Sam is by far the most amazing associate I’ve ever met in a retail setting. If she’s not a manager she absolutely needs to be or she needs to be given a raise or something. She fixed a mishap with two games I was given for my birthday with zero complaints and she constantly has an amazing attitude and is so helpful.

My husband went to the Derby store on Sunday evening, August 8,2021 for a refund of an Xbox One. However, when he arrived home, I told him he had been shorted $54 of his refund. Now we must wait until Monday to speak, hopefully with the store manager, Frank, to find out why the young lady assisting my husband couldnt read the receipt that clearly said $367, not $313.

Every time I come in they greet me and the employees are really friendly.

Super friendly staff. Selection is ok. Prices have become ridiculously high. Many of the used products are nearly the same cost as new.

This is always my home GameStop. I’ve been going to this location since it opened. Every single time I’ve gone here I’ve always been satisfied with the service and the products that I receive. If i get a game or system that doesn’t work they’ve always been friendly enough to help replace the product for me. All the employees there and the store owner are fantastic. This will always be my favorite GameStop ever.

I went here with my cousins to buy terraria. The employees were very nice and knew what they were talking about. Glad to see it still has legacy game sections like the DS.

The people in this location are great. They will answer you with patience whether in store or over the phone, which seems to be a dying service. I dislike GameStop as the company, but again, this location is great. Their young staff is well rounded and knowledgeable and have good customer interactions. This is my go to if I had to go to a GameStop. If you live in Haysville, Derby, or the North part of Wichita, the 5-15 minute drive is definitely worth it.

Geart people that work there hands down. the only thing is your trade in value/cash is real bad. so over all if your just buying its good for the money but for resale just try facebook market or personal sale for the money!! Hope this helped

Its hit or miss here. Because GameStop is a chain electronics store the only thing they can do to stand out is have super good ppl. This store has had a mixture of both. As of 3 days ago the store was staffed by friendly and knowledgeable couple of guys. But if I went back today, that could be entirely different.

Its not a bad GameStop. But it always smells like grease and mustard. Somebody needs to make it smell not like grease and mustard, and Ill give this GameStop 5 stars.

The gentleman working the register 4/5/19 around 12p was very helpful and friendly.

Its a great place. Sometimes a dragon will jump out and grant wishes. Thats when you have to make a hard decision.
