I made a few trips to here to get the right parts and rack for my ride, but it was totally worth it! First trip they didn’t have my part so they sent me from Golden to this Denver location for the part. Arrived to Denver site and ordered it with a installment day. On installment day they found out it wouldn’t work with my bare roof. So we had another option of installing a rail with rack onto my new Chevy 2021 Blazer. It came out amazing and it looks good! They even changed the price by a little ($60) just to accommodate my running around and delays.

A family member recommended Rack Attack for a roof box, hitch bike rack and hitch install I was shopping for. I was thinking it would be a pain figuring it out but was surprised how easy the guys there made it. They actually listened to what I was looking for and had good advice. Very knowledgeable and great customer service on the phone and in person. We went over several options and they demonstrated the products they had in-store and on the product’s website. I had everything picked out an under an hour and from there I scheduled a hitch installation. A few days later I had the hitch, bike rack and box installed. Kind of rare to get this kind of customer service anymore. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased crossbars for a roof rack at Rack attack. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rack Attack had everything we needed in stock; so, we were in and out within 15 minutes. While we waiting the 5 minutes for our parts, we walked through their showroom to check out options and ideas. Its a great space! There were a few Roof Top Tents set up throughout the showroom. This was very helpful to get a better understanding of size and equipment needed to mount something like that on your vehicle. There were also many options available to see for other sports and rack needs. I highly recommend visiting. The folks at Rack Attack are specialists.Dont waste your time going to a big box retailer. Out of stock on just about everything. Staff is less informed (also, too busy or dont exist). Limited selection and limited visuals for idea of size.

Choosing a roof box couldnt of been easier. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the best size roof box for my car. For a small fee they installed the box for me. I was in-and-out in less than an hour.

I have purchased multiple items from Rack Attack - most recently a Thule Hitch Cargo Carrier. The folks at Rack Attack have extensive product knowledge and are very patient and helpful when explaining their products. They sell products and also do installations. I needed extra keys for an older roof-top Thule cargo unit and Rack Attack gave me a couple of keys for free. They are my go-to-shop for the items they carry. Saturday I arrived for my scheduled time. My order had been held up to locate poles, not by any fault of the staff. Poles were being shipped from Chicago. The staff offered to take off the existing poles and bike holder. I needed to put on longer poles to accommodate 4 sets of rollers for two kayaks. I am not going to mention names because there was a whole team involved in the installment of my order and I would not want to leave any of these men out! These amazing guys adjusted and readjusted the poles and the rollers plus the bar across my van to make it as easy as possible for me (77 years of age) and my two grandchildren (almost 5 and 8) to be able to load and off load the two kayaks by ourselves. They took the time to show me how to lock the wheels, adjust the angles and secure the boats on the roof. I cannot say enough about the friendliness, the helpfulness and the concern they showed me while I was there. At my age this might be all the gear I need to buy, but I totally recommend this location on Evans and this team to anyone needing all they offer. Happy camping, cycling, paddling, and hiking to all!

I went in here in a Sunday afternoon and they were swamped. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I was able to get a quick consult for crossbars on my RAV4 for rooftop tent. I received great information. Though I didnt buy at this point I will be returning to buy and have them install.They make me confident to buy a rooftop tent they offer knowing there is an excellent customer service.

What can I say, everyone I’ve worked with at Rack Attack has always been so kind.I have had them install a custom rack on my keep grand Cherokee and also went through them for my truck bed system. They always seem to WANT to help. Offer up suggestions that are not pushy but make sense. I never feel like I am being pressured to buy from them. They have given me advice even when I wasn’t going to get my products through them. But at the end of the day, their willingness to offer up information, knowing I wasn’t going to buy from them actually made me go with them anyways.I feel like I can trust the employees and stand behind the rack attack name.Even if you can find your gear elsewhere at a lower cost, it’s not worth missing out on the excellent customer care.Cheers!!

The Thule 2 bike fold down, hitch mount rack, is absolutely perfect very very strong and holds my 70 pound e-bike securely and perfect, even with 29/ 5 inch tires and wheels easy to put together (if you have half a brain) in less than 1/2 an hour and looks good, it’s heavy but that shows the quality!!! Great product people of Sweden 🇸🇪

My wife and I were looking for a roof box for our Crosstrek and needed it that day. Jase was very helpful and informative and got us what we needed. We installed a the crossbars in the parking lot and Jase checked them and then installed the box. They checked everything before we left the parking lot and explained to us how everything worked. The team at Rack Attack was great - they were truly knowledgable about their products and they carefully considered the clients needs (I heard them interact with others while I was there as well). Though they were busy, scheduling was relatively prompt and the product was delivered quickly. Ive looked at other rack systems that would require delivery (with associated wait times for production in these busy times) and, given the service and available inventory, I would go back to Rack Attack first next time.

Don’t bother going anywhere else in CO to get a rack, rack accessories or rooftop tents! My boyfriend had spent a lot of time in REI and other shops trying to get help for a bike rack on his custom Tacoma set up with 0 help or guidance. The moment we walked into Rack Attack we were greeted with some of the best customer service I’ve seen in awhile. Within 15 minutes we were checked out and on our way with the perfect bike rack to fit! Not to mention the vibe in there is awesome and so clean.

After searching everywhere for a Yakima Baseline rack system, I was able to locate one at the Denver Store and I had everything I needed within 3 days!! The boys at this store know whats good. Ive come here twice with an outdated Yakima ski rack, and an outdated Thule cargo box, and both times my boys at Rack Attack hooked me up with some newer mounts that made the installation process incredibly easy. Amazing experience! I purchased crossbars off eBay and took my moms old ski racks in to see if they would install them. They not only installed my crossbars and ski racks but also answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on service. I went in without an appointment and it took about 2 hours and was pretty cheap. Awesome people and great service!

My experience at Rack Attack Denver was nothing short of amazing! I showed up right when they opened on a Wednesday and needed to purchase a cargo box for my 4Runner because we were traveling up to the mountains later that day with a newborn baby and all the stuff that comes with it.The representative helping me was very knowledgable and helped me settle on a Thule cargo box. After purchasing the box, he and his colleague carried it out to my car and were going to help me mount it without charging a mounting fee. They arrived at my car only to discover I did not have crossbars on my 4Runner which made mounting the box impossible (bonehead move on my part). They took the box back in the garage and then the representative helped me pick out some Thule crossbars.Although their service department was extremely busy that day, they installed the crossbars and mounted the box within the hour and had me on my way. Recently purchased a cargo box from this location and the service was absolutely top notch. The team measured my car to ensure fitment, installed the box and locks, and had me on my way all in about 15 minutes time. All of this for the same price youd pay going direct from the manufacturer or other big box store, without having to worry about bulk shipping and doing the install yourself. Highly recommend these guys!

I have been here three times. Twice for purchase, which they have always been very helpful and knowledgeable and 1 time today for help. My suv was broken into and my rack keys stolen. I needed to get new locks and keys to prevent the thief from coming back and taking my board racks. These guys swapped locks for me and had me on my way. They care and understand customer service. This is why they will earn my return business anytime I need some outdoor gear for my ride.

After talking with sales guy and walking through the options with him, decided on my Thule roof box. The guys had old ski clamps off and the new box on in under 20 minutes. I just went inside prepared to spend several thousand dollars on a roof box, bike rack and a pile of accessories for the Tesla. Then I stood for nearly an hour while the guys in the store walked around me before going into the back to hang out (the walls back there are awfully thin).Couldn’t get a single person to help, despite my best attempts. The customer next to me waited so long, he finally left. How much money is flying out the door in this place?Not that I don’t enjoy spending a sunny Sunday afternoon being ignored in the corner of their store...but I’m on my way down the street to give someone else the money. Super nice guys, and give great advice on which racks will work for what you are trying to do. They did not try to upsell me on anything, and shared exactly what I needed - no more, no less. They even gave advice on how to install the rack, and did a check on my set up when I came back to get an extra item.

My experience with these guys has been great, they know their racks and accessories, waited a while, but finally pulled the trigger and had them do a install on my 1996 Mercedes C class, car means a lot to me and I let them know that out the gate, install was clean and fast (1 hour or so) and it looks great. I was initially going to be taking it off in the (non-season), but I kind of dig the look so may just leave it intact, got 20% off so you cant beat that either. Ryan and the rest of the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and are willing and able to answer any questions you may have regarding racks, rooftop tents and more. I looked around for a long time before doing this, but am glad I did go with Rack Attack, plus you get a lifetime warranty!

I absolutely respect and love this place. The staff is very knowledgeable and dont push certain products or gear. Instead they ask questions to narrow down what the best fit is based on activities and price range. The lifetime warranty proves they care about their customers.
