I’ll let the readers decide...I was sent to drop off my mothers cell phone whose battery was being replaced. I arrived during their lunch break and waited for someone to return. Their hours are marked 9-1 and 3-7. Someone finally walked in the door at 3:20. This employee had a puppy who was unleashed and jumped right onto me, knocking my moms phone out of my hand. I got a giggly apology as she had already walked past me. She took the phone, and originally told me it would be 30 minutes. I told her I would be waiting in the car. Not even 5 minutes later, she comes out and tells me now it’s going to be 2 hours. I told her I would come back.My father gets a call at 6:50pm, so 10 minutes before they close, telling me us the phone was ready. We told her that we were busy and could not come get it that moment, and said we would be there the following morning to pick it up. THEN, we are told they are going to be closed for a week so we wouldn’t be able to come get it until Tuesday. I jumped in my car and ran over there because waiting that long simply was not an option.I am very disappointed with the customer service, and this was my first time setting foot in that building. I will not be returning, and neither will my parents.To top it off, the phone battery was at 17%, so how am I even sure this is a good battery.

The owner was very courteous and professional, my phone was badly damaged internally and Glass was shattered. Brought my I phone 5 to the Pershing location for a charging issue. When they removed the back of the phone they destroyed the processor. I returned two hours later and they handed me the phone and said they cant help and wont be charged but I had to sign a receipt. I should have checked the phone first. Once in the parking lot I realized the phone would not turn on. I went back to that store and asked the guy what is wrong with it now? He said get out and that he would call the cops and that I signed a waiver that releases gcs from responsibility for damaged goods. No clue how they are still in business. Must be why they had to move to a new location

I am sooo happy to finally have gotten my phone fixed! I have never cracked a screen in my life and one day it fell off my lap and slid across the pavement when I was getting out of my car. I have insurance through Verizon but they would need to take my phone “FOR DAYS!!” they said (and I’m sure you all are like me and CANNOT be without your phone for even a little while) or I would need to call someone from their support to “meet” me at my house or somewhere and I didn’t feel comfortable with that at all as a female. So one day I was driving and saw the sign outside of their business that says FIX HERE and had picture of a cell phone! PERFECT I was thinking. So I went in and had my phone fixed in a MATTER OF MINUTES from the owner, Giuliano. My laptop suddenly stopped working. I brought it to GCS and they had to replace a component on the motherboard. It took about a day to get a diagnosis and about 4 more days for them to order the part and do the repair. They were courteous, professional, reasonable and they got me back up and running. I would definitely use them again. (BTW, I tried the Geek Squad at Best Buy first and they were totally useless.)

This is my friends dad and he’s owned this business for a long time. Giuliano has fixed my phone and my sisters phone in one day, in rapid time. The person working there is not friendly or welcoming. I came in to have the back panel on my phone replaced. I also provided the new rear panel. The guy wanted 30$ and an hour to do it. It only takes 10 min and no materials since I offered everything. Now there is dirt stuck on the inside of the camera from an improper install so I cant take clear pictures anymore.
