The manager lady worker is trying to work with a crew of your next gen ghetto kids here. I had asked miss youngster 2 inch nails/eyebrows at the photo counter that Im there to pick up my 8x10 photo. She then asked when I had sent in the photo print job. I said yesterday and I have an email that says its ready to be picked up. She then gets confused for a bit trying to find my name, Tom. She then asks me how its spelt when I had already told her. She eventually finds the photo and drops the photo on the counter in an awkward way instead of giving it to me when my fingers were almost between the photo envelope since she had already initiated the handoff. Very confused as to her logic there and there were only a few 8x10 photos she had to go through. Saw her last time scrolling through something on her phone instead of working while I stood 2 feet away from her behind the plastic screen for a minute before calling her out for help. I can only guess it was some social media thing.

The Pharmacy is full of the nicest people on the planet. They clearly work very hard to provide their customers with high quality service and timely medications. Tells me wait 20 minutes prescriptions will be ready. Come back after 20 they only give me 1 prescription and now ill be dying in pain tonight since I dont have my pain meds. Thanks a ton. Had an hour and a half to fill this script and now I have to wait until tomorrow at 9 am to get my meds.

Made a purchase of a particular product because it was supposed to be buy one get one half off. After scanning all of my items and completing my purchase, I asked if it scanned accordingly I was told it wasnt and that the sticker was wrong. Instead of making any attempt to offer a solution it was merely a pricing mistake.

I had my 2nd Covid Vaccine today after the major blizzard yesterday. My husband was also scheduled to have his 2nd too at another Walgreens. With driving a bit hazardous this Walgreens was able to give my husband his 2nd dose with out traveling. These two pharmacist were so gracious, kind and helpful. Thank you so much.

I had a cavity that i never took care off. Been in pain all day cause jaw is strained from chewing awkwardly from hole in tooth. Came to them for relief. When I returned to exchange the mouh guard not even 20 min later, they said they couldnt return it. Been in pain all day, thanks for your help. I have been going to this location for 2 years. Makes me not want to come back.

This morning I went to the photo department to pick up some photos. I asked the cashier and told me that my photos werent ready, that it will be ready in 5 minutes, then five minutes passed and I asked her again, and then she told me that the printer was broken that someone was fixing it. So I went to asked the man, who was fixing the printer, (I told him Good morning and then asked him nicely how long it will take to fix it ?) and he told me very rude, FIXING IT?? I have visited this Walgreens a lot of times, because it is in my neighborhood, but they are never friendly nor polite to their costumers, except the old man that is most of the time in the cashier. When I was leaving I walked up to a woman who also worked there, and asked her if he was the manager, I was surprised when she told me that his name was JOE the assistant manager.

Mrs Jen and all the staff have always been so helpful the Icing on the cake 🎂 is Mr Jennifer the manager there is always so kind and even goes so far as to call and check on me when I get a new prescription she goes above and beyond for her customers. A plus service!!!!!!

They’re extremely short on staff, and the staff they have isn’t helpful. They have an old man who CANNOT work any slower at the front register, and he looks at you like you’re crazy when you ask for help. He needs to be in a home already, AND WALGREENS NEEDS TO STOP SERVICING THE FEDEX DROP OFF LOCATION, it is slow as hell. Two employees at the store and 30 minutes just to DROP OFF a letter. 100% unacceptable

They are the most helpful people get help finding what you need and if they dont have it they will help you find some a store that has it. I enjoy shopping thereabduf they dont have it they will you find ut some where else i enjoy shopping there

They treat customers very poorly here. I spent 112.00$ here and never even got a hello at checkout. Not to mention everwhever I walk Im being followed by employees who think Im stealing. Ill drive somewhere else next time.

This place is unfortunately a very substandard pharmacy. After dropping off a prescription for medicine after having a wisdom tooth removed and being told it would be an hour, I received a robocall saying it was delayed and that Id be called when it was ready. 24 hours later, I still hadnt heard anything so I decided to call them and was placed on hold while they figured out if it was ready. They then hung up on me, so I decided to go there. I was then told that despite having all day, my order still wasnt ready and Id have to wait some more. All in all, just a lackluster display of customer service.
