I didnt buy my bike from them, but I trust them with it. Recently had my brakes go out on a high end mountain bike I purchased from a larger shop not too far away. Was never super happy with the service/team at the big shop. Brought my bike to SloHi and they knew what needed to be done (new levers) right away based on previous experience with the same model of brakes. Pricing was clear upfront, no surprises. They grouped some services in with their package pricing since it would have been close to the same price. Bike is riding great. Awesome small local bike shop, would recommend them for repairs on any bike.

Adam and his staff were amazing to work with! We purchased 2 E Bikes and were amazed how much time they spent with us! I flew into Denver for the Triple Bypass and my hydraulic fluid was leaking, possibly damaged in transit. With literally hours to spare, Adam, Adam, and the rest of the shop worked hard to get a sizeable repair done under less than ideal circumstances. When they didnt have a part in stock necessary for the repair, they made suggestions on other shops to call. I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to help a cyclist in a pinch. Ill be returning to SloHi in the future.

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, fair and honest - are the words that immediately come to mind. While I will sometimes purchase bikes elsewhere, models which Adam doesnt carry, I always know where Im getting my bikes serviced and customized: SloHi!

I cant say enough good things about the team at SloHi. Once again today they continued to impress me with their service. My experiences so far:I purchased my new bike with them in December. So helpful and knowledgable through the process! No pressure, lots of understanding, overall amazing experience.After a fluke rock+derailleur combo left me with a broken spoke and bent derailleur, they lent me a spare wheel to allow me to continue to enjoy the beautiful January sunshine that weekend. They did a great job fixing the wheel and turned around the service asap.Today I went in to purchase the replacement derailleur, meaning to swap on my own before an upcoming trip. They were able to sneak me in, however, and Collin got things swapped out super fast. He even delightfully used a purple cable end-cap to match my pink/purple color scheme!Simply put, just the most amazing LBS that Im lucky to have in my neighborhood!! Definitely check them out!

This bike shop is incredible and I highly recommend it. They have helped me a ton and I am writing this review simply to encourage you to check them out. Where they shine is in helping you match your needs/wants with what can be done and doing it with value in mind. If they dont have it or cant do it, they will recommend where you can go to get it. Their knowledge and willingness to help is exceptional. I have bought 8 bikes from these guys over the last 5 years or so and this is also the shop I service them all. Some of the bikes have been stock off the shelf, but most were built ground up and I wouldnt have been able to do it without them. My bikes from them have ranged from city, mountain bikes, e-bikes, and road bikes and they have knowledge with all of them. They have a big selection of e-bikes and also specialize in cargo bikes. They will spend hours talking to you about different bikes and components to help you figure out the right build. Prices and turnaround time for service is very reasonable and I never have to worry about it not being done right like I have had from other shops. This is small shop as far as bike shops go, but conveniently have two locations on different sides of town. I cant say enough good things about they guys and I am so glad that I found them. This rides like a brand new bike after the full tune and 1x upgrade to my beloved Pivot! (It actually rides more efficiently than it had prior to the tune & 1x upgrade.) SloHi Bike Co exceeds expectations in customer service, components and tune! I couldn’t be happier!

Bought my first bike from slohi back in 2015(ish) and have purchased a total of 5 bikes from them. They are not pushy at all and just want to find the right bike for you. Additionally, I get all my bikes serviced through slohi as well and they do an awesome job.Slohi is the true local bike shop that is built around community and customer service. A breath of fresh air IMHO.

I brought my bike in for a general tune up after being stored for 1.5 years. Everyone I spoke with and interacted with treated me with kindness and were very helpful to answer my specific questions about my bike. Even with the extreme high volume of work theyve likely had to do during the pandemic, my bike was completed in 2 weeks; Other places I called had quoted me 3-4 weeks. I am excited to have it back in my possession! As a first time customer to SloHi Bike Co., I am extremely happy with their customer service and I plan to continue to use SloHi Bike Co. for all of my future biking needs!

Some of the best service Ive experienced in a bike shop. Guys there are very helpful and friendly and assisted in finding the perfect bike for me. Im a fickle buyer and when spending $$ on a nice bike, I want to make sure its going to fit my needs, body, and ride style. They were patient and asked me many questions about how I ride and what I would need to fit the bill. Fair price too.

We drove up from Colorado Springs to look at cargo bikes to haul our kids around. Their selection of Yuba bikes was fantastic. My husband and I rode several different models and the friendly and knowledgeable staff worked with us, even staying after hours, to help us find the right fit for our family. Adam owned one and was very familiar with all of the accessory options, helping us customize perfectly. Overall, it was one of the most pleasant buying experiences Ive had. Highly recommended!

Super helpful crew in a laid back atmosphere. Adam helped me and my wife find a cargo bike for hauling our kiddos, never with any pressure. Moved into the neighborhood a little over six months ago and decided to check out SloHi as my new LBS. I bought an All City Gorilla Monsoon from them and have had them do some additional work on it sense. I cant emphasis enough how great and helpful everyone is at the shop. We recently purchased two ebikes from Costco and within the first month of owning them one of them broke. We brought them here for repair. Everyone was great to work with but unfortunately we learned our lesson and that we should have never bought ebikes from Costco and ended up returning them due to constant problems. We worked with Adam and he was able to get us both 2 new Momentum ebikes and we couldnt be happier! The customer service is exceptional. SloHi is everything you want in a good bike shop. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating to all levels of riders, and they have a great location - perfect for a test ride around Sloans Lake.

The owner, Adam, is knowledgeable and passionate about bikes and personally involved in the day-to-day workings of the bike shop. He helped me pick out a great commuter bike, and told me that if it didnt fit after I rode it for a few weeks, to bring it back and he would fit it or exchange it, if needed. They also do a 100 mile cleanup/tuneup for free. Great people at this bike store and great service. I highly recommend it.

Killian helped my wife and I pick out a cool commuter for her. We ended up taking a nice dutch-style Public. They were super cool about not pushing bikes on us, letting us test drive, and even hooking it up with some free coffee while we waited for them to install the rear-rack. Thanks Killian!

I was a visitor from out-of-town, I rented a bike from this shop. It was a great deal and the service was exemplary. They were good enough to build a bike large enough for me to ride (Im rather tall), as well as give me a primer on using the citys public transit. I really appreciated how helpful they were.

Great place. I wanted to get my daughter and new bike for her birthday. Adam listened to her specific needs...to ride it to work and attach a trailer for family bike rides. He didnt try to oversell. She found the perfect bike. I would definitely buy from Slohi again. And theres a great coffee shop right there too!

This is based only on shopping: have not made a final purchase yet. However this shops attitude was so refreshing. None of that Im cooler than you bike shop attitude. Seemed like they were knowledgeable and passionate but didnt look down on you if you didnt have the same knowledge base. Selection of both standard and ebikes was surprisingly large given the small space.

I upgraded my wheel set and needed a spacer to fit a cassette on my rear hub. Gave these guys a shout and talked with Ruda. He told me to come in and they would throw the cassette on. Was in and out in 5 minutes and everyone in the shop was super friendly. Great vibe in the shop! I didn’t feel like a didn’t belong like I do at other shops. Thanks fellas!

I have been using these guys for a couple of years and they are awesome. They take care of my road, MTB and Tri-bike. They are honest, affordable and dont try and nickel and dime you when you have something that you want them to look at. It is so great having such an amazing bike shop in the hood.

My wife and I were looking to test ride a new cargo bike for our growing family and we popped into the Colfax store to see what they had. After a spin around City Park, Adam (the owner) happened to be there and answered all of our questions. He really knows his stuff - and more than that, he and his family get around on cargo bikes too - it’s one thing to hypothetically know a thing, but talking to somebody who actually has experience transporting a family by bike is invaluable. I was really impressed with his willingness to offer solutions to some of our concerns, he even let us borrow a piece of his gear so we wouldn’t have to buy it for the short time we’d need it! We ultimately bought our bike at the Highlands shop b/c it was al little more convenient for us. They moved over the eBike drive from another bike I had and set us up with everything we’d need. There were a couple of hiccups when we picked up the bike - but that’s OK by me, I knew moving my eBike kit over to a new bike would require some tinkering, what really matters is how a business responds to those issues - and these guys were outstanding. One of the mechanics (Q) knew I had driven aways to pick up the bike, he dropped everything he was in the middle of and spent a bunch of time making sure all of my concerns were addressed on the spot. After a couple of test rides we were set and I took our new cargo bike home. We are really looking forward to all of our family cycling adventures and I highly recommend the folks at SloHi for all of your family biking needs.
