I got everything I needed with amazing customer service I am very pleased
I have been trying to get my gift card incentive that I was promised for months now. I call the customer service number and am informed that I need to go to the store to resolve this because they didn’t code something correctly. I’ve contacted the store multiple times snd the manager has said he’d call me by Friday. Well no call comes and I call back.l to be informed that he doesn’t have any information. I’ve been on hold with the store location for 15 minutes and it’s not looking like I’m going to get my trade in incentive at all. I would not recommend using ATT Derby because everything they’ve told us about our incentives has been false.
I bought a plan that replaces your screen protector if it breaks. I went to have one replaced and they told me they don’t carry that screen protector anymore. I was told there was nothing they could do. I would like to add that I’ve always had great service at this store. It’s just frustrating that I pay for a plan and they don’t back it up.
My family and I came in to see about upgrading my phone. When we came in Daniel asked if we needed help then proceeded to try to either pass us off to another store or get us out of his. He never once sat us down to go over pricing or show if there were any other opportunities for us. Not to mention the ENTIRE time he was either cracking jokes to other associates or being very unprofessional and undermining other associates in front of customers and workers. Once we got our phone he HIGHLY suggested we set up my new phone at home because it could take hours because their own WiFi was slow (weird) so we left since we felt unwelcome from the start.
Knowledgeable staff with great problem solving skills. I have been many places but they zeroed right in on my personal needs and helped me understand which phone and plan worked best for me. Did not feel like I was being sold, rather that I was being assisted in making an informed choice. Highly recommend.
Chris, Store Manager, and Jarred are the best!!!! I am so happy with these 2 gentlemen and the service they give is phenomenal !! Chris gave me his business card in case I have any questions. Jared worked hard on my plans amd Chris have me the best deal. I am saving $100 a month with ATT wireless, and fast internet, and Direct TV!!! NFL Ticket included!! So easy t switch from Cox and Sprint! The best customer service EVEr in my young 54 years!! Chris and should be recognized for outstanding service.
I appreciate the opportunity to speak with a live person not to mention one that knows customers service. Desiree from the Derby KS store was great! She spent time with me going over a new plan and setting me up with my phones. All while greeting everyone that came in and didnt make me feel like I was asking the wrong questions or being a bother. She is wonderful!
When going into the Derby AT&T store, the two girls that were inside working (10-28-2020 at lunch time) were very rude to me because I wasn’t wearing a mask. When I told them that I was medically exempt, they told me that I shouldn’t be out in public and they insisted that I leave immediately. For their sake... I hope people are nicer to them than they were to me.
I’m convinced no one at AT&T knows what they are doing. I am out of state and needing a new phone because mine is acting up. Figured I could go ahead and start my new account anyway while I’m here. Came in at 2 PM to get help transferring my line over to my own account from my parents’ account so that I could start a new plan and get a new phone. The sales rep told me I needed to call customer service (who myself and my Dad have already spoken with several times) to get a note made in the account authorizing me to change billing responsibility and release my line. I’m already an authorized user and should be able to do this without him. Sat on the phone with customer service AGAIN for an hour, now my Dad is on the phone with them AGAIN trying to get me access to transfer my line even though I’m already an authorized user. My Dad asked to speak to the rep helping me to try to get a better idea of what is going on and what needs to happen. The rep refused to talk to him and repeated the same thing he told me an hour ago. The reps in the store won’t do anything to help and are saying completely different things than the customer service reps, which is ridiculous. I am pregnant and irritable and 7 hours away from home needing help with a new phone. I will be taking my business to Verizon. Never using AT&T again.

So I went into the store today going for one item and they went out of there way to get me a better product at a way cheaper price. Desiree (hope I spelt that right) Made sure I got what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with the price as well. Very great service!!

The store manager, Bryson Vornauf, needs to learn how to wear a mask correctly and how to keep it on when dealing with customers in close proximity. Very disappointing. He should be setting the example for his employees and customers yet he was the only one who couldn’t seem to keep it on or covering his nose. The girls who helped me out were absolutely wonderful though.

Recently upgraded my iPhone to the 11 pro max and Bryson V was the BEST! He spend over an hour helping me set up my new phone, then helped transfer my old phone to my daughter. He stayed past his shift to make sure it was all done correctly. I appreciate him and his customer service!
Outstanding customer service! We came in with questions regarding a broken screen and Bryce walked me through the insurance claim process and got us all fixed up in a matter of minutes. I used to go to other AT&T locations but am glad that Derby has friendly and knowledgeable staff that can get us taken care of without the drive across Wichita.
I came in at 4:45 on a Sunday. There were two workers already helping other customers. There were no other customers waiting and no other workers. At 4:54 one of the workers had finished with their customer and asked what I needed (just to transfer service and contacts from current phone to a new phone I had with me--which I dont think takes very long). That was the first time I had been spoken to and she was very adamant that she and her coworker had to be clocked out at 5:00 and that I would have to come back tomorrow. That was very disappointing. If they were following management protocol, good for them, but I think thats a poor choice. Wouldve been nice to have had a conversation when I came in that if I wait, it might be for nothing. Just another thing that makes me question why I stay with AT&T.

Went into this store on Friday and the male manager was extremely unprofessional, he acted as if he had other things to deal with and couldnt be bothered. I ended up going to the store in Wichita where they were more than happy to help with my needs . Please do not visit this store unless you want to be disappointed .
Jesse is WONDERFUL. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He is highly competent and knows his product well. AT&T is lucky to have him.

Came in for a new phone Devin was very knowledgable and the manager Desiree aswell. Ended up getting the new att tv and have been really enjoying it.
We always get the worst customer service at this store. Smug and unhelpful, always just want to upgrade rather than solve problems. As far as I can tell, they try to confuse older folks that don’t know any better to upgrade their phone because they are either inept or too lazy to fix whatever problem is being had.

I was having issues with my service so I went to the Derby store and was greeted immediately at the door by Bryson. He gave me his name and shook my hand. I knew then I had come to the right place. He was patient and helped solve my issue and went over their promotions with me. I will be back in when its time for a new phone. Great service.

Only one person to talk with, three waiting. Twenty minutes later, employee was beating on back door to be let in. It was only 50 feet to the door we came in. Very disappointed. Rude to people in front of me, and could not help them. Could not help me, only to give me a number that waisted 30 minutes of my time. After 19 years and 8 months, I am no longer a customer, although they still have to charge me for 3 more weeks service. :(
We have been AT&T customers for over 10 years. We have gone into the AT&T store here in Derby on Multiple occasions and have been treated excellently every single time!! They have gone out of the their way to make sure everything was taken care of and with the best customer service ever!! We have gone in to activate phones, have them show us how to work different features, trouble shoot issues, you name it, weve gone to see them. The staff they have there right now is top of the line. Very knowledgable, very helpful, very attentive, very respectful, and are at the top of their game.

I came in yesterday and the guy was very helpful, but I did have a few problems with my phone not getting backed up correctly. I came back and Bryson helped me was very helpful and friendly. He was able to get my phone backed up. And I was able to get everything back. I’m very happy with the out come. I would recommend coming in and asking for Bryson.
We went in to see if our numbers were mixed up from the last upgrade. We were met immediately at the door and Tyler E. fixed the problem thru device settings. He did a great job describing our account options and adding a new phone to have our land line transferred from Cox. A positive experience. Thanks Tyler.
Everytime I go to this store they say that they fixed my problem....it doesnt get fixed. I went in on December 6th to take the promotional premium package off my AT&T TV and they said they took it off. In late December they charged me for the whole package. Which I have direct withdrawal so it came out immediately. I had to call customer service to get the problem fixed and get my account credited. So of you really want something done dont go to this store just call AT&T direct

The employee who helped us . I am terminal and caring for 92 year old dad . I had my phone stolen by Uber driver that picked me up from ICU to go home and pack and make sure dad was cared for while I underwent surgery ASAP . He went above and beyond to help with all. Ty so much !
I went in Monday morning to buy 2 new phones, the lady that helped me was very polite and knowledgeable. I was in and out in about 45 mins and was even able to have all of my saved data transferred to my new device. One of the best phone buying experiences Ive ever had hands down.
Very unprofessional. Staff member asked me to write a good review and when I came in to buy accessories he’d give me a discount. Staff did not inform me of charges that would be added to my account. Also added things to my line I specifically told them I did not want. When I called about it, they argued with me.

This activity of changing services was more painful than buying a new car. Spent 4 hrs in store to get this done. I was a current Direct TV customer, paid my bill on time for 3 years, & they still ran my credit. People were very nice but this needs to be a shorter process.
Could have been more helpful. The A T &T tv needs more training for stores trying to field it.

My girlfriend and I went in to pay her phone off which should take 10 minutes or so. We ended up waiting for over an hour for someone to help us. Bryanna A. finally came and helped us. She was to busy helping her own family members pick out a case for a phone. We walked in and they didnt even ask us what we were there for. Im not saying that the product is bad, I am just saying that the customer services is.
I would have given a zero. We bought an s10e and had to leave it at store over night to have it set up for us came back 9/18/19. Still wasnt set up Chad wouldnt do anything.Sent us home said maybe u can download the app and do it yourself.If we wanted to do it ourselves we wouldnt need your brick and morter building . Your customer service sucks Im gonna try and return the phone thru att.

You can never get anyone that speaks English. Therefore, you always have a language barrier and communication is never the same throughout any of the stores. You will be given the run around through numerous people. We literally spent 4 hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue and it still was not resolved. We left and went to another phone Carrier.

This isn’t a review for this particular store and staff, this is a review for the service AT&T has to provide. My husband and I have been with AT&T for a long time now. When we moved to Haysville, this was when our services started declining. We’ve noticed very poor signal in our area, especially in our home! It’s been very aggravating having to make calls or take calls and the calls would cut out on us, “in our own home.” We can barely make calls in the basement as well. Wished signal and services were better.
My first and only experience in this store was horrible. I will never be back. The staff members that assisted us werent knowledgeable at all. I bought the S9, the very expensive screen protector they recommended has broke twice, in 2 weeks. When I went in to replace it, three staff members were going back and forth over who was going to put the screen protector on my S9 because its so hard! I regret everything I bought from that store....every penny spent! I was told that they dont make a curved screen protector for the S9... And that the one that they sold me was my only option!!! I have since found them online for a fraction of the price.

Dont waste your time. Drive on to the store on East Kellogg. We waited over an hour, to buy a new phone. When it was our turn, the lady saw a guy on a motorcycle pull up and walk in. She deliberately ignored us and waited on him. She was actually very disgusting in the way she behaved with him, and that was more than enough! We drove to Wichita to the corporate store on East Kellogg, and go there if we need anything. With four phones and two tablets, and seven years as customers, this was not the way we expected to be treated. They need to realize that good service gets people to tell a lot of people, but bad service they will tell everyone they know about!

Service is the worst. Tech will never be out the day you schedule. And the customer service reps will lie to you so make sure you get their badge number and name every time yo talk to them due to the fact that they dont keep records on when you talk to them. Hands down this is the worst experience ive had with a company. Pay extra and go with your local internet provider for less hassel.

This is my favorite AT&T store. Everytime I go in I get amazing service from Bryanna. She always takes her time explaining my bill to me and walking me thru questions I have about my phone. I definitely recommend this store and I always recommend Bryanna.

Absolutely wasted my time, signed up for Directvnow after the fact now my card has $180 worth of charges on hold for 2-3 days. And after saying I was switching from Cox to Att for high speed internet, and being told that it wouldnt be a problem in Mulvane. The tech informs me differently so now i had to cancel that order and have another charge waiting to go back on my card for $100 . So im out just under 2hrs on my 1 day off a week and $280 for 72 hrs. Until it gets refunded.
Every time I need help with my phone I have had excellent help. Weve had some issues when we switched our phones and have come here to get them resolved.
It has been a while, hopefully by now they have a self pay machine, because the wait to have someone help you could take a while. The attempt at home internet sales when taking the payment is annoying, I am there to make a payment, if I wanted additional services I would have asked for it.
Seriously, don’t go here. While buying a new phone I upgraded my plan to avoid overage fees only to continue to receive the fees on my bill. Went to the store and was told there was nothing they could do and stared at blankly. Staff are useless and don’t care about customers. Go elsewhere!!!

I lived in Derby and went here because of the convenience only. I recieved horrible service on multiple occasions. All other ATT outlets have exceptionally good customer service. Employees at this location are not friendly, attentive, sincere, or educated on their products and services. Id recommend taking the extra time and gas to drive to a more established and professional ATT store.
