked him to call us when they were ready. On the drive home Jim call us and confirmed that wed be ok with thinner tires, as that is what I ordered and paid for from the internet. He assured me they were safe and sound to put on our Jeep so we proceeded with the replacement. They called back around that hour mark and we went and got the vehicle. They provided solid and timely service.

I went in to balance all 4 tires. When I left, my right front tire almost came off while driving because all 5 lug nuts where just screwed on and never tightened. When I returned the problem was addressed quickly and luckily no damage occurred.

I went there for an oil change. The place was clean, nice and great customer service. I could smell they used sanitizer in my car and it said they would do that. This is a place that looks out for their customers.

I was extremely happy with my experience. The service and care I received for my vehicle was extremely professional and friendly. I was impressed by how they got me in and out.

They fixed a flat no problem that Tires Plus had said couldnt be fixed and that I needed a new tire. Courteous and prompt service.

I have been going to this location for several years for tires as well as for general auto maintenance. They are not always the least expensive option but well worth a small premium for the quality of their work and transparency with which they to business. Ill be back.

The staff and service at Fast Tire Merle Hay is fantastic. my first visit a few months ago was to have them check a leaking tire and fix it. they brought me to the back and showed me the tire leak and how it was fixed previously (rope plug very close to the sidewall) and suggested talking to the dealer I bought it from, as it was a dangerous and choppy fix. few months later, had them install 5 new tires. my truck was in and out within 2 hours and I couldnt have been happier with the service. Ill always trust these guys with my vehicles!
