Leah, Melissa and Tristan are always giving incredible, friendly, fast service! I am so thankful i can skip the lines at the chains around here and get real service from the incredible staff!

Just happened to be looking for some breakfast early in the morning. Illy was the only place open at the time. I was quite surprised at the comforting environment and the friendliness of the staff. Im highly impressed. Oh, and the coffee and burritos are pretty good too.

Of course the coffee is fantastic but the surprise hit here are the croissants. So good. For Easter weekend they had some special croissants. Had a Cocoa croissants with pistachio cream. It was delicious. Hope they add this as a regular item.

My favorite morning coffee spot! If you are used to high quality coffee that doesn’t taste burnt or watered down then I highly recommend! Great caramel macchiato and great people working there

This place was disappointing. Employees working here have absolutely zero knowledge about coffee or coffee types. I drove twenty minutes assuming it was a decent Illy coffee shop, since Illy is a quality coffee. I ordered three espresso macchiatos, but they gave me three huge lattes. I told the cashier it wasn’t a macchiato but I would take the coffee regardless, he offered to make them again. But afterwards I get two espressos? Very disappointing, this place could have a lot of potential considering it’s located inside a Renaissance in Downtown.

Would be nice if you could get in from their street entrance instead of the hotel that they keep locked.

Nice quiet, clean cafe. I enjoyed my iced americano with honey and cream. Friendly and efficient staff. I enjoyed the decor and the chairs are really comfortable.

The best Croissants in Denver!

I would not go here again. Staff is not friendly and interested in itself. I was the only customer and even then they yelled around with my order in stead of bringing it to me. My cappuccino tasted like a caffe latte. Way too much milk. I complained and she just gave me a ‘yes this is a cappuccino’. The cinnamon role was heated and very soft. Not crispy and too hot. I would not recommend this place. For $8.64 there are way better place in Denver I hope.

Good espresso, what youd expect from an illy cafe! However, the service was not the greatest. The two ladies behind the counter were too busy talking to each other rather than paying attention to the customer. Served my espresso in a paper cup and when I asked for an actual espresso cup I got an eye roll and an attitude.

Quaint hotel caffe with a friendly staff. They have some tables and offer some pastries. Has an entrance from inside the hotel and from the street.

Andy and Lindsey are always nice. A few strange reviews here but the only complaint I have is the hours. They rock great Italian coffee and this is one of the few locations in the US. If you have a bad attitude there are sooo many Starbucks downtown - find one.

White Mocha taste like milk with no coffee in it. And my cinnamon Bun that they warmed was still cold. Baristas are rude as well .When you only have 2 other people inside that have already been served I dont think the attitude is necessary .Seriously felt like an incovience trying to order from them. Really wouldnt have minded the rudeness if the coffee was decent but it honestly just tastes like warm milk

I am an usual Illy customer all over the world. My experience in the Denver store is far from being good. Coffee is burned. Croissant cold. I believe these guys are far from the franchasie standards. Hope next time I pass around, the experience improves.

I have been in the coffee shop multiple times per visit when I stay at the hotel. I have found the customer service from one particular employee (I believe her name is Andrea) is absolutely horrible! Its so bad at this point, I have no desire to even go back to the shop and unfortunately, I feel as though it also represents the hotel. She is the brunette that works in the morning and is not the tall thin gal with blonde hair.A typical encounter with her is so rude, that I am pretty sure that the phrases please and thank you are not in her vocabulary. Last time I was there when I told her I wanted to charge it to my room, her response was, rudely, fill this out. When I handed it back to her she said nothing, so I said youre welcome and she just snickered with some comment under her breath.Interesting on here that the owner has responded to the good reviews, but has not recognized the bad ones about how horrible the service is.
