SCAM car repair facilities. My Cadillac ct6 was brought in for a turbo failure on a flatbed. I had used this dealer prior for some minor warranty related items. The rep that I worked with was excellent and I did not have to think about the repairs, or warranty payments. Unfortunately I was given a new rep who ended up being the Cadillac service manager. He did not want to work with my extended warranty and when he realized that I had that he increased the rate per hour. I called from another number and asked what the hourly rate was and it was $40 an hour cheaper. The gentleman also scammed additional diagnostic hours for something that a certified Cadillac facility would know. I contacted Cadillac in regards to my problems. Cadillac sent a certified letter to Rickenbaugh recommending that money be refunded. I have not heard anything from them, it has been 60+ days since the letter was received. Do not go here they will take advantage of you and the manager is a low down typical old school used car salesman. Shame on you people.
Jessie is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him and this establishment.
They are always helpful and straight forward when servicing my car. The waiting room is also very comfortable and well supplied with refreshments. Its easy to get work done while waiting.
We took our Escalade in for repairs after an attempted theft. The service rep did a poor job of communicating with the insurance company and did not finish the repairs. Multiple times he was asked to send over estimates and failed to do so. Blaming it on the body shop.Instead of doing his job correctly also ran me out of rental days on our rental car because of the lack of communication and incompetence. I now have to take it to another location to finish the work with no rental car days left. Unacceptable and will not be back, ever…
Update to this post Thank you Mr. Pacifico for helping me with the problem we had getting communication on what was taking place with our Cadillac Escalade. We still need to speak with service but this was a big step in the right direction for quality customer service and we appreciate the help youve given us thank you to Mr. Blaise as well your head mechanic took care of us in a timely manner and we appreciate him as well thank you so much. I am a native of Colorado 50 plus years and your quality service stands on the fact that youre an icon in the downtown metro area off of Broadway so with that being said customer service and word of mouth has kept this place going for a long time when I was a little girl I remember how to get to different places just by knowing where Rickenbaugh Cadillacs off of Broadway stood. You helping us thats a lot thank you again. To me quality control is good communication between customer and business. People skills are very important you prove that to me today.
Rickenbaugh Cadillac has the best service in the Denver Metro area. They truly care about their customer. Blaise Flaherty made sure that the rattle in the back door/window was fixed correctly. I had taken it to another dealer numerous times and they never fixed the problem. Im so grateful for the professionalism and workmanship at Rickenbaugh Cadillac service. Thank you!
This place is a complete rip off and a scam, it’s crazy how they are actually a Cadillac dealership. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take your car here for any kind of servicing or to get repairs. Take the trip to Med-Ved or Prestige with Integrity auto care. I’ve been to a few Cadillac dealerships and this by far is the worst!!! If you’d like more information and why to avoid this place plz message and I’ll let you know why to steer clear from this place. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE! I paid them $1700 to reseal my car and they completely ruined my engine, I took it to another place and they informed me of the terrible job that this dealership did. They are good liars! Plz avoid them
Thank you for a wonderful experience with purchasing my new vehicle. Jesse was knowledgeable, friendly and quick to get things done. I picked out the vehicle in the morning and shopped around thought the day. Called at 3pm saying I was coming back. Paperwork was ready, car washed and ready to drive off the lot. The entire process took just over an hour to complete the sale and be on the road. Thank you again.
Recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee, worked with Dave Sloane and he was great. I flew in to inspect the vehicle and he picked me up at the airport. And this dealers prices are what you pay, the price includes all fees including temp tag but excludes taxes. They made the purchase process painless and to be honest I was a bit taken aback at first given every dealer I’ve ever purchased a used vehicle off of has fees on top of fees when purchasing. I would definitely recommend this dealer.
Wow this place, so fancy. We bought a Toyota Sequoia today from here. Great service, friendly with my young children and puppy.
Very accommodating for our Cadillac service. They are friendly and ready to assist and make their customers happy.
Service department truly knows the meaning of Service. Great experience. Offered great advice!
Great customer service, technician very easy to work with very professional
The team at Rickenbaugh Cadillac is amazing. I am on my second car purchase from this dealership and they always take care of me. Terry was a blast to work with and fought to get me what I needed. The service team knows me well and always makes sure my car is well maintained. Between the sales department, the service department and the collision center, they have always made sure that I am taken care of and have been extremely generous to our relationship over the past 4 years. Nick is a fantastic GM and and has continually made me feel welcome and important in every interaction. Last but not least, Blaise makes sure that I am taken care of whenever I need a courtesy loaner in the event of bad luck :) There arent enough words to express my gratitude to this group.
I had a bunch of lies told to me. Incorrect quotes. Rude manager in GM parts dept. On and on. Try Med-Ved Wheat ridge.
My sister purchased a used vehicle within her budget with help from Jesse. Jesse was outstanding, flexible, answered our questions, was very respectful.I was with my sister when she viewed, test drove and purchased the car. I did the best I could to check for obvious signs of issues, to include crawling as far under the car as I could looking for leaks, in clear view of Jesse. I suppose I shouldve asked him if they could put it on a lift (not sure they would or even could), but I made the fatal mistake of trusting that a Cadillac/Volvo dealership had certain inspection standards. I was told that in the course of the 5 day, 300 mile warranty/guarantee that the dealership would work with us if any major issues were found, that their customer service/reputation meant a lot to them.Purchased it 2 Jun, drove back to CO Springs. Next day, it was leaking oil, several drops under the car at every stop. We werent able to get it inspected at a local dealership until 7 Jun (1st available). In short, major pre-existing leaks were found with estimated repairs equaling about 1/3 the purchase price. (trans oil pan, upper engine oil pan, oil cooler, head gaskets, etc). I could accept minor leaks and issues given the age/mileage of the car, but thought this excessive. The Rickenbaugh inspection report made no mention of these issues. Again, I expected a Volvo/Cadillac dealership to have decent standards.E-mailed pictures of the leaks and inspection report later on 7 Jun.Contacted Jesse 8 Jun to confirm he received it--he hadnt so I re-sent it and was told the used car sales manager would contact me. Jesse would not give me his name when I asked or an expected response timeframe--I was ok with that and figured they needed time to review/assess the way ahead. We werent asking for them to cover the entire repair, was just hoping to perhaps meet in the middle or re-inspect the car to verify the findings and go from there. Frankly, just the courtesy of a reply wouldve sufficed, if even, sorry, cant help you was it.One week later, after a few check-ins with Jesse to ensure my info was relayed, no contact. I had to research the staff directory and call a few other folks at the dealership to get Symonds name and number. Left him a VM afternoon of 16 Jun, also left VM with Inghilterra. Trying to resolve this at lowest level possible but noone returns calls. (to be fair to Terry I, just left him a VM a hour ago).Ultimately, I get it, buyer beware, especially with used vehicles. However, Id expect better customer service and standards from a Volvo/Cadillac dealership, and at a minimum, the basic courtesy of a return phone call within 1 week. I couldve purchased a vehicle with these issues and lack of customer service from a shady establishment and gotten a better price. So, moral of the story is, dont blindly equate Rickenbaugh Cadillac/Volvo with higher/quality standards or customer service than any other dealership.Ill make my way up their chain until someone talks to me. Will update this if theres decent resolution. Way to go Rickenbaugh--nice way to treat a military family member with limited budget. AND, I shared with Jesse that I had a 2018 Infiniti Hybrid (in perfect condition, way under mileage, easy sell) I was considering trading in for a Cadillac within a few months...wont be with this outfit.UPDATE 28 Jun 2021: We arrived at an agreeable and fair resolution -- updated my rating to 4 stars. Wish this couldve been resolved at a lower level, but greatly appreciate Mr Inghilterra reaching out and following through in a professional and expedient manner.
Easy to get to. Picked up a new gas cap for our Cadillac SRX. Parts department very organized!!
These guys know what they’re doing! Incredibly patient, kind and beyond accommodating!!! I bought my XT4 without seeing it in person. My husband took my explorer up to see about the trade in and we negotiated via text. Jesse IS SO ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I informed him of what I was looking for and he delivered and then some... oh... and to my front door as well. I never went into the dealership myself. All paperwork was done at my own dining room table or from my cellphone. Jesse even delivered my xt4 to my home because my schedule for work was crazy and I was headed out of town. He drove an hour one way to bring me my beautiful new vehicle. It’s been a week and a half and I am still attempting to learn every button this amazing vehicle has. All I have to say, is that I am so incredibly impressed by the vehicle I have purchased.... every time I’m in it I learn something cool. Even more I’m so satisfied with the way I was treated by Jesse and Rafael, I HATE purchasing new vehicles. This was by far the BEST experience! Thank you!
Quick and painless experience, very easy! Ask for Jesse
I purchased a used Lexus GX460 from out of state and sight unseen which should help set the table for a complicated transaction.I worked with Donnie P who made the purchase seamless. He recorded a number of videos and took pictures to help me get comfortable with the vehicles condition. Donnie even helped me find an auto transport company that was cheaper than quotes I found. When the car was delivered, the condition was what I hoped for and what was represented to me. The morning after I took delivery I noticed a small oil leak. I took the GX to my preferred mechanic and sent Donnie some pictures so he was aware. It turned out to be minor and Rickenbough offered to split the bill.Overall, I would not hesitate to work with Donnie on another out of state purchase and I can tell he takes pride in what he does.
**Update** After I posted my review and left a VM for management I received a call from Nick the AGM. We discussed what happened with my sons car. The information about who towed the car away. BasicallyNick & Micheal admitting they were not paying attention to what towing company showed up. The tow company provided verbal authorization to tow the car to salvage. Our insurance company denies they ordered the car to be picked up . Coparts, where the car was towed also denies responsibility and refuses to tell us the tow company . I messaged Nick with what Coparts said and crickets....All of my life in Colorado my mother has purchased Cadillacs from Rickenbaugh, so when my son was in an accident in his Cadillac I naturally assumed they were the best place to take it to. Our insurance adjuster was there early this morning to do the estimate and then advised the service department not to do anything with the vehicle until a decision was made. Then the service manager decided to sign off on the car being towed to salvage lot although there was only $1,800 worth of damage. My son went from Castle Rock to Denver only to find out that his car had been towed away to Littleton. After going to Littleton, they refused to tell him who signed for the car to be towed. We are now on the hook for the tow back to the shop where were having the car repaired. Both of service manager Mike, and the general manager refuse to admit any wrongdoing, or a correct their mistake by reimbursing us for the tow as well as the time it took for my son to run all over town with a 3 week old. Im absolutely disgusted, and would never recommend Rickenbaugh for a purchase, or service on a Cadillac.
2 thumbs up for Donnie and crew. Donnie made this deal for a 2018 ATS seamless. I surprised my wife on xmas and she loves it. Awesome team!
My dad decided he wants to lease a new Cadillac. So I contacted the dealership. Jesse and his team were able to get us the most unbelievable, unmatchable, and unreal out there on a brand new XT6. My friend that works at another Cadillac dealer told me he couldn’t even get me that deal with his employee discount. They made the whole process quick and easy. We were in and out within an hour! Amazing work guys!
Sean and Matt handled the repair of my mothers new Lexus. She thought it was ruined and it looks showroom again. So happy!! Thank you guys!
I searched across the country to find the 2021 Escalade we wanted without waiting several months. I was lucky enough to bump into Nick at Rickenbaugh. Their straight forward approach is awesome but more importantly the communication with Nick has been perfect. The Escalade officially shipped from the factory this morning, so if everything goes well I might have it by Christmas. Ill update the review with a picture once we get it. Based off my experience thus far I would definitely recommend Rickenbaugh Cadillac.
Friendly quick fast and in a hurry. Great service. Hope to do more business in the future.
So we purchased a 2013 cadillac from ruckenbaugh cadillac back in Oct 2020 all seemed well till we got a phone call saying they needed more money for taxes since they put us in the wrong county we live in el Paso and this was expressed and told to both the sales person and finance department. Well needless to say they worked everything for elbert count and are now demanding we pay an additional 178 dollars do to there mistake and blowing up my phone and of course do to covid my wifes hours have been cut significantly and we do not have the additional money. I realize it is not a lot of money but the finance just called again and got rude with me then just hung up the on me acting like this was all my fault and I should be solely responsible for there mistake I will never purchase or refer any one to this dealership again
I am Leo...... What a bad experience. I was about to trade my 2019 diesel Denali truck for 2021 Escalade . After 5 minutes talking with sales guy manager show up and tell him to make sure that I dont seat in their cars.
Great customer service, fast, friendly, professional.
**UPDATED**After posting my review, Nick Pacifico, VP reached out to me. We had a candid conversation about the situation. Nick then went and talked to every person on staff that worked on my car to identify exactly what happened. In his words, we are human and can make mistakes, the point is that we correct them and learn, so we can be better. I really appreciated that and respect that 100% so I updated my stars on this review. While we cant change what happened, I appreciate the professionalism and quality customer care that went into the response and the gesture of making it right. Thank you.*****************I had noticed a slow leak coming from my 2013 Cadillac CTS and was preparing for a long solo road trip from Denver to Texas, so I took my car in to get a thorough inspection and ensure I was good to go.They told me that the oil leak was from the last time they changed my oil, they said they adjusted the cap and I was all good. I asked them if there were any other type of oil leaks I should be concerned about and they said no and that they took care of it. They assured me they checked all fluids and gave my car a multi-point inspection. (They did note my low tire tread and options to replace, which I respectfully declined as I normally take my car to Discount for tire service.) I was there for about 35 minutes.Immediately following that visit to Rickenbaugh, I drove 930 miles to San Antonio, TX over the course of two full days. I did stop along the way and purchase a new set of tires BTW. When I arrived to my destination, the oil leak was now a major issue as it didnt just leak, but now spilled graciously all over my best friends brand new drive way the second I turned my car off.Knowing now that I was no longer good to go, I took it to the Batchelor dealership near Boerne, TX where they gave it a PROPER investigation and diagnoses. It was transmission fluid and I had a MAJOR problem. My torque converter was cracked. And, it happened long before my visit to Rickenbaugh and my drive to San Antonio. Why didnt Rickenbaugh catch this? I must of had an angel looking over me, because Rickenbaugh had cleared my car as thumbs up, good to go, green light. When in reality, I was lucky to not have dropped my transmission in the middle of nowhere between Denver and San Antonio. Had I known this issue, I would have NEVER drove my CTS to TX. I also could have fixed this issue within my time frame and saved budget to do so.But there I was, stuck in Texas with two options, pay over $3k to get it fixed so I can drive myself home on time, or be stranded in Texas for an indefinite time frame and overextend my stay with my friends family. Leaving my car there with these problems was not an option. This was an extremely stressful, frustrating and exasperating situation.I went with Option 1, I put the $3k repair on my credit card. Then I was given a loaner car while the repairs were done. I made it back home, SAFE. I am grateful to the Batchelor Cadillac in Texas. They took REAL care of my car and of me! They truly went an extra mile.I value a company that will take the time to do things right. I bought a Cadillac for a reason. For the quality. If the company that services those cars and customers cannot take the time to do it right, then I dont want to give them my service. This oversight cost me my car security, a extraordinary high emergency expense and could have cost me my life had something happened during the first leg of the road trip.I will NEVER return to Rickenbaugh. I will find a new place to service my car moving forward. When trusting people to handle your car, they have to take the time to it right, each time. Making sure they look at all angles and possibilities, getting to know their customers, especially those that offer repeat business. Cadillacs are not to be treated like drive through McDonalds location, in and out as fast as possible with no regard. If I wanted cheap service, I would have purchase a cheap car. I lost all confidence, trust and respect for Rickenbaugh.
Rickenbaugh Cadillac had the vehicle I wanted--thank you for the great inventory. Felt at ease in the welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate the responsiveness after I left a message. Jesse Lieberth and Will Lovell both were a great combo of informative, easy-going, available and attentive. I cant say enough about the no-pressure financial end of the purchase.
Rickenbaugh is the best Cadillac Service around. Excellent techs and advisors.
The Best Dealer on the Front Range! This was our 3rd try for a Caddy Dealer& by far better Customer Service. My next New Vehicle will be purchased there too!
I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Thanks to Jesse Lieberth our salesman. He was so polite and no pressure. The whole atmosphere was very pleasant. Will in finance was very nice and the process went quickly. Great job guys. Watch Terry he will photo bomb your picture😎
Had a great experience with Donnie Panarello and Rafael Hernandez. Highly recommended.
This is my go to service center for my car’s needs. Good customer service and exceptional car service. Michael Gray is awesome and very knowledgeable. Thank you and more power to you!
UPDATE: Nick just spent the last two days ensuring that he did everything he could to fix the previous problems that we had. I am extremely appreciative of his concern and efficiency, as well as his awareness of the amount of inconvenience I was caused. Thank you Nick.Horrible communication. My service tech Mike waited until the last possible moment at all times to let me know that thepthe he constantly over promised didnt come after all. A 2 day job ended up taking 2 weeks and when I finally picked up my car the most important thing I needed fixed was not addressed at all. Terrible terrible service and communication.
Rickenbaughs body shop did superb work with our car that was damaged by a street sign than fell down in it. The car looks like new!
I always have a wonderful experience at Rickenbaugh Cadillac. Its generally better pricing and the customer service is on point. Keep up the good work Mike!
I spoke to Mike on Saturday after having called every Cadillac dealer in the area and not getting anywhere with any of them, he was able to get me in first thing Monday morning and was able to send me off with a loaner car. Mike was super nice and extremely helpful, wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else after dealing with him!
My first experience with Rickenbaugh Cadillac and it was better than I could have asked for. My Service Advisor, Michael Gray was an amazing help and I will be bringing my ATS back for service and future Cadillacs to come! Thanks for such great service and professionalism.
Mike was great at Cadillac. Really enjoyed being able to see my car get serviced. Will be returning for future services and great customer service.
I am satisfied with the purchase of my used car from Rickenbaugh Cadillac. I felt I was treated fairly and with respect.
Always prompt, courteous and friendly folks in the service department never cease to amaze me. Excellent sales department as well. You cant go wrong with these guys.
Mike is so great and welcoming from the time you drive in, to the time you’re driving away. He was a pleasure to work with. It never fails that I always have an AMAZING experience at Rickenbaugh!
I appreciated Donnie’s low pressure approach to the sale and his general demeanor. He’s a dog lover and a darn nice guy to boot! Would buy from him again! Volvo fan for LIFE.
Rickenbaugh Cadillac is the ONLY place to go when buying / servicing your vehicle in teh Denver Metro area. Sale & Service provide superior customer service.
Ive been taking my Volvos here for 13 years and had the same service advisor. Ive never had a reason to complain. Service is always professional, courteous and quick. Free loaner cars and/or shuttle service is a huge bonus! Sales department is outstanding and I wouldnt buy anywhere else. Their emphasis on customer retention is evident. Overall, a SUPERB dealership!
Great place to buy a car and for follow up servicing.
I contacted the dealership a while back regarding the CT6. At the time, nobody in the state had one. Within 2 days of receiving their CT6 loaner, Jesse shot me an email to inform me. I have been extremely excited to see the car in person, and I was not let down. This car is truly a remarkable feat of craftsmanship. This is literally the most comfortable car Ive ever been in. The magnetic ride suspension rode with such precision you could conduct an operation while driving. The 10 touch screen was intuitive, and easy to use while feeling responsive and modern. The spacious cabin even features dual sun roofs, and the leg room to stretch out like your relaxing on the beach. Cadillac really got this one right! Considering this wasnt even the Platinum, the German brands really have a tough competitor with the direction Cadillac is going. If you dont believe me, get behind the wheel of this masterpiece. Dare to be bold. Dare to be different.
Kira was a dream to work with and really took care of our repair needs after quite a stressful car accident experience. She, and her team, have certainly exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend! And, god forbid, anyone I know and love is in need of a body shop again, I have no hesitations as to who to recommend. Thank you Kira and Rickenbaugh!
Worked with Donnie Panarello. Dude brought the car to my house for a test drive! No pressure great guy! I recomend this to anyone looking for a great experience.
The service was impeccable from drop off to pick up. Chris Wells was my service consultant and was great at keeping me informed throughout the entire process. He went the extra mile when most wouldnt have!
The whole team is extremely thorough, with great attention to detail. They are process oriented in the systematic approach to problem solving. All of them are good listeners, which helps to resolves issues with your vehicle. It is rare to find this level of expertise.
We always have very good service here the staff is very friendly and the service provided by the mechanics is great. Always meet friendly people in the waiting area some new Cadillac owners and some old but when they ask, we recommend Rickenbach for all service and sales.
Awesome people, awesome place.
My experience with Rickenbaugh was great today. Mike in service was a great help and very amazing with communication. You have an new customer for life!
I bought a 2018 GMC Terrain Denali here on 5-23-20.It was a great deal so we went down and went through the process of buying the SUV. Maureen our sales person was nice and helpful. When we drove the car, it was exactly what I wanted, but upon further inspection of the car we realized one of the seat levers was broken, it wasnt a deal breaker but it wouldve been good to know. Upon further inspection a week or so later we realized we didnt have SD card to to integrate the navigation system and other tech features on the car. So I called and the first person I talked with says let me look into and call you back Never got a call. So I called on 6-6 and Maureen said she would try and get a hold of the previous owner to see if they might have it. No call back. I accidentally call them today meaning to call Shoreline gmc about the part. Some guy answers the phone and I tell him about my Sim card issues and this guy says we are kinda in the middle of something let me put you on holdand he never came back to the phone. Just rude and a liar he sounded real smug like he owned the place. When you buy from this dealership be prepared for shotty customer service, you would think at a Cadillac dealership the customer service would be better, but after they have your money they treat you like youre not important anymore. Once I trade this car in I wont be doing business here anymore. You would think in the pandemic era people would be more customer oriented because some people are not buying as much as before. Not a buyer beware situation but buyer be vigilant. Doubt I ever buy from here again.
Nice place. Hate the location.
Dropped my Escallade off at 12:15pm, we called and they said that they weren’t busy, and to bring it in.The driver seat controls quit working. The advisor first said there was nothing wrong with it, when it CLEARLY did not go up and down, the front of the seat just tilted up.After we looked at another Escallade to verify that it indeed it was not working correctly,He wrote up the repair. He said that they would diagnose it And call me to let me know a status, if it was just a switch and to update me.THREE HOURS later, I called to follow up. After THREE ATTEMPTS of just going to voicemail, I told the receptionist that it keeps going to voicemail, and she took down my name and number, and said she would have someone call me right back.At EXACTLY 4pm, 30 MINUTES LATER, I called back, and they were closed!!What kind of Customer Service is this??? Regardless of what’s going on in the world, if you couldn’t get to it today, or at least diagnose it, AND KEEP MY VEHICLE OVERNIGHT, SOMEONE should have communicated that when I dropped it off, or at least called me back! The lack of communication is to say the least a lack of Customer Care, and the lack of even a “call back” after I was the one to have to reach out to them, is a complete disregard to a customers concerns. For a 5 Star review dealership, that was why i decided to try this dealership in the first place, I’m VERY disappointed!
I love me some Cadillac! This place is packed with the classiest cats on the planet. Im about ready to trade my Veronica in on a newer sexier model. #myxeduplove
I purchased my used Caddy here and have been coming here for about 10 years now for oil changes and check-ups. The service and care has been top notch during all those years except on one occasion. The individuals that were supposed to take care of me are no longer employed there.
Unfortunately the used car i purchased just didnt work for the use I scooped it up for. However, I took the car back within the 3 day money back window and they were awesome. The purchase process it self was great and I have no complaints.
I took my vehicle over for diagnostics. I worked with Dylan. He kept me informed at every phase of their inspection. The dealership is very easy to work with and upon pickup I was very surprised to get my vehicle back fully cleaned. That was a really nice gesture and showed how much they value their customers. Thanks so much for a great experience!
Customer service was great. Mike was very helpful and super nice.
I’ve had my Escalade serviced here for the duration of the time I’ve owned it. The service team is miserable to talk to and it’s obviously due to the negative leadership of the service manager Blaise. This is customer service, if you don’t enjoy talking to people maybe you should choose a different department. These guys also take the crown when it comes to “over promise, under deliver”. I had to do a complete new motor on my 2015 Escalade after it failed with no warning (after being serviced by Rickenbaugh for the past 18 months) and since I was 1800 miles past the 70k mile warranty, Cadillac of course refused to do the replacement. Blaise then quoted me one price, and that price ended up going up by almost $3k after the repairs had been started. I then ended having to pay almost $1k more than the original quote after going back and fourth with them. I’m a car guy and a sales professional myself, and these guys are the worst at both. Its also interesting that the negative reviews Ive seen on here in the past seem to disappear. I highly recommend steering clear of these folks. I wish someone had given me this advice 18 months ago...
I have been taking my Chevy Traverse here since 2011 and they have always gone out of their way to help me and get my car in and out. If you are looking for quality service from a Denver landmark company this is the place to take any of your GMC vehicles, and of course your Cadillacs and Volvos. Tell them I sent YOU!!!
I brought my car in today for service and some issues that I had been having to get looked at. This was my 3rd time dealing with Mike and he made sure everything got taken care of. I was hesistant to bring the car in with lockdown but Mike made sure to clean everything and sanitize all the way down to the take home car. Thanks for keeping my saftey as a concern. These guys are the best!
If I could give this place 0 Stars I would! Worst possible customer service out there whatever you do not buy from here or service here! There is much better out there and when spending your money you should be at least respected and appreciated! If I could return my car to Cadillac I would! DO NOT BUY HERE!
These guys really helped me when I was in a bad pinch. They repaired a tire for my Ford and didnt charge me. Financially that day I was broke, but these guys were so super to do this for free. These are great guys that work at this place. Thank you for helping me that day I appreciate it
Friendly service, nice wait room and kept me included in the timeline. Thank you Rickenbaugh. And they washed my car. Tire rotation, greased and oiled, reworked my dash orientation per my requested, placed a sticker in the trunk that was mailed to me. Wonderful service.
This is a great dealership, certified vehicles get a 100,000 mile warranty and well qualified buyers can enjoy a very low GM interest rate, well below bank and credit Union rates!
Ive had my Cadillac CTS for about 4 going on 5 years now. Im more than familiar with most the dealerships in town just getting service and things like that. Let me tell you, this is by far the worst, laziest nickle and dime you for everything dealership there is. And about as rude as a dealership can get. Getting these guys to just do their job is hard, much less more isnt going to happen. Dont get me wrong some of their staff is super cool. Then you got the guys that just ruin it for the whole company. My assigned service tech there has never once impressed me. Where there are other dealerships that really make you appreciate owning a Cadillac. You ask me. Shop somewhere else if you wanna be wowed by service. Not all dealerships were created equal.
Why buy cars from any other place? I have been to plenty of dealerships. This one is the best hands down. When I arrived I was promptly offered a beverage, the specialist walked me though their no haggling process, and I loved it! Long story short I let my guard down after that, and it made the process so easy. All I did was picked the car I loved, picked the best finance number, went to lunch while they did the paper work, and then drove away, knowing that the 3 day money back guarantee was with me.
Excellent customer service
Rickenbaugh Cadillac service shop is excellent and reliable. I just started taking my 2006 Cadillac to them for all my service needs when I got estimates from several other auto service shops that were more exspensive. I recently needed new brakes on all 4 tires. Cost at Brakes Plus was $200 more than Rickenbaugh. I did call 3 more shops and all 3 were more exspensive than Rickenbaugh.I found the staff to be really friendly and knowledgeable about the work. Plus they gave me honest quotes and were honest about the work. In the past when I have used some dealer shops things have gotten very exspensive and they would push hard to do more than what was needed. Not at Rickenbaugh. They listen to your concerns and do excellent work at a decent price.I highly recommend Rickenbaugh Cadillac for your Cadillac maintenance work. You will not be disappointed!
Service techs were more than helpful and transparent during the process of taking care of my car. Shoutout to Austin for keeping me up to date by phone.
Ive been coming to Rickenbaugh Cadillac for over 20 years. Ive bought at least 6 vehicles and referred several relatives who have also bought cars from them. I went to Rickenbaugh because of their service and honesty. Unfortunately my most recent experience was very disappointing and not very good. They have became a car dealership like all the others, dont waste your time here.
Salesman was supposed to call me back after i left the dealership but never did. I took my business and my money to McCadon in Boulder where i got excellent service. Cadillac makes a great product which I am very happy with. Take your business to Boulder instead.
My wife and I have been buying cars at Rickenbaugh since 1998 and always had a excellent experience. I whole atmosphere in the dealership is a classy no pressure easy way to buy a car. Thanks Karen for all you did to get us in are new Escalade and also thank you Stephanie for making that finance part nice and easy.
Love Rickenbaugh! Wonderful service! Thank you!
Great service department!
My wife and I recently leased an SRX from Rickenbaugh. I have purchased many vehicles in my life, but this, by far, was the most seamless and enjoyable transaction ever. From the first phone call I received from Ron Young, to the time we drove the vehicle off the lot, I literally was enveloped by courteousness and professionalism. I cannot say enough about Ron, Ryan, and the entire Rickenbaugh staff with whom I came in contact. Usually, buying a new car can be likened to going through Marine Boot Camp for the fun of it. Not so this time. What a pleasure it was.
As always, the staff at Rickenbaugh Volvo were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel like I have been cared for and treated as an individual, instead of just another customer. It is like having another family when I go to take my car in. And I can also rely on the mechanics there to do an outstanding job. I have never had to return my car because of a job poorly done. The auto mechanics know what they are doing, and the staff up front also have a vast amount of knowledge about my car. My daughter now takes her Volvo to Rickenbaugh and has had stellar service as well. Thanks go to the regulars I meet at the desks - Mark, Walt, Dwight, Keith and John, whom I have known since taking my first Volvo there back in the 1980s. They do an amazing job!
No haggle, friendly and knowledgable staff, quick processing of paperwork, quality vehicles, and great customer service.
This is a great place to have your vehicle serviced!! Everyone is welcoming and keep you well informed of the progress of your car.Always nice to have time for some good coffee and relax!Top notch!
The service department is always nice. When I had an issue with the sales department, the VP of the organization spoke with me. He was professional, curtious, heard me out without interrupting me and took care of my issue emidiatly. I recomend Rickenbaugh Cadillac and I will come back when the 2021 Escalade comes out. They care about the customer and back words with action. I have always been satisfied with the parts and service departments. This is not my first Escalade.
Great service department. People are friendly and take great care of their guests
Wonderful custom service. They truly took care of me and my family. Thank you for being such a breath and fresh air. We will be back!
We recently leased a 2016 Escalade from Rickenbaugh. We were very close to leasing from another well known Cadillac dealer in town but once we shopped around, I knew I could trust Rickenbaugh to help us with our purchase. Jesse did an excellent job at locating the vehicle we wanted and truly made the process very enjoyable. I highly recommend them.
The Rickenbaugh team was very helpful throughout the entire car buying process. Ryan Tarket was helping with vehicle selection and pricing. The finance team made the process painless and quick.
I could not be more pleased with the entire organization at Rickenbaugh.
This is the review I just posted on Don Masseys website:Recently I needed to purchase now the third remote for my Cadillac Escalade at Don Massey. After purchasing the remote from parts, was told by service that I would need to schedule an appointment to have it programmed sometime the following week. I was also told that there would be a charge of up to $120 to have it programmed depending on how long it would take them to do it. The last time I purchased a remote, they programmed it immediately for no charge. After hanging up in frustration, I called Rickenbaugh Cadillac and the service representative who took my call walked me through programming my remote in less than five minutes and no charge! I am appalled by thought that Don Massey not only would have wasted my time and money to do this but all the other customers who havent taken the time to explore other options like I did today. The customer service that I have received (or lack thereof) from Don Massey has been sub par for a while now. I will no longer do business with this dealership and instead refer anyone to Rickenbaugh or any other Cadillac dealership other that Don Massey. Very disappointed!I purchased my Cadillac at Don Massey and have always went there for service. Due to the experience I had today with the representative from Rickenbaugh, I will now only come to your dealership. Thanks for the help and restoring my faith in dealership customer service!
I brought in my 2012 XC70 for its 15000 mile service and a recall concerning a drain plug in the air conditioner. This is dealership where I purchased the car and they have always been superb with service ( actually always is expansive because there have been no problems with the car). Dwight was ready for me, and quickly managed the work and delivered my car (washed, no less) to the exit in a perfect amount of time.Great job, Dwight.
Third party check on any used vehicle you buy and don’t get the Fidelity Warranty (1star review from their customers with over 1300 reviews).
This is the second Volvo I have leased from Bud Stelley. He is a great representative for your company, and just a great guy. I recommend him often to friends and clients. Could not have been a better experience!
